The hotel is walking distance (20 min) from the Sky Tower, just a bit up a hill. Well maintained, clean, modern room, not very spacious but cozy. Well equipped kitchenette, plus a washing machine and dryer. All as described on the website. Good bed and quiet during my stay. No AC but they had a quiet fan with adjustable speed. Given the weather outside was not extra-hot, I felt quite comfortable. Good wi-fi. Receptionists were helpful and the hotel had good security (RF cards).

The TV was cumbersome to use. No major US news channels available, only Euronews and movies.

The apartment was clean, neat and tidy. There were 5 of us adults and the bed configuration was sorted to our needs. We requested for an early check in which was given. Loved it.

I asked the receptionist how much it would be for a late chevk out, she said it was $30 for the hr, then she said it was $30 per half hr, which I thought was weird, as she changed the time I agreed and paid for 1 hr but wasn't too happy as when I told her what I heard her say, she became quite rude. The parking is very terrible, the spaces are so narrow not suited for SUV's. We weren't advised that a bond hold would be taken either.

The location, room and bed were as described. Pleased by the access of a small kitchen and washing machine. Laundry detergent and tea included. No silverware. That is more than two sentences. Seems like it should be enough.

Price was a bit steep for basic amenities. Perhaps that is standard for the location, which was great. Reviews mentioned check in is stressful after hours and the desk is only manned for two hours after check in starts on weekends, leaving a small window of opportunity for convenient check in on Saturday and Sunday.

The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with a great city and harbour view. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. The property is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to the university and a short walk to the center. Niamh was very helpful. She provided us with all information we needed regarding neighborhood restaurants and cafes. She went out of her way to book a shuttle bus to the airport for us when we couldn't make it happened. She was kind to us and pleasant to speak with. She made us feel at home. PS. It's convenient to arrive at the property by taking a shuttle bus through "Supershuttle" from the airport.

None.

The location was very convenient. Very quiet, walkable and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. I liked being able to have the window open with the harbour breeze. No Air Conditioning was required? The staff were very helpful, in particular Dominik, who answered all of my questions, looked after any small concerns and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The floors and carpets could do with a deep clean as walking around without footwear wasn't possible even though I know they washed the floors on a regular basis.

DOMENIC what a star. From the moment we arrived Domenic was the perfect host. Once he saw we had mobility issues he was fantastic, he helped load the cases on to the trolley. He escorted us to our rooms and assisted with the unloading. We asked about Disabled Parking spaces in Auckland and within 30mins he had returned with a printed map showing the locations in and around the Quay area. He also suggested a link to see the local rules regarding paring in the Downtown area.

Couldn't fault the place. If I was to nit-pick the parking spaces were tight but really beyond the hotels control and lucky to get free parking in Auckland

Spacious room, lovely view over the harbour - was a beautiful evening to sit on the balcony and relax. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed. Fans in the rooms were a welcome addition in the heat.

Not a big issue but coffee plunger is supplied but no plunger bags / satchets to use with it. The curtains were difficult to close/open again as the curtain rings didn't slide easily on the rails - noisy and worried about ripping / breaking them.

The property was key card access and felt very safe for a solo woman traveller. All the basic amenities and friendly staff. Really good location, bit of a trek but I didn’t need to workout after a nice walk into town! walked to the sky tower quite happily and home from Spark Arena.

There were no plugs by the bedside table and I know that sounds silly but I haven’t come across that before and I was inconvenient for my phone alarm - it did force me to get out of bed on time though! When I was checking out the only lift was out of order and lugging a suitcase down five flights of stairs really put a damper on the stay. I was just thankful I was going downward!

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and modern. It was a real bonus having a washing machine and dryer to get on top of holiday washing. It was warm and cozy and two couches was handy. Great location - handy to Spark, Queen St and Britomart. Having all toiletries and laundry powder was very handy also.

We needed a second blanket in the room with 2 singles - there was only one. I also like having at least one full length mirror. There were several mirrors but none were full length.

The staff were very attentive and made us feel more than welcome. We asked if we could access the rooms earlier than 2pm as my daughter's graduation began at 3.15 pm, and we all wanted to shower and change after our long journey to Auckland. The staff made an extra effort to accommodate our request and telephoned to let us know as soon as the rooms were accessible.

Nothing really! the only thing that could have been better was the parking as the car park is a little cramped for larger vehicles, but this is generally the case in Auckland hotels.
