excellent location close to station....facilties excellent breakfast very good choice but busy even early, restaurant excellent with stunning views and superb food

the standard economy rooms are tiny and NOT suitable for couples...the upgrade to a proper 2 person room is only 15 quid which we would happily have paid at the time of the booking had we been given sufficient info on the size of the rooms.

Superb location central in Oslo. Beds are good and room was quiet. Very friendly staff at The Hubbar. Quick check in in, and we were behind a busload of guests. Shoehorn on the room.

Too many pillows, Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special. For this price it was expected more of the breakfast. I tried send the hotel a request through booking.com but the automatic reply told me that the hotel would reply in 48 hours, that too long time. I ordered the room shortly before arriving, so I do have understanding they didnt answered. I asked for a room with batthub. The reception told me they didnt have any, but the room I got had a bathtub

Fabulous location, walkable to most city attractions. We enjoyed the lobby bar and David the bartender from Barcelona was fab! The Decor in the lobby was very fun. The breakfast was the best ever, a spectacular spread! Our views of the city were fantastic. I recommend the Sunset Fijiord dinner cruise, a lovely way to end our stay.

We had pre booked and paid for a superior room. We arrived after midnight and very tired from a long journey. They tried to give us a very inferior room, but we insisted and they gave us a much better room. So it was resolved and we had a great stay after that.

The location near Central Station and the Opera House is perfect, at the beginning of the shopping street Karl Johans gate. The lobby was decorated with a Christmas vibe and the staff member at checkin was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was excellent and abundant.

On Sunday morning the breakfast room was overcrowded and a bit chaotic. Totally different experience on Monday morning, when it was a bit more quite and relaxt. Long waiting after breakfast with full elevators. Visited the rooftop bar for a drink and desert on Saturday evening. Received a more expensive gin than I asked for, and charged us 70 NOK for a tonic instead of the 50 NOK that was on the menu. The staff member at checkout was not awake yet and not very friendly.

Great location: few minutes walk from the Oslo Central station. There are tram stops right in front of the hotel.. Room: modern, clean rooms. Bathroom was huge by European standard. Iron and ironing board in the room You can rent umbrellas from the automated machine in the lobby..super useful for Oslo weather. Breakfast: vast selection! Huge dining space. View from the room: we had rooms on the 12th floor, overlooking the station, opera and water behind. Amazing!!

Wardrobe: a really tiny cupboard with just enough space for 3-4 hangers. Or one big jacket! Lighting: very dim lighting in the room! Makes it difficult in the evening and night. No light over the full length mirror in the room. Very poor lighting in the bathroom as well. No water was provided in the room. No kettle only a coffee machine. Too many big pillows! Quite unnecessary as they just take up space on the floor.

Excellent selection. Good variety very fresh and easy to collect. Staff were happy to assist with gluten free options and careful handling the gf food

The mattress was not firm enough around the edges which made it easy to slip off while dressing or putting shoes on. There were far too many cushions and oversized pillows. The pillows were not firm enough to sleep comfortably on. The room did not have tea making facilities and the ‘refrigerator’ was not working properly. The room was very dark at all times having to use lights to see sufficiently using a lot of unnecessary electricity I would suggest.convenient

Breakfast was a huge buffet with a wide selection with a large amount of availability. Nothing was out of stock. The hotel itself is centrally located and right near the train station which we took for the airport and for touring. We had such good experiences with staff (Emma who checked us in was incredible and super helpful!!) and the hotel itself was clean, modern, fun, and very comfortable. We liked the rooftop bar too. Would definitely come back.

Unfortunately the steam room was out of order but it did not affect our stay much.

Convenient location; tram routes eg Nos 11, 12, 13 and 19 at the door which give access to most of the major sites; bus no 37 to the main bus terminal; ferries to the FRAM museum and others close by. The best advice is to buy the Ruter Oslo pass. Everything mentioned above is included. The breakfasts are more than adequate. The swimming pool is small but just what you need. There are 5 lifts. All you have to do is swipe the lift control with your room card and it selects and programs a lift to your floor. To me it appears to be an excellent security feature.

Directions. You see the building (not difficult at 13 floors high) but we went anticlockwise around the building to find the front entrance when if we had gone clockwise we would have found it immediately. If you arrive by RyanAir to Sandefjord Luvthaven (Oslo Torp) take the Expressen bus not VY bus/train. It’s half the price. The VY service because of all the track repairs etc is quite awful.

Walk out of the railway station & there is the hotel -just a couple of hundred metres.So the location is perfect for those arriving on the train from the airport.While the location is great - the Breakfast is magnificent. A huge selection and everything top quality - I can not recall a better breakfast spread at any hotel I have been. It was a complete work of art & kept us fed for most of the day. We stayed for 4 nights & Amelie on priority booking was an absolute angel - she changed our room after the first night, advised us on Ruter( 24 hour transport ticket) & booked our weekend breakfast times ( Top class customer service). Our room had a double aspect windows with a small balcony which gave us a great view of Oslo from the 9th. floor. A very comfortable room with more than enough wardrobe space to unpack two large suitcases.Nice easy shower. On our last night the heavens opened & we decided to eat at the bar for dinner - a small selection but very good. A very nice stay!

Not anything serious - but operating the lift is a little quirky. Plus when you leave your room = - you have to lock it with your fob.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the hotel, and I must say it was one of the best I've ever experienced. The variety of options available was simply outstanding, catering to every taste and preference. The layout was thoughtfully designed, ensuring everything was well-organized to prevent any crowding, making for a relaxing start to the day. The only minor downside was the coffee machine, which felt a bit below the standard expected for a place of this caliber. However, aside from that, the breakfast truly exceeded my expectations, and I would rank it among the best I've had.

The room's lighting was quite dim, and I expected better given the hotel's standards. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if they improved the brightness.
