The best customer service we have ever received they were brilliant, 2 bedroom apartment was so clean , so much room, handy having a kitchenette and washing machine when travelling.I would highly recommend this Quest apartment for great value and such friendly helpful staff .I would be very happy to stay here again .

I liked everything for the price you can’t fault it .yes it’s a older property but it’s very clean and well managed . The price is excellent for 2 bedroom apartment.

Location is good. Very close to all main attractions, groceries shops, shopping area, public transportation. Room size was sufficient for two of us including kitchenette. Was given room facing to the park (as per our request) and we very recommend it. You have a park view and see the tower right from the balcony. Was very convenient to watch New Year firework. We came at 12pm and our room was ready for us.

Due to public holiday, all management was off for 2 days. Not a problem, we were capable to make our bed and take care of garbage, but it will be great if extra garbage bags and coffee supplies are provided.

The studio was excellent. It is spacious and comfy. On arrival the AC was set to a nice and cool temperature which we appreciated a lot after a long and tiresome travelling in the hot weather. Having a charging station for your phone and other devices was also a nice touch. The bathroom was super clean and in great condition. Overall there were a lot of small but significant things in the studio that were well thought out that we appreciated a lot

There was some roadwork happening at the time, but other than that, everything was amazing.

The shower door in the double room didn’t shut properly but it was a small thing

From booking to departure, the staff was great. They responded quickly & were very pleasant and friendly. The apartment itself was quite spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities. The washer and dryer worked very well. They had a few types of teas and hot chocolate, which I really enjoyed. It has small balcony with a a nice view. The bed was comfortable. Also when I put the do not disturb sign on the door, they left a bag of towels and toiletries, which was very nice.

I liked everything. Not that I am visiting to watch television, but having it a few more channels would have been nice.

The room size and facilities was perfect for a group of 4. We had plenty of space and it was so good having two bathrooms (ensuite and main bathroom). The kitchen facilities were great for our needs and there was lots of sitting space in the lounge. We had a great view of the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms weren’t cleaned/serviced each day. We needed to go down to reception for more towels, and refills of tea/coffee, toilet paper etc,

Loved as we were running late due to traffic the receptionist called to check we were ok & to remind us that reception closed at 5pm. Arrived on time to a welcoming & kind greeting from the said receptionist. Arrived in room & everyone was so please about how clean it was, everything was better than we all expected, great views of Sky Tower & surrounding area. Easy walk downtown & the Viaduct, nice experience for our South Island Visitors. Thank you & we will be back.

Excellent location, close to city centre. Easy walking distance to the shops, art gallery, museum and hospital. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great view of the park and the Sky Tower from my room. So handy to have a kitchenette for meal prep and a washing machine and dryer for doing my laundry.

Found servicing of room a bit confusing. It isn't every day , which I didn't realise at first.

The room was perfect for a week's stay and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

With the room being right over Queen St there was a lot of noise especially on garbage day and also about 3am on the Saturday when someone in one of the flats on the opposite side of the road decided to start having a party. Whilst I know much can't be done maybe getting double- glazed windows would help. I also thought there would be more of a balcony as opposed to somewhere with just enough room to have a smoke if I was a smoker.
