Room was small but cozy. The bathroom was fantastic, spotlessly clean with a ‘wet room’ type feel. Good quality coffee machine in the room with plenty of coffee and creamer readily available. Peaceful room. Lovely, soft comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a very nice, safe & peaceful, upmarket area, 5 minutes walk to the metro & 2 stops to Centraal station. There’s easy access from the hotel to key tourist destinations, including the Rijksmuseum which is an easy 10 minute stroll. In fact, it is perfectly feasible to walk everywhere in the entire city from here, which is what we did, but lots of public transport nearby for those who prefer. I loved this hotel and would (will) definitely stay there again.

It’s small, but the overhead shower head would benefit from descaling to increase the water flow. Also, it would be lovely to be able to open windows which are locked to customers, so you are reliant on air conditioning. Apart from that there’s nothing that we didn’t like.

The room is super comfortable, clean and has everything you might need. Lots of storage space, lovely bathroom and double bed is bigger than it looks on pictures! Lovely view of the street with big openable windows. Great location and very friendly 24/7 concierge. No hidden charges, quick check in, check out and option to leave bags in baggage room was great!

The staff was extremely kind & accommodating! The room was small but so well decorated that it felt cozy & comfortable. And the location was great- at first I was worried it would be too out of the way of the main city action, but it is not! The spot is near a transportation hub to get to Centraal, and its about a 25 minute walk otherwise. It is near a delicious pancake restaurant in a park too! The dining area in the hotel is also nice; there's free beverages so I'd often go there to get a cappuccino or hot cocoa in the evenings to relax. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

The only major downside was that the walls are kind of thin. We could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and even had someone underneath us complain about this; staff had come to our room at about midnight and ask us to "stop making noise" but it wasn't us- we were already in bed! But I don't blame them for the confusion because it was so easy to hear bumps and people moving around, playing music, ect. So if you are a light sleeper, this location might be difficult for you...!

Rooms need some maintenance. Bed was slightly uncomfortable.

Empty fridge available to use, nicely designed rooms, bar and dining area. Front doors locking at night. Friendly staff, and quick check in/check out. Great location, quick walk to some of the best areas, and also close to the tram and metro stations.

Maybe some background music could be good to establish a nice vibe (in the foyer, breakfast hall, elevators, etc) - just some lounge music or lofi. Some of the towels smelled strange - maybe it's the detergent or the way they're dried. More ventilation would be nice. Room number on the keycard would be helpful.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. thank you Syed for helping me with my I-phone. the bathroom is an adequate size. there is a quick and adequate sized lift. the accommodations are in a quiet residential neighborhood.the king size bed is a true king size bed - not two twins put together. clean room. shower is warm/hot almost immediately. metro is close by. easy to reach from airport and train station.

room is very small. I was a solo traveler with just a carry on bag. if I would have had a checked bag, or there were two of us in the room, the room would have been extremely cramped. there are plenty of little shelves and drawers for items, but luggage would still be an issue. there is also a closet, but luggage would not fit in there. room windows do not open. I was informed the air conditioner brought in fresh air, but I don’t know. bathroom window does open. no breakfast options at the accommodation. I thought I was closer to the museum area, but it is a 15 minute walk.

Very charming hotel. Beautifully renovated. Loved the location which was away from the bustle and crowds of the city centre but still close to both the city centre, the beautiful canals and museumsplein. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything. The hosts were wonderful. Very friendly and warm, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and included freshly made omelette, eggs and pancakes. Loved the coffee machine in the room. We stayed in a 4-bed room as a family. Very nice room, excellent bathroom, comfy beds, very clean.

Everything was good.

the hotel was great, clean and very central. The room was very nice and very quiet. The only thing was that it was in the cellar (-1 floor) and you can't open the windows, but still because of the air-condition there was enough fresh air. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful! We loved the nice design and the colours in the hotel and the location was perfect. Within 10-20 minutes you can reach everything by foot.

the automatic blindes of the windows did not work proper, so we couldn't make it darker.

Excellent location right off one of the main metro lines and several tram lines - very close to De Pijp and the Albert Cuyp Market. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Room was of decent size for one and well appointed.

Left baggage could be a bit more secure perhaps. In other hotels I've essentially had a claim check to leave/retrieve my belongings. Other than that- which is a very minor quibble - this is an excellent place to stay.

The hotel was very new and very clean. The location is close to the city center but in a nice place away from the crowds.

The rooms were unfortunately too small and stuffy for two people. Since there was no opening window, the room was only ventilated with the air conditioner.
