The location is excellent, I had booked one of the rooms with a terrace and I was impressed, the shame is that I couldn't use the terrace due to the snow storm that fell those days.

I know that it is a hotel with few facilities, but from the description it was not clear to me that there is no place to have breakfast in the hotel, if you want a good breakfast you have to go outside. Another thing I miss is not having a kettle in the room, not having to go down to reception in my pajamas to have tea at night. 😅 But even with all this, I would stay at that hotel again.

Clean, warm, friendly, large spacious room, perfect for a snowy winter stay, 2 mins from train station, 2 mins from shopping mall, 2 mins to the shopping street, 5 mins to opera house, 10 mins away from Christmas markets

The room we had, the view was poor, towels were small

Its location was its best advantage. So close to the train station and shopping area. It’s a quirky funky hotel. Loved having an outside terrace / balcony overlooking the square from an angle. The shower was nice and big. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall was ok and comfortable. Nothing flash.

1. The rooms are pretty small. No space for lots of luggage.. 2. No cupboards shelves or draws. Only wall hooks to hang a few items. Like Coats. So can’t really unpack a suitcase. Lucky I had twin beds so my suitcase was on the second bed. 3. Not a shelf in sight in the spacious bathroom. No where to unpack toiletries. Only two hooks for towels. Not even a rail to dry the towels. Overall nice & modern but a very basic room. Minimally furnished. 4. Not sure why but the 2 nights I booked for in mid September were so expensive for a basic 3 star hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. The location is a major advantage of this hotel, it is just few steps from main train station and Oslo’s Main Street Karl Johan.

Bed was immensely comfortable, room & balcony were huge with an amazing view and spotlessly clean, heated bathroom floor was lovely, room temp. was perfect and easily adjustable, staff were really friendly, city centre location couldn’t have been better it is so central and ideal for all tourist attractions as well as the main train station

The one and only improvement would be that it would be nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room but perhaps that’s due to being used to British hotels always including this - may not be the norm in Norway

If one knows this hotel's model, one should really have no complaints. The hotel is all about providing only the necessary things and nothing extra (or for an extra payment). Everything they do has the planet in mind (saving water & energy). They don't have irons in rooms but have a common area for ironing which was nice and clean. I was the only one there every time. Our room was comfy enough and had a great balcony with a view. The staff was great and responsive. The hotel also accommodated our late check out and storage of the bags before we had to leave for the airport.

I wish there was one even a small dresser to put clothes away. There is hanging space but no shelving in the room so we had to keep clothes in the suitcase. Not a big deal since we were there for only 2 days but the room looked messy because of that.

Very close to the station convenient for one night before travelling onward by train early morning. The room was clean and comfortable, although small had great window seats and didn't feel boxy. Bathroom/shower was good, liked the heated floor. Nice and quiet, no disturbance from street or other guests. Early check in for small fee was appreciated! Wifi worked well for streaming.

Shame no fridge, if our stay had been longer we would have wanted to store a few bits. Also no kettle, for my hot water bottle! Although I'm sure boiling water available down at barception.

The hotel location is great, it is right in the centre of Oslo and everything is within 10/15 minutes walk. The staff was great and friendly and the check in process was quick and smooth. It also feels safe as you need a card to go up the lift so no strangers can roam around.

The hallway of our floor was a bit dirty with rubbish on the floor. With double rooms I feel like a bigger duvet should be provided. Towels could be bigger as well and basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrushes could be provided as well for the price paid.

The location is pretty easy to reach in few walks from Oslo S when you arrival either from domestic or international.. The self check-in is easy and quick. As well as check-out.

something supposed to be made available in the room such as small fridge and some area as closet to proper hang the cloths and it was electrical shutdown only with my room but the staff resolved it within 10 mins.
