The bed was very comfortable and the room clean so couldn't fault that at all. Quiet location just out of Queenstown.

The dated Hotel needs a makeover, first impressions were not that good at reception, carpet very worn with lumps. Welcome was good though. The carpark was very uneaven with big holes which were hazardous at night. These would be full of water on rainy day. If carpark was upgraded I think angle parking in front of the room would be good so people aren't looking directly into your room when pulling up or leaving.

We had an amazing stay together with our dog, which is a bonus for pet owners. The room is very spacious. It has everything you need for a basic stay - comfy bed, heating, TV, small fridge, tea/coffee, cups, toiletries, hot shower etc... The location is great as we don't want to stay in the town centre because of congestion. Few minutes drive to Queenstown town centre and Arrowtown. Very close to bus stops if you prefer to take the bus to town. Nearby and on site restaurants and tavern. Ample parking spaces. The receptionists are very friendly. Good value for money.

Probably the parking needs paving as it can get muddy when it rains.

Location out of the main Queenstown central precinct, which was blessing as there are so many roadworks being undertaken in the are currently. Location was handy to find, and the room spacious, with a giant king size bed, the room was of the standard type found in most hotels currently.

The room was heated, a little too much to my liking, it took some time to cool down, Dining facilities were manned by a single person unfortunately a bit stretched on the day of my visit, making my dining experience a little under whelming.

Perfectly situated for Coronet peak. One minute drive to the turn off. Straight across the road to Rakau for pizza or Gantleys tavern for some atmosphere. A hop and skip to Canyon brewery and onwards to Queenstown with no traffic. Breakfast was so so, but did the job. Little dated and could do with a freshen up. Otherwise great spot, easy in and out and price was good. Recommend.

It is out of town so if you like to drink and party, Uber is on the cards for you.

The staff were very happy to help us and nothing was any trouble. The room was larger than normal hotel/motel and very comfortable. The food was still very nice in their temporary restaurant (the main restaurant was being renovated).

Would suggest a desk and chair to be able to set up a laptop or writing notes in the room. The unpaved car parking needs to be graded as there were many pot holes and water filled depressions which you couldn’t park.

The staff were super considerate and kind. They helped us with everything we needed. We appreciated being able to have our pets there, and they enjoyed the holiday too. The meals we got from the menu were fantastic. So delicious and timely. We were there in May. The rooms were warm and clean.

We didn't realise it was right next to the highway which scared the cats and nothing is open nearby on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also, the buffet breakfast was way overpriced for the dried up offerings provided. However we were there off-season. Ala carte would have been better for this time of year.

That was out of the the busy township and had bowling a restaurant and bar inside the resort.

Was abit dirty(alot dust on timber around the rooms)

The staffmembers are all verry kind and helpfull. They do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortabele as possible. Inside is a bowling club. The hotel is only 6 km from the centre of Queenstown. A bus stops in front of the hotel and brings you to Queenstown. This is verry convenient. The room has all you need and is verry clean.

There is nothing that could be better.

Shubum, Mitch and Annie the chef are all so welcoming friendly and helpful. They certainly made our stay enjoyable 😊 we're really happy with their service and we got their names especially to compliment them. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value. Can't wait to see the completed renovations. We will be back 😊

There was just one rude staff member. Didn't catch his name but felt like he did not want anyone there or want to be there himself. He was quite rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. The only downside to our stay.

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had just gotten engaged the same day and the staff made our time super special - even sending a brownie, balloon and card to our door. Super friendly staff, good location (not too far out of town) and very comfortable and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Queenstown. Thanks again staff for making our engagement day so special.
