The location was very good, close to the small supermarket. close to the station and to the centre too. the most amazing thing is staffs. they are wonderful, friendly and helpful. there were couple of facility problems in our room but as soon as we called them, they sent us a staff to fix things immediately. Sauna is also good! it's worth it! we were physically super tired for some days but sauna saved our exhaustion very much! you need to reserve for your slot since it is private use but free of charge for the hotel guests. I really appreciate it.

Nothing to complain. Parking space in Amsterdam is quite expensive, public parking in the centre was 25EUR per day and this hotel is 15EUR per day and it is located under the building. it was quite some cost for one week stay but security wise very reliable to park in the hotel. so again, it is not complain :)

We had a late flight cancelled and had to book this apartment at the last minute on booking.com. As it was so late I called the reception and they were really friendly and reassuring and made check in very easy. The room was a little tired, but really clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant 51 was amazing, a perfect place to relax after a stressful time at the airport. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Very convenient for trains in to central Amsterdam and the airport. Close to little supermarket and bars and cafes.

The kitchen area was a little tired, but other than that is was a great place to stay.

Spacious apartment, with kitchenet that included everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. The bed is very comfortable, and the living area is cozy and relaxing. There is a very comfortable lobby with a playroom (snooker and table football) nice bar, and an outdoor sitting area.

The bathroom was uninviting, at all white walls, the shower without a door, and the stream of water was very weak. There were no shampoo and conditioner (soap was for the shampoo in different bottles). The walls were covered with fake pictures and fake patterns of wood (vinyl for walls), which was very disappointing in my opinion.

This was a great 2 bedroom modern apartment with a lovely kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave and all cutlery required). Both of the bedrooms were ensuite and in the open plan living room/dining room there was enough comfy seating and a smart TV also which was great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy with all the facilities provided. This hotel wasn't in the centre however, we were very close to a train station and this had frequent trains going into the centre which took about 5 minutes and to get to the airport was also a 10 minute journey so it was a good location. Overall, I would recommend this apartment-hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam.

Only thing I would say was that the bed was too soft for my liking but that is just a personal preference and not a negative on the hotel as the beds were nice and comfy

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was great. Enjoyed the 'picky' food when we dropped back into the hotel during the day. With favourites being the bitterballen and parmesan fries. Having the Sloterdijk station next to the hotel was great.

If I was being critical, then the surroundings would be a negative as it felt very industrial. Lots of part build buildings and scaffolding. With it being out of the centre, there wasn't much around. However, the station being close by meant that Amsterdam Centraal was only 5/6 minutes away by train.

Our experience was very pleasant and satisfying considering, we were a family of 4 comprising of 2 young kids. We had booked a two bedroom apartment and had good quality sleep, room was well equipped with good kitchenette and cutlery. Staff were very friendly and both checkin and checkout process were smooth and seamless.

Breakfast was a let down and that can be a lot better. Not having a live station for omelette in todays’s date and time doesn’t make sense. The chef said she does only “half fry” that too in a very impolite tone.

Clean and spacious apartment. Excellent restaurant with friendly staff, without time restrictions on children. Was informed that kids are also allowed in fitness suite, but didn't have time to go in there. Games room with darts, pool table and table football provided some enjoyable evening activities for the whole family. Convenient location with direct rail link from airport, and also easy tram and train routes into central Amsterdam. No noisy crowds at night.

Unsafe fixture in apartment caused injury, but was given some free drinks as compensation. Apartment on the stark side, some rugs or cushions would add a bit of cosiness.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Friendly and most helpful. It's a great setup with nice facilities, including a gasto pub and a gym. Handy to Sloterdijk station for travel.

A number of items( saucepans and the safe) were broken on arrival on our apartment. The staff attended to this promptly. Also, the bath gel needing replenishing, and the staff were prompt in attending to it. Great apartment set up but a higher level room. might be quieter. Also instructions for the convection open would be useful and some extra pillows.

The apartment was a great size for the family. two bathrooms, kitchen and common area was perfect. Parking easy, gymnasium very well set up and the staff were fabulous. Helpful, friendly and happy to assist with any enquiries. It is a little out of the city which was fine with us. The metro is a short walk and very easy, as is the tram system. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

well connected via slodterdijk station, very kind staff, loved the gym, quiet neighborhood.

our tv never worked (other than the the few local channels which were considerably bad) for our entire stay of nearly 3 weeks. It wouldn’t have been an issue for a short stay, but for a long stay it made for a few boring rainy days when we wanted or needed to stay at the apartment.
