Location was excellent, right by the beach and easy walk to restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Door lock was playing up which meant only I could lock it which was a bit difficult. Washing machine and dryer were playing up as well. Staff let us use their machine which was helpful. I would recommend towel rails be installed into bathroom. There was a note saying it would be helpful to reuse towels instead of replacing each day but no where to hang them up to dry so we couldn't.

This motel is situated on the main strip of Paihia, was easily located. 10 mins walk to the Paihia Ferry harbour. Few minute's walk to the beach. Room was very comfortable and clean. Small kitchen facilities provided. Bathroom was clean and shower was a good size. Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff. Pool was nice as well. Water was a bit cold but since it was a hot day that didn't matter too much.

Parking was a bit tight. Curtains can do with an update.

Excellent view of the sea! Big bathroom. Short walk from restaurants & shops. Easy parking and direct access to the beach.

We were in the family suite & the pictures online made it look as though there were 2 bedrooms and a separate living area. However, the double bed is in the kitchen/living area and there is one other bedroom with 3 single beds. It worked out fine but it was a surprise!

The reception staff and nanager made me feel very welcome on my birthday.A beautiful place to stay and walk to the beach and view lovely from spa studio unit . .Will definitely stay again .

The bathroom fan light noisy and vbrightl. battery I had Fairy lights with me so was great for soaking in the spa bath instead .Might be a good solution for guests as well.

nothing - only thing to be aware is room 7 level 2 on the end is road side with windows all the way around - nice and light and airy room though but noisy early morning if road traffic affects you -Oli kindly moved us one apartment up and it made a huge difference 😊

Location was directly opposite beach & an leisurely 15mins to restaurants & entertainment Large rooms. We booked 2 upstairs ones 3x 17yr olds / 1x15yr old / 2 couples & a baby Heaps of space, to chill out and relax & not get in each other's face. We could easily watch the pool & the kids in the spa. Generous parking spaces.

We LOVED everything about the Anchorage Motel. The view from our room across the pool to the beautiful sea beyond was breathtaking. Everything was within walking distance and the room was very clean. Above all the Staff were absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and helpful.

Great location, great view, nice to have outside seating in the sun, comfortable bed, large bathroom.

When we arrived we were shown a room with a small bathroom; not what their website or Booking.com said to match the booked room however they did give us a Family Room which had the large bathroom and bath which we were wanting. Could do with new curtains too as the blinds were inadequate to keep heat in and had to be either open or shut - no inbetween so you could enjoy the view without being seen from outside.

Staff were extremely lovely & welcoming Gave us great ideas for dining as was our 44th Wedding Anniversary 🥂🍾

Very noisy upstairs tenant people sounded like herd of elephants walking around up there Was extremely load partying going on time very late 11.30 midnight at least by females either at restaurant next door as there was a 21st at celebration their or it may have been other guests we never went to look Woke up next morning to ants everywhere in kitchen bench sink cupboard there was only our coffee cups in the sink

Excellent location at top of the beach with a lovely pool. Excellent communication and service from staff. VERY clean room! Thank you for a smooth and comfortable stay. I recommend the two room suite for a family of 3-5.
