Good location in the centre of Amsterdam. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable. Fresh flavoured water and sweets in the lobby were always appreciated every time we came back from a visit.

The shower is extremely slippery. The hotel is located on a square full of bars and restaurants, therefore it gets very noisy until late at night. The hotel provides ear plugs but unfortunately this is only of little helps.

Staff was attentive and front desk was very helpful answering all questions and assisting with any needs. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Coffee in the room was great.

Room was nice but a bit sparce. No artwork on the walls. Only one drawer for clothing. Not much counter space in bathroom for toiletries. Noise level was more than expected. Choice to have a drink instead of housekeeping seemed nice at first. Tried it one day and used our coupon. Free drink offer was very limited (wine was terrible) and not worth giving up housekeeping. Breakfast was great. But there were ALWAYS items that needed replenishing and ALWAYS had to ask to have the item replenished. Seemed that breakfast was under staffed. The staff was kind and tried to keep up.

The location of the property is just perfect! Your like 10 minutes away from all the red lights district, maybe 15 minutes away from central train station, and you have all the amenities right outside of the hotel. We were there in december, so there was ice rink, a lot of bars, restaurants, clubs around, a lot of fast food places, so pretty much everything you may need. We've arrived 10 am in the morning (check in was 3pm), and they immediately gave us 1 room as it was ready already, and we dropped our stuff in there. I travel a lot, and I know sometimes hotels just don't want to check you in before check in time, just because they want you to pay extra. Not with this hotel, they were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Highly recommend this hotel! P.S. In the lobby they do have water and different types of candies for the guest, which is kind of cool.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our check in time was supposed to be 3 pm but got there at 6 and they accommodated us warmly. Staff Jayna was very friendly and helpful. She always made sure that all our concerns and requests will be catered. Staff Jayna even gave us tips in where to dine and where to visit while we’re in the city. Really thankful for her and the rest of the crew for accommodating us. The room was more than what I expected. They gave us a beautiful room with the best view. The location is just perfect. Just walking distance to restaurants and shops. Tram is just outside the hotel. We also feel safe on our whole stay. Would gladly check in back to this hotel when we come back in Amsterdam. 10/10 would recommend 🫶🏼

Location was great. Walking distance everywhere. Rembrantplein is the nightlife square. Lots of nightclubs and restaurants to select from. Although there were many night clubs around, when you enter the hotel you dont feel the outside comotion. Clean rooms but a bit small than we expected. The breakfast: It was enough for a continental breakfast. Coffee machine did the job and the rest was fresh and complete for a small breakfast.

The room walls were a bit thin I guess. I came without my children not to be woken up in the morning, but instead I woke up with other people's children crying at 7 AM :) So, I think just let the front desk know your room location in case of if you are looking to sleep in.

The hotel and bedroom was so clean and provided towels, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel was in the centre of Amsterdam square with only a 15 minute walk from the central train station or a 6 minute tram ride that left you right outside the hotel. The hotel was in the middle of a square with coffee shops, bakery’s, bars and restaurants, and at the top of the street for the high street shops! It was my boyfriend and I anniversary and his birthday which I requested decorations and they went above and beyond. They decorated the room with ballons and banners, they gave us unbelievable good chocolates, and a bottle of champagne. Overall with the brillant location, amazing hotel, and their lovely staff I couldn’t fault it!

I would like the option of a hotel gym and wished that the booking included breakfast as it was not the cheapest. If not it would be nice if the hotel breakfast was cheaper.

2 night weekend stay. The hotel is really good, the staff are excellent and very helpful, The location is both a good selling point, with great transport links to Central station, but unfortunately, also its biggest issue. Noise

We were a party of 8, probably 6 of which had issues with the noise. The hotel do provide earplugs, but it's a busy square and is next to 2/3 nightclubs... So it's noisy till 6 or 7am on a Friday and Saturday night.

The staff were very pleasant, always a friendly greeting and were happy to help wherever they could. The room was well-located and as quiet as can be in such a bustling area. I can't say I noticed the noise unless the window was open. The location was really good. At the time of the visit, Rembrantplein was at its wintery best, with an outdoor ice rink and food stalls just outside the hotel door. The general location we found ideal and was handy and within easy walking distance for shopping, sightseeing and culture.

We had hoped for a double room but were given a twin with the beds pushed together, not quite the same. The air conditioning worked but even at the lowest temperature, it was still warm in the room in December.

The space of the room is excellent in Amsterdam. Location is good and it’s easy to take the tram to go Central station.

The hotel is located right around the Rembrant Square, so there are lots of restaurants. however people party during the weekend. It is very noisy at night. When the windows are closed, it’s better. If windows cannot be closed because of the heat, then it’s very noisy. The air conditioning in the hotel, like any other hotels in Europe, is not as strong as in U.S. They are very conscious of green environment and clean air. They rather endure heat than turning on air- conditioning. However, it’s too hot for us to close the windows and too noisy to not close the windows. It is a situation of to be or not to be.

So close to town, practically next to everything you need. Room was comfortable, warm, clean....all good. Only thing I'd complain about were the mattresses. They were a bit hard. But that's a personal preference anyway. The coffee machine and water bottle were a nice touch and pretty useful too hahah

I'm rating it a 9 because of the uncomfortable mattresses and because the rooms could do with a bit more soundproof
