Great Location - right next-door to the Vondel Park. Tram stops are only a few minutes walk if you want to get to the more central areas of Amsterdam, we pre-ordered the I Amsterdam City card, so getting around was very easy. Room was tidy and clean, had the basics (tv, drink-making facilities etc). Safe wasn't locking properly and there was no remote control for the tv when we arrived but the staff put both things right immediately. Hotel lobby and restaurant have a very trendy and relaxed vibe about them. We really liked the ethos of the hotel to be as sustainable as possible, this was a constant theme throughout. Breakfast was a small but decent selection and there were always staff on hand close by to assist if anything ran out. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend.

Room was kinda compact and the small window meant a slight lack of natural light at times, this wasn't a real "issue" as such, just an observation. The breakfast was nice but some people might want a bit more of a selection. Nothing else of real note tbh

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe as only key holders could work the elevator. The bed was very comfortable and I liked having our own thermostat in the room. It's a great location for cafes, bars and restaurants, and there's a Jumbo supermarket just over the canal. Vondelpark is beautiful and takes you close to the city centre.

I would have liked the room safe to be programmable, rather than on the hotel key card. The cleaners didn't come very often or clean very thoroughly when they did. Overall, however, it was clean, but had they vacuumed I would have felt more comfortable doing yoga.

We arrived at 2am very tired, moody, and frustrated as we missed out connecting flight due to an earlier delay, but the mood quickly changed as we arrived at this hotel, greeted by a super cheerful, helpful and happy to serve receptionist. We thought that was super awesome to be so welcoming at 2am in the morning. The room was simple but very clean, the bed was super comfy which we needed for a good sleep. It was also easy to order pizza online as this hotel is not far from the center. We thought we made a good choice to book here instead of at the airport. They also allow late check out with very reasonable small payment. It was a short stay but memorable.

The hotel is located very close to the western end of Vondelpark. It was very nice to walk through the park to reach the city. There are stores and restaurants, coffee shops in close vicinity of the hotel. Downtown is 30-40 minutes by walk, even less with bike, but there are also trams and buses nearby. Schiphol airport is in less than 30 minutes distance by public transport (tram+train). The room was simple, but clean, friendly, has everything needed and comfortable for rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I can't tell anything which I didn't like.

The staff were very friendly. The local area had many restaurants. The towels were so fluffy. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and modern. Transport connections excellent for central Amsterdam with a choice of the No 2 or No 1. Or you can walk through the lovely Vondelpark and be at the Rijkmuseum in about 25 minutes. There was a free drink in the bar every night between 6 and 7PM. However, we didn’t always be back at the hotel by then.

The view from the bedroom window was terrible. On the first floor, we had room 129 in the rear block. There was no view and little natural daylight. Just a high dirty concrete wall as high as we could see 3M from our window. The annoying thing was I asked bookings.com to request a high room at the front of the building. Whether this request wasn’t passed on to the hotel or the hotel didn’t respond, I do not know. Despite this, we would stay at this hotel again. From Schiphol it was a 10 minute sprinter train from the airport, then a two stop tram ride to the hotel stop at Surinameplein, easy!

The hotel was very hip, it was nicely furbished and the personnel was extremely welcoming. It was a bit further away from the city center but none the less, located in a decent area, we found a lot of great local cafes and the park was wonderful. The room that we had, was facing a wall but we didn't mind that, but just FYI. + the towels we had were very fluffy and nice

The room was not as as clean as I would have liked. The sink was scratched and it had some red hair on it. Also the toilet had limescale deposits and it didnt look "that" clean. And the bedding had some (small) stains on it.

The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful—but not too pushy or in your face, which is nice especially after a long travel day. The café was excellent with delicious coffees and vegan treats (a bonus for me!), and the amenities were perfect. It's also so beautiful and well-designed, and we absolutely love the eco-conscious focus of the hotel. And the bike rentals were SO CONVENIENT AND EASY! Thank you!!

The only things we would improve upon were the sometimes scarcity of in-room resources. We didn't have enough hangers for two people, nor hooks for our coats or handbags, and without a desk or cabinet there weren't many surfaces to store our personal belongings other than the floor. We would've really appreciated and used a side table or a desk, or dresser even. Also, we absolutely needed laundry! I know that's not a hotel's main job, but even a self-service laundry room would've been incredible. We ended up having to find a late-night laundromat after a rainy day and blow-dry our clothes, which wasn't ideal and didn't actually work well.

The room was great. Lots of space for our stuff. Very nice clean bathroom. The bed was firm and comfortable. A large double here meant king bed in our case. The staff were lovely from the moment we showed up at 2am after a mishap with our previous accom. The cleaning staff were kind too. We could hire bikes from the lobby which was a cool cafe with an adjoining restaurant. We booked added days to our stay because we liked it so much.

Not a dislike but if you want to cast to the TV you'll need to take your own casting device.

So this property is very eco friendly. So do their staff. I did now expect their device to be a wonderful one too. The service towards us were so great. The room was cold for us since it’s our first our time in Amsterdam, the next thing they did was adjusted the room temperature warmer for us so we could be comfort. For that they also give compliment gifts such as cards and not one but two bars of chocolate. Breakfast is so good. First time eating Dutch breakfast. The cereals were fantastic cause it was full of many types nuts which I loved it. The bathroom and room interior was fantastic. With all the beautiful quotes and all it was so great. Yes of course they sent us a heater too for our room 😉

The neighborhood around has everything : the park, amazing places to eat and drink etc. if you want to avoid the crowd. Walkable distance from the city center. The room had the most comfortable bed, nice lighting and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and they kept our luggage after we checked out so that we could enjoy our day until out departure without carrying all our stuff.

I only encountered two problems: There was no fridge in the room so we couldn't keep any cold beverages or leftover food and I couldn't open the window so it felt like I was in a ship only with ventilation ( I didn't ask for help though so this could have been just my problem)
