Good location , tram 2 from central station ..nice hotel with nice staff! I would recommend and would stay again. Right beside Vondlpark 🇮🇪

Can’t think of anything really

The breakfast had few choices but we found everything we needed for a cosy breakfast. The tram stop was just across the hotel and you can travel to Amsterdam Centraal, Dam, and Museumplein (T2). The bus stop from Schiphol Airport by 397 is also 5 minutes away. The rooms are small but enough for a comfortable night after a full day out. The candies on the bowl for free were super... The backyard was so relaxing.

The sheets could have been newer.

The hotel is near the Vondelpark. It doesn't have mold, which is a great thing! The furniture is quite recent. The hotel staff was excellent! One night, at 2 AM, a group of girls next doors kept chatting super loudly. I alerted the person at the front desk, and he firmly told the girls to be quiet. I didn't hear a word from them after, and could sleep very well! If you ever have a noise problem, just alert the staff and they'll intervene within minutes!

The rooms were quite clean, although there were some marks from the previous travelers.

This is an older building in a beautiful part of Amsterdam. If you prefer modern buildings with lifts then this isn't for you! Some of the stairs are typically Dutch - very steep, but our 1st floor room was fine. I liked the vintage feel, and the little courtyard at the back. The breakfast room was very pleasant (and not too big) with a lovely range and variety of continental style breakfast items. No bar, but the hotel has a small range of bottled drinks for sale. Beds were comfy, and the whole place was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to town centre via #2 tram and very close to the Vondelpark.

we booked the big room of the hotel with the balcony in the first floor. The location is good & calm, close to the Tram station (No 2), the service is every 10 mins to the central station and that connected/transferred to almost everyplace we desired to see. There's always a coffee machine, beer, muffins etc to grab at all time of the day/night for a minimum price or free apples. Friendly staff.

Was a beautiful building, easy access to town - was about a 15min walk to all the museums. Room was amazing. Spacious. The outside garden was lovely as well. Was very quiet and the bed & shower were amazing.

Couldn't charge things to your room like coffees etc. No coffee available in the room only tea (not major but would've been nice) Housekeeping could be better, (I'm a housekeeping manager) dust on floor & pictures, under bed, desk.

The location and the size of the room and the large windows (we had balcony to the street). The staff was friendly too. The location was good too: There was a tram one block away, then direct bus to the airport was two block away, and even if it was a bit far, we walked to the city old town multiple times.

The bathroom was some kind of add-on to the room. It was big and well equipped, but the lack of ventilation made it smell like moss. A minibar or fridge would have been good.

Beautiful, clean hotel very close to Museumplein - 1 stop with the tram or 10 minutes by foot, and to Vondelpark. The breakfast was delicious and all of the personnel was always smiling, very helpful and polite. The room was clean and very well laid-out.

The only thing that I would suggest is some form of cooling system in every room during the summer. Our room was with a street view and was very hot so we had to keep the window open, however, the tram and cars passing by are very loud. So you kinda have to choose between sleeping in a silent, hot room or in a noisy cool one. If an AC or a ventilator is installed, the problem would immediately be resolved. Other than that, I love the room very much.

This is the perfect location for seeing Amsterdam with easy access via tram and bus. It is also extremely convenient for getting to and from the airport by bus with regular services only a few blocks away. There are plenty of restaurant choices in the area and it is extremely safe.

Small attention to detail is needed, two light fittings did not work, and the toilet roll holder was not firmly secured to the wall. This however did not negatively impact our stay. I would request not to be in Room 7 when we come back to Amsterdam as it is a high traffic zone.

The location was amazing with the tram stop infeing of the hotel, the room was cozy and warm.

The stairs are difficult to use for older people , very curve and tiny stairs. Cleaners only give you new toilet papers and not changing the towels or glasses!
