Close to museums (5-10 min by walk to Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh), restaurant bars and supermarket. Metro station across the street, 10 min walk to flower market or 15 min to center (or faster by bike) In the room there is electronic kettle and fridge. Bed was comfortable and bedding clean. Enough space in the room for suitcases etc. There is possibility to leave your luggage at the end of your stay after check out if your train/plane is in the evening.

Im not fan of carpets in public spaces (I have mild allergy issues everytime there is a carpeting)

Location lovely and beside an ALDI which was very handy, staff were so friendly! Beds were pretty comfortable and we got our own bathroom which was nice. Price was incredible!

There was some hair on the bedsheets and a couple of small random stains? Nothing crazy, kind of what you’d expect in a hostel. We didn’t know until we arrived but they have no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, the stairs were steep and tbh unsettling to climb up and down. One of our group had a fractured leg, he could still walk but was not ideal to climb 3 flights of stairs each day.

The location was just perfect - central but quiet, with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, a supermarket around the corner and good public transport connections. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The mattresses were nice and firm and we slept very well. The communication with the hotel was very good. I had a couple of special requests which they fulfilled without hesitation. They also sent directions for getting to the hotel from the airport, which was very useful.

I have no complaints about the hotel. It offers a perfectly acceptable standard of accommodation at a reasonable price. If I could change one thing, I'd probably upgrade the bathroom, but everything was fully functional.

The service is not too bad. The reception suggested places to go around the city. They provided laundry service for €11, which is reasonable compared to a self-service laundry shop. The hotel is also really close to the Heineken Experience and restaurants.

We booked a private room for 4, and the room is on third floor. There are no lift at the hotel, and the steps are quite steep. It definitely is a great hostel, it provides a place to rest, but don't expect anything more than that.

very good and simple rooms. very nice for the bought. nice clean good Wi-Fi and nice people. location id great. its quite and not next to the city main bars and entertainment, so everything is nicer. I think that a mini fridge in the room will be very appreciated.

the walls are slim in the rooms. so you con here some other visitors. nothing to worry about, just to be prepared for that. a bigger closet could be nice. but for a short stay it is perfect. i wish you would announce that you should come with your own lock and keys.

Location was great. 2 minute walk to the Metro and only two stops from Central Station. Trams just as close and plenty of places to eat at night nearby. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff.

No eating in the rooms was a bit of a surprise rule, rooms weren’t cleaned although towels were changed during our stay, toilet seat was a bit wobbly and the bathroom was a bit small. These are a few of the faults we found but no more than should be expected from the price we paid.

Staff were nice and the room was clean

The wall was thin so I often heard other guests speaking loudly at night, which was annoying. The hot water in the shower was unstable and once the water was basically just warm and I had to finish my shower very quickly. A 10 euro cash deposit was required for the key card, which was fine and you could get it back when check out, but if you don't live in Europe and want to spend all the cash before leaving this would be a pain.

Good value for money when you want a private room for just a few people. Also had an excellent location that was within walking distance to most attractions and easy to take public transport to other attractions further north as well (though a 25 mins walk is also doable!)

Note that there isn't any lifts, so if you have heavier luggage this could be inconvenient as the steps on the stairs are narrow. Room is a bit small but is good value for what you pay for.

Great location, very quiet at night considering the proximity of bars and restaurants and street. Comfortable bed, clean towels every day. Nice staff, room was ready ahead of time. Luggage storage on the day of departure.

Room seemed a bit smaller than 20 qm. WiFi did not always work. Some advice for elderly people or those who are not that mobile: Ensuite bathroom up two steps, which might be difficult for some guests. Very steep steps (room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator), so guests should be mobile and fit ;-) Otherwise very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located very close to public transportation. So, this makes navigating the city very convenient. The hotel is also located within easy walking distance of museums such as Van Gogh, MOCO, and Rijksmuseum.

The hotel does not have an elevator. So, if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, you will be lugging it up stairs. The stairs are not bad, though. It's just something to be aware of.
