The location is excelent, it's a 2 minute walk from a tram station that takes you to the old center (Central Station) in ~15 min. There are a lot of pubs and restaturants options nearby, not to mention the huge Vondelpark just behind it. If you cross it by foot, you'll be on the museums square already. The beds are great. The staff is great.

I'm PRETTY sure I had the 'breakfast included' filter on when I searched this hotel, but it was not. In any case, that's bad on Booking, not on the hotel itself I guess. You can still have it on the Hotel, though it's an extra.

Every member of staff we encountered were super lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel reception/cafe area had a lovely chill and welcoming vibe. The rooms were comfortable - especially the bed & duvet which was lovely and comfy, and it suited us perfectly for our stay. While the property is a little further from the centre (which we knew), it is a beautiful walk if you are able and the transport links (trams/buses) are also frequent and very close by. The area is also full of cafes, bars and restaurants so there’s no shortage of places to go around the hotel. A lovely place to stay!

The room was a little bit noisy - I think it was the air con/heating system, but we still managed to sleep with ease. It could have done with another bin aside from the bathroom one but that’s minor really.

Clean and tidy, great location, mostly self-service (with a small snag, which I'll mention in the cons section). Will gladly come back to this, or other 'conscious' location.

I got charged an additional, unexpected expense to my room that I noticed when trying to do a self-checkout. I reported it to the front-desk and was informed that, parphrasing, 'oh, it's all fine' - I assumed it's all resolved (=will not get charged extra) and went my way. Unfortunatelly that charge was added to my total. However: I contacted the property via booking chat and got the refund very quickly. TL;DR: accidents happen and the staff handled it very well post-factum.

The location was right on Vondelpark, which is lovely! If you don't want to eat at the cafe or restaurant on the ground floor (very convenient), there are a few little places just over the bridge (we ate at Oslo Beers, would recommend). The hotel is clean, tidy. The room was plenty big enough for two of us, with some fun things on the wall and a very large, very comfortable bed. I like that the hotel makes more eco-conscious decisions.

There were no tea/coffee facilities (kettle!) in the room, which means if you want a drink in your room you have to buy it from downstairs - we were trying to do our holiday on a budget so this feels a bit cheeky (but the cafe was nice). It was a bit of a walk into town, ok in nice weather to walk through the park but when it's pouring or (as it was when we stayed in March) blizzarding with snow, it's quite far! Trams can get you there if you don't mind spending money.

Being situated right next to Vondelpark was a great way to start every day with a run. Some fantastic local, less touristic spots nearby. Oslo across the road, Craft & Draft up the street and Coffee & Juices on the opposite Canal. Even opposite a Lidl & another supermarket. Easy to get to from the airport, 1 stop to Lelylan on the train & then 2 stops on the tram. Should only cost you 5.90 euro as the tram driver didn’t bother to charge for a ticket when going two stops. Additionally, if you’re running short for time, it’s only 15 minutes by car to the airport. Cafe downstairs is a nice touch. The beds are incredibly comfortable and made it hard to get out of bed in the mornings. Staff very onto making beds every day & providing fresh towels and sheets.

The hotel was a bit humid despite the air con, the restaurant attached is unfortunately closed. Overpriced for what you’re getting, but that’s just how Amsterdam is.

Probably the best hotel bed I’ve slept in! The blanket was perfectly fluffy and soothing and the two different pillows worked for every sleeping positions. The mattress did not bother us in any way which has been the case in every hotel we’ve been before, so it was also amazing. The breakfast had a lot of options for vegans and the buffet varied a bit every day.

The breakfast buffet would need better labeling of allergens, or at least labels with the names of the dishes that would indicate what they may contain. It was also difficult to ask it for each dish as only person seemed to know the exact ingredients, and the said person usually not closeby. The view from our room was a concrete wall two meters from our window (you couldn’t even see the sky), but then again, we used the room mostly as a place to sleep in and went out to explore the surroundings, so it didn’t matter that much.

What an amazing hotel! From check-in, all through our 3-night day and until the check out everything was smooth, friendly, clean and outstanding l. The room is stylish and pristine. We were glad we opted for breakfast - it’s delicious, lots of variety for vegetarians and vegans and changed a bit every morning. Granolas are especially great. There was no meat or stinky sausages as it aligns with the values of the conscious hotel. The location is great, right next to the huge Vondelpark where you can run, walk or simply chill. Highly recommend the hotel and will be back!

Coffee at breakfast was not good at all, but that’s not a big deal, there are hundreds of amazing cafes in the city. We didn't buy coffee at the reception. If you train your breakfast staff to make a good cappuccino instead of simply burning milk it will be amazing :)

Easy self check-in. Friendly staff. Bright, clean room with thick curtains and nice aesthetic. Natural products in bathroom. I didn't opt for breakfast option. Water jug with lemon available at cafe at entrance anytime. Healthy snacks available. Staff helped me work out tram options to go to town. Very helpful.

I scanned the barcode to choose not to have my room cleaned (environmentally friendly option) but they cleaned it anyway. The cafe only takes card not cash. But they're small things. It's was good accommodation.

The whole hotel is well designed with features that are delightful and practical. It is very clean and comfortable. I have not had such a good consistent sleep for a long time and I normally struggle to sleep when travelling so I highly recommend the beds and pillows and there is not noise from adjacent rooms. The Staff were all great; helpful, informative and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and varied and prepared fresh in the open kitchen. The location is super. Right next to vondelpark which is great for a stroll and taking in nature. Also very handy for trams. Ideal for relaxing and a little bit of work.
