Excellent location in front of a tram stop which services several of the city's main lines. Very easy to get almost anywhere in the city from here, including to and from the central station. Staff were excellent, and the rooms were clean. There are plenty of common areas. They will also store luggage before and after your stay for free, which is very convenient. They also give each guest an illustrated map of the city noting important locations for sightseeing, groceries, etc. Overall, a great value stay and convenient way to see The Hague and the Netherlands.

It might have been different in other rooms (each room has a different theme and design), but in the Monumental Room, there were not outlets on each bed. Only one power strip extender was available, which was inconvenient and also potentially not fire safe when everyone's phones and the room fan are all plugged into the same strip. However, this hostel did have very good fire mitigation compared to other hostels I've stayed at, including regularly testing smoke detectors, so that balances it out a bit.

It was incredibly well located, many attractions on my list were at walking distance but also tram station at the door if I didn't want to walk (mostly when I arrived and departed with my luggage). The convenience of being able to have FULL use of the kitchen to store and cook my food saved me money from eating out. But MOST of ALL the FRIENDLINESS of the staff, specially for a woman traveling alone, made me feel at home. Thanks Marta, Danilo, Pedro, Savvas and many others that I don't remember the name.

The Internet could be a bit faster at times, sometimes I had to wait for loading pages a bit. I guess a lot of people using it at the same time, Nothing that kept me from doing what I needed. To be honest the worst part was leaving, I hope to be back in the future and HIGHLY recommend it !

Always a great time at Will & Tate. It is like visiting friends 😀 You have a nice comfy bed and full access to the kitchen. Staff is superfriendly and the location is perfect right on the best spot of Hague close to the market and 15 minutes from the Central Station. I will not even look at other options when traveling to The Hague!

The convenience of the tram stop right at the door has a downside of making some rooms a bit noisy if they face the front of the building. Not a terrible thing but the tram starts running around 6 am, if you want to sleep in make sure to ask for a room that doesn't face the front.

The location is absolutely perfect! I stayed in the 5bed female dorm and it was beautifully decorated, private bathroom with a shower and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the interior downstairs is very modern. There is a cafe bar and perfect for enjoying in the morning and night. Throughout the day there is space if you need to work on your laptop and a kitchen for longer stays.

The only complaint was that we had the window open all the night due to the heat and the trams are right outside. They go throughout the night. This is normal to expect when the location is so central, so just something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

The check-in staff were nice and explained everything very clear and gave a tour of the whole place in under 5 minutes, The beds were really comfortable and the room was was also clean. I extended my stay and that was also handled quickly and kept the same bed. Check-out went fast. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend being my first time staying in a Hostel!

The only thing might be annoying is they have tram track right in front of the building which is handy to travel quickly but at night the sounds might be loud but after 1 they stop riding and in the morning the earliest is 5 in the morning. But other than that perfect area and easy to come and go.

I really enjoyed the stay and I was surprised how much it helps that the beds have the cubicles - you hear a lot less noise as without it, so i slept quite well, no need for the earplugs. Each cubicle has its own ventilation. Space is clean, including showers and toilets. Tip for others: bring your towel and lock with more massive shuckle (as the common small locks do not work).

The kitchen is closed until 8:00, omg I'm dead from hunger that time or I need to be miles away already. I understand the need to lock it in the evening, but I'm sure there's a feasible way how to open it automatically at 5-6AM by the guest cards without need to unlock it by staff. Hope I'll see that in practice next time and it makes me to give rating of 10! :)

Front of house is really sensational, the bar and reading room with tuned guitar. Had to pull myself away.

The room (4) I was in just didn't match the hostel. BUT this was more a style thing as I had a great night's sleep. I took it as a work in progress and I'm not somebody who's ever pleased to find thry have to make their oen bed on arrival but, again, it didnt affect the main event, good night's sleep which Will and Tate have taken care for. Maybe just work up those beds a bit more as thry're a bit too scaffoldy. Also, the kitchen/communal area is kinda gone at night and while this probably makes for good sleep all round and I like it's not a party house, it would be good just to sit somewhere if you were, say, insomniac. Can really be a help for travellers to have a chill out area to calm the nerves when it happens.

Each stay in a different room and each one absolutely terrific!!! This time we wanted to try the Superior Suite and we loved it just as much as the Courtyard Suite and the Jungle Room. Huge room in a sophisticated design. The friendly staff makes you feel welcome whether you are a returning guest or first time visitor.

Good location, about 5 minutes from the "grote markt", in the middle of the old town of Den Haag. Accommodation has a small bar in the entrance area. Great staff that takes a lot of time for the guest at check-in and guides them through the premises. Employees have very good English skills and are always friendly in contact. Check-in and check-out uncomplicated. Funny idea to prepare a city map with a "do-it-yourself" sightseeing tour. Overall, a very good place to stay in Den Haag.

Bathrooms unfortunately on the first floor, but toilets also on the ground floor.
