The location was absolutely perfect and the views from the room too. They even had a little gift for my friend's birthday in the room which was such a nice touch and much appreciated. Staff were very friendly, especially the Lithuanian girl. We are looking to come back regularly and I think this will be the hotel we'll always look for first when considering our stays in Amsterdam.

This is no way a dissatisfaction, but a hairdryer, kettle/tea/coffee and cups/glasses in the room would have been nice but it didn't take away from the good experience. The TV channels didn't all work either, either bad signal or cable, gliychy, some only had sound so didnt have much choice, but we don't go on holiday to watch TV so it doesn't matter, these are just some things that COULD be better and not what we didn't like.

Location, it was close to everything in the centre of town. The single beds were comfy.

The shower sent water all over the floor and all over the sink and toilet. Not enough plug sockets in room. No option of more than 1 key shared between 6 people and keys were not allowed to be taken off site. We got charged 100eur extra on the first night to have a guest stay with us despite us paying for 6 people and only 4 people staying on the first night. Yes its in the "terms and conditions" but this doesnt make sense given we had paid the security deposit for 6 people.

The bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect, it’s right on the square so there’s plenty to do around you and it’s right across from a tram station and a 5 min walk to the metro, so you can get anywhere you want. The staff could not have been nicer :)

There was only really one issue and it was the shower curtain, it definitely needs to be replaced. It would also be nice to have atleast had a kettle in the room.

Staff are nice, location is good, even though there’s plenty of night life downstairs it wasn’t noisy in the room. Room itself was pleasant with large windows.

Light sensor in the bathroom is ridiculous. Light is constantly turning off and you need to adjust the sensor based on weather you’re in the shower or on the toilet to ensure it captures your movement.

Good continental breakfast, hotel was in the old town, which was great

Location was great; it was walking distance to Central Train station, the ports for river cruises, and Van Gogh Museum. The room & bed were comfortable & clean. Staff very pleasant & assisted with directions to sites around the city.

Hotel lobby is on second floor; there is no elevator. Be prepared to carry your suitcase up & down the very steep & narrow stairways to the lobby & your room (I was on 3rd floor).

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a cheap accomodation to visit Amsterdam. The location is perfect, it is very close to the city centre (10/15 min by walk). In the same square of the hotel you can find a lot of places to eat and to have breakfast, and also a nice coffee shop. My room was very large, but the furniture is not very good. The bed was comfortable indeed. The bathroom is shared with the other rooms, but it's really big, and the shower was perfect. The cleaning service is acceptable. The staff is really kind and always available. There is no chance to have lunch or breakfast in this hotel. In the end i reccomend it 👍🏼

Great location, near the square full of cafes and clubs. The room was more than enough for our 1 night stay. I have read a lot of negative reviews regarding breakfast, but for us, the breakfast was more than enough. Bread, different kinds of spreads, eggs, muffins, butter, ham, cheese, fruits, yoghurts and different kind of warm and cold drinks. We could leave our bags there before the official check in time.

The hotel is outdated. The furniture in the rooms was mostly old and damaged.

Location was amazing - the square is beautiful with lots of cafes & bars. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and looked after our bags when we arrived too early to check in and again the following day when we had a late departure which was appreciated.

Nothing - perfect location for our city break.

Apartment was in an amazing location, the square is very lively and easy to get to from the airport. Easy access to the rest of Amsterdam by tram that’s 30 seconds away. The room was great, beds were comfy and it was clean, with our towels being replaced daily. Check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly too!
