Modern, clean hotel with a good comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Good position (metro/train/bus station at 10 min walking distance) for start of exploration of Rotterdam city and surroundings. I would come again in this hotel.

Sofa bed on which kids slept was quite hard, no shops or restaurant near by so I recommend everyone to take breakfast in hotel, especially if coming with kids. Metro/train/bus stop perfectly connects all parts of the city only it is little bit further from the hotel than it is written in description on your page. It takes app 10 minutes walking (nothing terrible, but guests should know this info)

Breakfast was generous and tasty. The hotel location provides easy access to highway. Rotterdam city center can be reached within minutes. The stuff tried to help us as much as they could. Rooms are modern and have excellent sound isolation.

It was a bit difficult to find appropriate parking slot due to construction jobs onsite. Not all the rooms have mini bar, so please find out the one with the bar before booking. As I've mentioned, the breakfast was really ok, but it took quite a while from the staff to refill empty food containers.

Clearly recently renovated. Really comfortable bed and pillow. Staff was nice. Parking cheap for a Novotel.

There was a weird buzzing sound that we could hear repeatedly and frequently through the night and mornings( were not at all there during the day). Breakfast war really expensive and with little variety. No Minibar in the room. No closet in the room, just a couple of hangers on a rod.

I found the room very warm to sleep in and had a problem getting the temperature down The breakfast was delicious. Location is good. Building going on next door I could have done without Would you consider having a wardrobe rather than rails? Also no fridge.

The couch was made up into a bed. I was on my own and could have done with the couch or even a chair No food available between breakfast and dinner is poor

We liked the hotel although it was still under some construction. Did not like the groups of youth that came in over the weekends and were loud and obnoxious throughout the night. We stayed for two weeks and we loved the breakfast. Very friendly staff we will be back!

Better room cleaning

Rooms are recently renovated and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent, and the fact that children under 16 don't pay for it was a huge plus.

The location is not ideal, but if you do your research in advance this shouldn't be a surprise. You're around 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.

Everything was perfect! Nice area, very accessible from city centre and in a beautiful neighbourhood. Great room very spacious, clean and state of the art facilities. Lovely staff. Breakfast was super. Nothing lacking. We loved it! I must confess we got more value for our money. Thank you!

The hotel has just renovated so it's really clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the morning which really good taste and not expensive.

The location of the hotel a bit far from the city. There is no restaurant near by the hotel or cannot go there by walk (for us with children). But for the rest is really good.

Friendly and helpful reception staff

Rooms were late being cleaned and had to run around for clean towels and only given hand towels at reception as that’s all they had. Cleaners did come late afternoon but was getting ready to go out so couldn’t come in and do tidy

New and clean

Coffee and tea facilities could have been more generous as just 2 coffee sachets and a couple of teas were only provided. Also cups were only enough for 2 people although there were 3 of us. Small tiny details can make a difference.
