It's an IBIS, I don't expect luxury, and hence why I've not rated it higher. But the price was right, the staff friendly, and it was clean and functional. I also chose it because of its location, I liked being in that area - lots of great restaurants, quirky little shops, and a Jumbo 2 minutes walk away. A 3-5 minute walk and there were chemists, department stores, an Apple store, electrical, homewares and sports/entertainment offerings. There were also some parks nearby. A big tick to the receptionist who booked us in. We had separate bookings - I was travelling by myself and staying for a week, my daughter and boyfriend booked separately, staying only 1 night. He ensured we had rooms next to each other, which was appreciated.

I was really happy with everything. The only thing I could kick myself for was booking through booking.com. I chose the non-refundable option, and then found I'd made a mistake with my dates. The receptionist referred us to your preferred booking provider if we wanted to do it that way, which again was appreciated.

All Ibis hotels always have excellent beds and linens, and this hotel is no exception. Very good view from the 7th floor of the city. Quick check-in and check-out. The staff is friendly, the room is clean. Location is great!

The room has only beds, a shower with a toilet and a small storage space. No kettle, no fridge, no bottle of water. If you only plan to sleep here, then ok. I think this is more suitable for people on a business trip, but not for a family. The hotel does not have its own parking, but it is nearby and paid 35 euros per day (March 2023). There were parking lots a little cheaper, also not very far, but because of the repair work on the street, it took a long time to get to them.

Clean and spacious room with very little noise from the busy street. The shower had good water pressure and wasn't too small. The TV had lots of channels, a nice bonus when travelling for work alone. The location was great, in the centre but not on a street with bars or clubs. The 24-hour reception with water and snacks was much appreciated.

It would have been nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, especially since there was plenty of space for it. The iron and iron board were in a separate room on floor 3 which was a slight inconvenience but fine.

Good location, it’s in city center so very close to some famous places such as Mauritshuis. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets around here so it’s really convenient. It’s also near to a main metro/tram station and you could take a metro/tram by walking for only several minutes. 24-Hour Service is definitely a good point, every member of staff is quite friendly and always ready to help you and answer your questions. You could also check your luggage here as long as you want, and pick it up at anytime, although you have already checked out. The room is big and comfortable, with a nice view out of the window. Bath, bed, desk, tv, wifi… everything great. And you could use the elevator only with your room card, so it’s also safe.

The pizza in the restaurant on the first floor was not good enough, didn’t worth the price in my opinion.

The room had plenty of room and came with the basic amenities. The location is perfect for a weekend trip as it is right in the centre of Den Haag. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, so this is a hotel one can recommend to others.

Unfortunately the room did not have a refrigerator. However, this is a minor inconvenience and not something wholly unexpected and should certainly not be a deal breaker. Nonetheless, the presence of one would be a welcoming addition to the rooms.

Great modern hotel, nice, clean, modern rooms, lounge area where you can meet up with work colleagues, etc.

In general, I would love to find more vegan, organic, local options at breaktfast at hotels. At Ibis they offered soy joghurt and milk, (appart from obiously vegan things like ceral, fruits, vegetables, etc.), but the offer could definitely be improved. Would be great if the coffee machines would as well have a plant based milk so that you can enjoy as well a latte.

Perfect location for sightseeing in the city. The staff was always helpful and it was very convenient to be able to eat dinner in the hotel at night when desired.

When awake and walking about, the hotel’s central heating control kept the room and lobby quite cold. A hot shower, thermals and the bed’s comforter did supply enough warmth for very comfortable sleeping. The step up/down into/out of the bathroom is a bit tricky if you’re stiff or not agile. Also, the TP is very, very thin.

I liked the location, it was excellent. The front staff was very welcoming. The room was amazing and I plan to stay there each time I come to visit my family.

The breakfast was adequate but not explained to me on where certain items were. The maid didn't understand me when I asked for soap to be refilled in the shower and had to squirt soap into a cup from the sink and use that.

I really love this Hotel Especially the location In the middle of the City Center Close to every where, just walk A lot of famous shopping centers, shops, en delicious restaurants (the best is Indonesian food nasi padang : Lapek Jo, just walking 3 minutes you will get a very delicious food with affordable price too) THE BEST !!! Don't have a private car parking spot, so you must take your car in public parking spot, even not far from hotel

Lovely quiet rooms which makes such a difference for a good nights sleep. good breakfast and great wifi. All in all a great location for work and or pleasure - central location so really easy to find!

The evening meal menu was fairly limited but I understand this is more for convenience than an offering of good dining. Bonus is that the kitchen is open 24 hours. It would have been great to have a kettle and tea facilities in the room.
