Easy to find, clean and good quality. The staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful answering my multiple questions which I appreciated. He also came out to show us where we could park and nearby areas we could walk our pets. This was amazing.

The room we were allocated was right by the stairs. It was rather loud from people walking up and down the stairs - as we have young children, this wasn’t ideal. Also it would be helpful to have black out curtains in this room as the afternoon sun and no vacancy light meant a bright room for early children bed times. I didn’t think to request a downstairs room as it would have been easier with children however this. really a fault of the property.

Very clean, comfortable room with good facilities for basic meals. Very friendly guy on the check in desk had lots of useful info for us to. The motel is in a great place a short walk to supermarkets, shops, cafe's and restaurants. We only stayed one night so we could get the ferry from Picton and wish we had longer there. This is a great area to visit and the motel is a great place to stop. I would definitely go back there.

The freezer was in need of defrosting and wasof little use. Didn't matter for us as only transiting but needs sorting for those lucky enough to stay a few days.

I stayed at Blenheim Palms Motel for 4 nights as a base for a winery tour, and it was a great experience. The motel is conveniently located in the city center, with a Woolworths just a 5-minute walk away. The nearby wineries are also easily accessible, and the proximity to Marlborough Airport made my onward journey to Auckland smooth and hassle-free. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare simple meals during my stay. The overall experience was comfortable and offered great value for the price. I would recommend Blenheim Palms Motel for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Blenheim, especially if you’re planning to explore the local wineries.

Clean, easy parking, Nespresso machine was a bonus. A block away from Woollies!

Shower was a disability shower and water went everywhere with family of 4, Didn't realise kids beds would be in living area,. Main bedroom faced straight on to carpark, had to keep blind shut and was noisy when people came and went early/late. We actually did enjoy our stay and I could see all rooms were different and some were upstairs may be preferable for privacy.

Quiet, good location and had good beds.

Light coming in from kitchen blind which was bright in the morning and worst still no blind in the bathroom and too bright and hot to do hair and makeup etc. (photo attached of temporary solution)The coffee machine was a nice touch but 2 capsules would have been nice and a milk frother. Staff member answered the phone while checking me in so felt unimportant.

It was very quaint and clean. The bed was awesome and comfortable. It was a very quiet place and very accommodating.

There was nothing about the property that I didn’t like it exceeded my expectations. I don’t like hotels that have outside entrances. I like the inside, but this was very comfortable and protected.

Location was excellent close to the main street for a cafe breakfast we arrived late but they left the key out for us and had turned on the heat pump so the room was warm on a cold winters night great selection of tea and coffee and hot chocolate

The location was excellent - just a few minutes to walk into town. There was a supermarket very close by and cafes and restaurants just minutes away. The room was clean and well equipped and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Shaun was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel and we plan to return when we are next in Blenheim.

It was the perfect place to stay and there was nothing to dislike.

The Motel was well positioned to meet my needs and proximity to the CBD. Management and Staff at the Motel were friendly and obliging. The Studio Room I occupied, had a small kitchenette with a 2 plate Stove top, Microwave and a reasonable sized Refrigerator. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would highly recommend this Motel based on Location, Standard of Cleanliness, In-Room Facilities and the genuine hospitality demonstrated by Management & Staff.

Location was close to town, room had lovely touches decor wise

I was disturbed by the sound of the heatpump units outside the window at night. It was the unit from another room so we couldn’t stop the noise. I asked for an upstairs room and was given a ground floor unit. The bathroom was lovely but the water went all over the floor everytime the shower was used and led to wet feet. Had to use a lot of towels to dry floor - not ideal.
