A beautiful quiet location on a quiet street. The hotel is immaculately clean and designed, and the staff are super helpful and accommodating and seemed to speak a variety of languages. There was a possibility to leave our bags for the day after check out and bikes to hire. The room itself was very comfortable and always felt like it was at a perfect temperature. The shower was fantastic (!) and we had a variety of amenities. Could not fault the hotel at all.

The hotel was a little difficult to find initially as it is not on the main street as expected but round the back on a little alley. But once we realised that it was easy to find and well signposted. The room was quite a bit smaller than expected but perfect for our needs.

The location is perfect. The room was beautifully designed, large and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was great and useful. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great bonus

The only downside was that the windows don't open. It limits the ability to use the kitchen and I like fresh air. Also the room is very expensive.

Really nice hotel with the perfect location. It’s very central, but in a quit and local area. Very easy to check in and out. Very friendly staff at the hotel, everybody is really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to come back.

The room was really small, difficult to store our clothes and stuff in the small closet. No space around the bed. Sad that it is so expensive to rent bikes and parking when you stay at the hotel. It should give an advantage when you already pay a lot to live there, but it was considerably cheaper to rent both parking and bicycles other places in the city.

Upon check-in, we were informed that we had been given a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and clean, and the location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and the temperature of the apartment was constant without being suffocating. The ability to drop your bags before and after check out was a definite plus. Staff on reception were informative and polite. The general lounge area was great, with access to drinks and snacks on an honesty basis.

The "double" bed was, in actual fact, 2 singles pushed side by side, each with their own bedding.

- Housekeeping: Infrequent cleaning leads to noticeable dirt and dust. Even the full cleaning every 4 days is subpar, leaving garbage, hair, and poorly vacuumed floors. While daily cleaning isn't necessary, thorough cleaning is expected when it does occur. - Maintenance: Slow response to maintenance requests (e.g., noisy fridge took 4-5 days and multiple reminders to fix). - Breakfast: Mediocre quality. - Bike Rental: Charging €22 per bike per day is excessive, especially considering the hotel's above-average price point. Complimentary bikes would be more appropriate. Additionally, the lack of insurance despite initial assurances is concerning. But the bikes are new & in a good conditions.

Quirky interior design and cleanliness of the hotel. Pleasant reception staff and felt very safe during our stay. Location perfect .

Nothing to dislike

We loved the very friendly, open and helpful stuff! We had a complimentary breakfast the first day which was fine. Our room had a comfortable bed, kitchen and a relatively spatious bathroom. Location was great, we mainly walked to the city center (which we recommend) which was 10-20min away (depending on where you want to go). The Metro station was 5 minutes away along with the trams, all very convenient. Overall we had a pleasant stay which we would recommend!

We had a change of room because the first one was not clean when we arrived. The stuff were very helpful in this. The second room was pleasant but very small. With two hand luggages and a large one we were at the limit of space usefulness (we had to place things in the table too). This needs to be taken into account if you have more luggage than that but otherwise it should be fine, as the (relatively small) cupboard should also help.

I stayed for a week and Citadines was an absolute oasis. The area is super central, but quiet. I had to work a little bit. and did this in my room (garden facing with the sounds from a local primary school in the distance, making me feel right at home) and from a quiet and comfortable common living room in the basement downstairs (which has free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fruit).

There was a little bit of confusion about when my room would be cleaned. They don't clean daily (which is fine), but didn't clean on the day I had been told. It was all sorted though! I also really wanted to use the bicycles for an hour each morning to explore the city before it woke up, but bicycle rental is only allowed for a full 24 hours.

Nice clean bedroom. Little on small side but I guess if I paid more I’d have more space. But £200 per night is not cheap. Nice bedroom, clean bed, clean bathroom, tv works, great power shower. The heating is difficult to work. And no heating in bathroom, which was cold in November. Location Handy for metro52 to go into town or central station. Or about 25 min walk into town, which is fine. Overall a nice clean modern hotel in a nice street and area.

Room 111 no heating in bathroom. Our checkin reception staff member were not very welcoming upon arrival. Very robotic providing little information.

We expected a more welcoming staff. Upon check-in, we were given incorrect information regarding the cleaning options. The staff informed us that cleaning was done after 3-4 nights and that we should come to the front desk if we needed fresh towels or toiletries before then (sounds very unusual...never experienced this in a 4-star hotel). After two nights, we asked for new towels, and the staff then told us that we could have requested a light cleaning (only on request...), something we would expect daily from a 4-star hotel.
