A beautiful quiet location on a quiet street. The hotel is immaculately clean and designed, and the staff are super helpful and accommodating and seemed to speak a variety of languages. There was a possibility to leave our bags for the day after check out and bikes to hire. The room itself was very comfortable and always felt like it was at a perfect temperature. The shower was fantastic (!) and we had a variety of amenities. Could not fault the hotel at all.

The hotel was a little difficult to find initially as it is not on the main street as expected but round the back on a little alley. But once we realised that it was easy to find and well signposted. The room was quite a bit smaller than expected but perfect for our needs.

The location is perfect. The room was beautifully designed, large and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was great and useful. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great bonus

The only downside was that the windows don't open. It limits the ability to use the kitchen and I like fresh air. Also the room is very expensive.

Really nice hotel with the perfect location. It’s very central, but in a quit and local area. Very easy to check in and out. Very friendly staff at the hotel, everybody is really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to come back.

The room was really small, difficult to store our clothes and stuff in the small closet. No space around the bed. Sad that it is so expensive to rent bikes and parking when you stay at the hotel. It should give an advantage when you already pay a lot to live there, but it was considerably cheaper to rent both parking and bicycles other places in the city.

Quirky interior design and cleanliness of the hotel. Pleasant reception staff and felt very safe during our stay. Location perfect .

Nothing to dislike

I did not get to use the breakfast, since my sleep schedule was messed up, but the breakfast area/lounge was great. The staff was awesome!! I was a few hours early and since the rooms were all full so I waited till the check out time and room getting cleaned. They showed me the breakfast lounge area and offered food and tea/beverage etc. even I hadn't even checked in. Everyone was very helpful and the whole management was highly professional. I will tell all my friends and family and will definitely come and stay with them again.

This is a brand new modern hotel built in a quaint building surrounded by canals and with excellent connections by metro / tram to central station and town centre. A fifteen minutes brisk walk will also take to you to most attractions. Lovely tastefully furnished room fitted with a modern kitchenette was very convenient. Washroom was compact and comfortable. As one can expect with a newly opened property, there were a few teething issues but Saeed, the head receptionist who’s there from Paris was exceptional in problem solving and that too with a bright smile on his face. Cynthia, the front office manager was very empathetic and heard to our concerns to diligently alleviate our experience. Both these two individuals are an integral asset to the team at Citadines.

Sometimes room was a bit too cold and the lights weren’t responsive.

The interior design of this hotel is very thoughtful, beautiful, and cozy. The rooms had everything I needed and were spacious; the bed was comfortable. The head receptionist from Paris, Saeed, is exceptional, welcoming, professional, and thoughtful. The lounge and breakfast were a wonderful surprise; the food was delicious and well-presented, and the staff in charge of the lounge was great. The lounge was very comfortable, with plenty of seating and a great coffee machine. The studio is a beautiful space, the superior room as well. Wonderful opening! I look forward to my next visit to another Citadines/ Ascott property.

Location was great. It’s a fairly new hotel. Laundry room is s big plus. Nice spaces to read or relax. And there id s small work out room. We loved our kitchen and the sofa in room 32. But Management had to move us after one night because the a/c was not working. Room 214, though it was smaller with a sloped ceiling and no couch, had a window that could open and that helped a lot. Carlos was very personable and responsible and he was the one who facilitated the room change. He said we would get price adjustment because we had to move to a smaller room but upon check out, Louis said he was not authorized to do that. I hope Citadines will issue the partial refund. It’s a really nice hotel, and I loved the room we booked, but we only spent one of four nights in the room that we booked. Victoria at reception was terrific.

A/C was not working. Plumbing needs attention. Our toilet ran after flushing. We had to “jiggle” it to get it to stop running.

It was warm but our air con didn’t work, so the staff offered fans etc, after 2 nights we were offered a different room, but we were okay to stay with the fan. Staff did everything to support and respond, eventually offered comp breakfast on our final day which was lovely. Room was described as having a kitchenette style incl coffee machine etc but only had 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 side plate but did have water glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, coffee cups for 2 people. Not much in the way of amenities, shampoo/conditioner had only about 3 cm in bottom of reusable. 5 tissues in tissue box. HOWEVER - when asked the response to refill or replace was prompt and friendly without hesitation or question. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in reception. Staff allowed us to stay on lounge for a few hours prior our evening departure although we had checked out at 11am to collect luggage, relax, charge phones etc without hesitation. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Breakfast good, free coffee machine makes incredible specialized coffee. Beautiful decor, 3 minutes from subway station, close to restaurants, museum and most attractions.

All units door slammed automatically when people entered their unit. Wakes you up when people entering late at night. I would advise installation of soft closing door system. Be advised this is a apartment hotel, so no daily cleanup offered.
