We got a room on a high floor with a nice view of the sea, as requested during the booking. The room was very nicely furnished, with everything to make a short stay comfortable. A kitchenette and a very good washing machine cum dryer were also provided. The housekeeping was friendly and ready to replenish supplies when requested.

Maybe a few more plates, bowls and cooking utensils would be appreciated by people like me who like to cook even when on holiday. The location is not ideal for those with walking difficulty as The Quadrant Hotel is situated at the top of the hill and all shopping areas are downhill.

It was a great location for what I needed for my stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and the facilities in the room were excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and was absolutely needed during the stay. I didn't have too much time to spend at the hotel itself but for how much time I did spend there, it was pretty alright.

The sheets for the bed were slightly uncomfortable and the blanket that was there while comfortable also felt a little gross to sleep in. I had the maid service come in and I found a bug on the bed. Things were a little difficult to navigate if you are only using a debit card and not a credit card. It served its purpose for what I needed

Kitchenette not very well equipped. Only a kettle and instant coffee (yuk) they did bring me a plunger coffee maker, though. Only one wine glass and one tumbler. No cutting board. Otherwise not bad.

The bed was really big and comfy, and we could enjoy the view looking out the balcony from our bed as well. Also, the TV was located right in front of bed instead of in a corner of the room, which is really nice. The front desk staff was all very nice and helpful. This was a pleasant stay and we are glad we changed our accomadation from another place to here. No regrets.

We noticed the bottom drawer in one of the bedside tables seemed to have been broken? It was put back together with a few nails but it was still not in good working order. We didn't really need to use it any way. Other than that, a few sockets weren't working but this didn't really make an impact on our stay.

We loved the rooms, the views the facilities in the rooms. The cleanliness was great. And the fact the little kiddies find it hard to open the doors to the verandah and hallway outside the room was a 100% safety bonus that we greatly appreciated. The staff were awesome aswell.

We didn't like the spa pool sauna and gym area as it wasn't very clean, that area could definitely do with an upgrade. And we did notice the elevators were "under maintenance" one was out of order for maintenance and the other 2 were open for use but were Abit sketchy one would only take us to the 17th floor so we walked up the stairs but had to get someone to open the door on our floor as you can't open the doors from inside the stairwell. Other then that we had an awesome stay.

A great location near Albert Park, and a 5-minute walk to the Auckland CBD. The staff are always so friendly and helpful! Room 2110 is a nice, spacious room, with great views and a comfy bed. Also, quite recently, I stayed in the 'Penthouse' suite (Room 2309). In addition to a large, comfortable studio room, the views of the Hauraki Gulf (e.g., Rangitoto Island) and watching the sunrise, were spectacular from high up there! Thanks Devinesh, Shilpi, Tarun, Belle, Michelle, Sushil, Pradeep, Maria, Rampal, Ram, Vipul, and the rest of the Quadrant Team for always looking after me so nicely when I'm in Auckland for work or a visit - you're THE BEST!!!

Great location right around the corner from action on K Road. Not the kind of place you wanna stay if you are looking for serenity but was perfect for us. The 4 bedroom apartment was easy to find and access. Was comfortable size for our group. Nice to have thebkitcjen facilities and 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

Wish it had a tv in the living room instead of needing to use the shared entertainment room for watching tv. The shared entertainment room could use some love. The table tennis table was a bit buckled. The pool table had burn marks and was very dirty. The pool sticks and table tennis rackets were old and broken. A bathroom in the shared entertainment room would be good too so don't need to go back inside room to access a toilet.

great location and very nice and friendly and lovely and helpful staff. specialy say thank you to Bella and Maliya and all others staff . (when we left the hotel two days later, we found out what we left two new hats in the room 1915, and Bella after answer our phone call then she found hats in the room and she said she will keep the hats save until we send someone to pick it up . on the day we left the hotel, she also helped us take photos at the hotel and carry our luggage onto the car . and Maliya also help us send emil and talk to airport and let us can fly on time bake home so thanks a lot again girls !) very good view, you can see different beautiful sunrise and sunset and the different color of the sea every day, value for the price, good location. perfect to visit the city of Auckland. really lovely big room, the kitchen is nice too.

Great location, very clean and tidy and great to have a room with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer! Other hotels I have stayed at for a similar price had nowhere near that much stuff in the rooms.

3 elevators in the building but both times I’ve stayed here only 1 or 2 seem to work.. really bad at peak times where lots of people need the elevator, usually have to wait in a line for a while. With 23 floors I understand it can take a while but you should really have all 3 working at the same time to avoid having to wait in line forever! :)

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the CBD, and for that convenience, the price point was phenomenal. The staff were so gracious and attentive . Going the extra mile to upgrade our room due to a booking error we had made, retrieving our vehicle promptly and always greeting us with a smile. For such a large hotel the staff always made us feel as though we were their only guests.

The elevators are undergoing some renovation, so naturally, they are running at a lesser capacity. This didn't impact us too much as we weren't rushing anywhere. The mattresses were a little firm, but that's my personal preference, my husband had no complaints
