Awesome hotel! Clean comfortable great facilities and location close to things to do and train station. I was a little worried walking in past a noisy bar but you could hear NOTHING in my room, so it’s a win win - location and relaxation.

Great location as it's close to the Oslo central station and main road, supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and hospitable with any queries. Decent breakfast spread as well. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and come again for the budget as well as recommending it to others. Good for family, friends and solo travellers.

The bathroom was a tad small so the water from the shower went across the floor. Nevertheless, the room was for a single person and it wasn't too much of an issue. For the price of the room it was fine.

The location of the hotel is amazing. I was afraid that due to the fact it was near popular among people street in Oslo it would be loud and noisy but it wasn't. The bed was comfortable,quick the access with a card, lifts, fast and convenient check in and check out. WiFi was okay, Bfast was also nice.

Small bathroom with low located sink and the issue with water.. it got stuck either in sink and under shower. Also the room was a bit gloomy and dark, too long a walk to find the room, walking a bit in the maze :) due to fact it was so close located to the other opposite flat it was no privacy and the windows had to be covered.

Good breakfast, and rooms were nice and spacious. Very convenient location on a busy pedestrian commercial street, with great access to local transit, but tucked away with it's own courtyard, so it's still rather quiet and comfortable, so i feel pretty safe walk around even in the late evening.

Building set up was a little odd - while lifts can cater to half floor differences (two different buildings connected together as one hotel?), there were a couple of steps to the door of our room, which wasn't exactly convenient when lugging our heavy suitcases when checking in or out...

I enjoyed my stay very much as the staff were all professional and courteous. I also got some good advice during check-in about getting around Oslo during my short stay in that city. Its location was fantastic where I could easily access public transportation, walk to the Oslo train station and a wide selection of restaurants of various types.

My hotel room's location forced me to walk through the breakfast buffet area each morning. That was troublesome on days I ate early to get a head start on exploring Oslo and then forced to wade through the gauntlet of all the hotel guests gathering their food from the buffet. I observed that this only impacted my room and only about four other hotel rooms as they were situated in this particular wing of the hotel, located above the bar. All other hotel rooms were in another area of the building to the right of the reception desk area.

Breakfast was great, and also the food at the restaurant was very good for a good price. The location is amazing, right in the city center and close to buses, trams and many cafes/bars. All in all I'd probably choose this again if I travel to Oslo.

It is a very basic room for that price but I expected that (prices in Norway are higher than in most European countries). Some of the people working there were not very friendly. They were not rude, far from it, just not very customer oriented I guess, which is something I noticed in several places.

This location was very good for our trip, just a few minutes walk to the train station, restaurants, activities and shopping. The breakfast was very nice, fully stocked and a great variety of items. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy. All hotel staff members we came in contact with were pleasant and helpful.

Our room was very small and had limited space to unpack. Limited amenities and no space to unpack or keep items in the bathroom. There was no hot water pot to have evening or early morning coffee or tea in the room. There were only bath towels and hand towels in the bathroom, no washcloths.

Very centrally located near the train station and within the city. Easy to get a tram to anywhere. It is located along a very busy walking street but away from the crowds. The breakfast was excellent... there was a very good spread of hot and cold foods.

I can't blame the hotel for this cos it happens all over Europe. But there is no air conditioning in the rooms during the summer, so the only way to stay cool was to keep the windows open. Having a room which faced the courtyard meant that there was a bit of noise until 11pm or midnight. After that time it was quiet enough for sleeping.

Very comfortable, easy to check in. I liked the room size and setup. Great room for a reasonable price. Hotel is just a short walk from the central train station so it was easier than I expected to walk there with my suitcase. Good breakfast included, lively space with friendly guests. A bar shares the building and serves as a kind of lobby, but is mostly open to (rainy) skies.

The layout with different sets of elevators is very confusing! I wish they had a map posted showing which elevators go to each floor (A and B options, along with floor number). Inside one elevator there was a guide but not in the other. Restaurant area had a floor leak during breakfast, staff tried to keep it mopped up but couldn't keep up. Maybe they need more staff? Food was good but they had trouble restocking as dishes were emptied.

The all-you-can-eat breakfast is both lavish and excellent. Definitely a plus. Central location. Main street of city. Very friendly and helping staff. Nice atmosphere. Reception open 24/7.

Well, the young lady at the reception assigned us room 122 at first, but neither we nor she were able to find where the room was ... The same evening my daughter was assigned a room that was already occupied by somebody else. Not at a five-star hotel level, but no big problem either. Cheap rooms are very small, head for a medium sized one if you can afford it.
