Very good location and within proximity to the Fresh Choice supermarket. Very close to the pier/quay too. The place has modern furniture and good sized rooms. The beds are comfy and clean room. The washing machine/dryer are in the clean toilet. Fully equipped kitchen and good sized dining area for 5 people. There is an outdoor dining area facing the mountain for dinner if you can stand the cold.

The couch and love seat looked good but the seat cushions lost their Cush and were very uncomfortable to sit on. Also it was the most expensive apartment per night of any others we stayed in over our 30 day trip. The others were similar in quality and space. Some in big cities and some in small towns. Maybe because it was in Queenstown ? Seems accommodations there are pricier.

Apartment had everything that you would require for a self-cater stay. Beds/Pillows are obviously subjective, but we found both extremely comfortable and mattress was supportive. The ascending/descending cable cars could be seen from our front door, as could the descending para-gliders. Nice touches include air freshener spray in toilet and grey-coloured facecloths for removing make up/sunscreen. Washing up liquid/dishwasher powder/laundry powder also provided. Easy and pleasant 10-12 minute walk into the centre of town. Supermarket 3-4 minutes walk away and Queenstown CrossFit gym 5 minute walk for those wanting to do a daily WOD!

Great apartment, amazing views. Easy to find, very comfortable beds, good bathroom and laundry. Very clean, nice decor. Great location in Queenstown with a supermarket 3 minutes walk, restaurants etc 5 minutes walk, the gondola is 10 minutes walk. Arrived, parked and didn't use the car in 2 days as walked everywhere.

Could do with more cutlery etc in the kitchen as just 4 of everything so have to keep washing up while preparing and cooking dinner.

Insufficient crockery and glasses-only 4plates/bowls and only glasses were 4 wine glasses…need more to justify a dishwasher! Kitchen knives terribly blunt-unusable. Hot water ran out doing dishes Only 1 bedside light for 4 . Lighting poor in living room-either too harsh with down lights or unusable with only 1 standing lamp (which had a broken lamp) Balcony only had 3 chairs for 4 person booking…!

View was amazing and really close to the town. It was very quiet and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was really useful and the kitchen was fully equipped. Having a free upgrade made it even better.

The Wifi was constantly dropping our for the TV. No cleaning of the room without a surcharge. For a stay over one week this could be offered.

The laundry and kitchen made our stay much more economic and comfortable. The view was very good - we could watch the paragliders coming off the peak opposite and look up the lake to see how the weather was going. We found the location to be excellent - an easy jump off in both directions up or down the lake and there were good grocery stores very close by. The walk into the town centre was flat and short which was great.

Communication re entry instructions was sent too late to pick up the night before when we had wifi coverage which meant we couldn't access the apartment - fortunately for us someone was at reception even though it looked like no-one was around. I suggest sending out this info earlier as not everyone has wifi access (for emails) during the day. The TV only had local shows which didn't appeal (lot of reality stuff) - we couldn't access netflix etc. The kitchen needs a sieve!

It had all the facilities required as a home away from home. We were able to do our washing and make our own meals. The apartment was very warm and clean. The beds are lovely and comfortable

Had trouble locating our room and no staff on site to assist. Sign posts would be helpful. Window sills were extremely wet in the morning from the condensation, bed right next to window, blankets ended up getting wet

Recommend unit 14a needs a fly wire screen in addition to the main sliding door. Unit gets the afternoon sun & lounge / kitchen area was hot from direct sun. I opened main door to get some fresh air in, but that is not secure. A fly wire screen would have been perfect.

Good location just a short walk to town. Clean and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with great views and two balconies.

Parking spaces were allocated and ours was only just big enough and against a wall which meant turning around in a tight space. All other spaces looked OK. The driveway is steep for walking up but not an issue for most people.
