I liked my view - the room and the floor (i did ask to get on the side with views of the Auckland town hall) and this was obliged. The bed was comfy - the cleaners did a great job servicing the room, The little clock radio was brilliant - great sound.
I think when you come with a bit of luggage it would be nice if one of the staff members helped you with the trolley, the footpath outside is on quite an angle and I found if hard to load my luggage and not have the trolley run into my car. It may also be an idea to get them to help you with the trolley up to your room. The T.V should be on an arm where you can watch T.V from the bed (just a thought) Maybe for new guests, ask if they know how to work the elevators? (I am from out of town and do not stay in hotels much at all - so was a little stuck on that) Also maybe have access to a pedestal fan (for the people who get extra hot)

The Premium King Room we had was excellent as it allowed a triple aspect and a great view to the Town Hall and the Sky Tower. The room was spacious with a comfortable big bed, a decent seating area and separate 'dining' area. Good tea and coffee choices and a fridge but limited crockery.. Breakfast was part of our rate and it was reasonable with a number of different choices. Service was always very friendly but occasionally a bit dysfunctional and the food tended to be too greasy for our taste but overall the staff always went out of their way to be helpful.
There's nothing to really complain about at all. Housekeeping was sometimes a bit hit and miss and in overall terms value for money was good rather than outstanding but if I was returning to Auckland I'd have absolutely no hesitation in returning there.

The outside gives a small glimpse into whats hiding inside. When you step through the automatic doors, the lobby is beautiful and you are welcomed by the staff. Check in was a breeze and the place was so clean you could literally see your reflection in the floors. The rooms are beautiful, we had 2 rooms one was larger which is what we asked for, for my mum, the kitchenette was perfect for our needs, the bathroom so beautiful and relaxing, and the shower head was relieving. The tv is huge and can be swiveled to watch from the large bed or by the large window. The service from the staff was excellent and we felt like royalty. They have a mini bar, and room service as well as a restaurant and the food is amazing. The hotel is located close to the CBD but far enough away that you don't get the traffic and noise. There are plenty of restaurants and food stores within walking distance, as well as an amazing hair dresser located just behind the boutique. The cook from the restaurant definitely knows what he is doing and the sommelier very knowledgeable. This will definitely be out preferred place to stay in Auckland.

My first time in Auckland and I'm very glad I chose Airedale Boutique Suites. The room was modern, clean and well appointed, exactly as expected from the photos. Well maintained and not at all worn or tired. I especially liked the multiple lighting options, and the bluetooth speaker and usb charging ports on the bedside table. The handwritten welcome note and chocolates were appreciated. I also appreciated the various coathanger options which actually came off the rail (lots of hotels have hangers that are fixed). The location is very convenient and I walked everywhere (to restaurants, the ferry terminal etc). I had limited interaction with staff but found them to be very pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever back in NZ. I cannot comment on the meals as I did not dine at the restaurant/room service.
The only thing I can comment on was that there were a lot of little LED lights in the room (eg on the fridge, light switches, tv etc) which bothered me as I like a completely black bedroom to sleep in. I ended up covering the fridge lights as they were particularly bright (even when turned down to minimum setting). Also the carpet was coming up a little on the join next to the hardfloor.

Everything went well. We stayed at this location because it was across the road from the Town Hall. We were going to a concert and liked how close it was to the hotel. The hotel was amazing, Our first experience was the staff, extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The next experience was our rooms, tasteful decor, fantastic bathrooms and great water pressure. We also went for drinks and dinner before the concert. This was also fantastic, the bar was packed on a Monday night. I was really impressed at how they turned away drop ins so they could do a better job of looking after the people who were staying at dining at their hotel. It's not often that you see people turn away business, but since it was a large crowd you can see how it would've impacted the overall experience and service from the hotel staff.
nothing, it was all great

Beautiful clean and tidy spacious rooms. I’m particularly picky about bathrooms and I must say that the ones at Airedale have been great and very clean. I do recommend upgrading the room if there’s an option as I’ve had multiple stays at different rooms and it makes a huge difference and it worth the extra money. Overall, what stood out most outside the room were the amazing 24hour reception staff. Always more than willing to help and we would always have a 10 minute chat with them everytime we were coming in or leaving the hotel as they were so so lovely and genuinely helpful. We always had an encounter with cleaning staff who were also more than lovely and accomodating to our room clean needs despite sleep ins! 10/10 would come back to Auckland to stay here☺️
Entrance and reception being a bit more spacious/nicer would leave a great impression even for those just passing by. We didn’t mind it as the rooms and service more than made up for it.

Check in was great. Out ship docked hours before check in listed, but room was ready and we were able to check in immediately. Room was large and roomy. Great bed and bathroom. Good coffee (supplied) There was a safe for our personal use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location in downtown Auckland was great
It was difficult to use the TV, no instructions. The room had large windows (which we liked), but the curtains were difficult to close at night (could be done, but difficult).

The bed was super comfy. I was staying with my Mum, and we were both able to sleep spread out without touching each other (we stayed in a Classic King Suite). It was also so perfectly plush yet firm - when she got up in the morning I didn’t realise she had got out of bed until I heard her clattering around. Toiletries provided also smelled amazing - it was one thing we kept commenting on. Staff were amazing, and organised an early check in (we arrived from our flight about 8:30 in the morning and were able to drop our bags in our room immediately) that we weren’t expecting. Everyone was so kind. Thank you again ◡̈
No complaints that I can think of! I’m just annoyed we had to leave so soon!

Amazing place! was blown away from Airedale as soon as I walked in because I was able to check in myself (with some assistance-did not get her name but she was so lovely). The room I stayed in was so clean and looked so modern! The TV was a great size and the fact I could cast from my phone was a plus! I have stayed in a number of hotels and none have offered this option! the bathroom was so clean and the shower was perfect with the the size of it and also the pressure of the water - the body wash provided smelt great. The bed was comfortable and was able to watch from bed! could barely hear any noise from the streets so had an amazing sleep. Check out was easy and the staff member who did this for us was lovely - again did not get her name!
had an issue with the wifi where it did not stay connected to my phone the whole stay but not sure if this was on my end.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The dinner we had in the dining room was delicious and we enjoyed being able to have tapas and drinks in the bar before going to our evening engagements. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was across the road from the town hall
I did have to take care in the shower as the tiles became slippery when wet and a bit soapy. Perhaps a suction shower mat could be provided for those who would feel safer using it.
