Very good location. Wifi worked quite well. Room looked to the inside hall of the building and was quite calm. Room was clean and provided with everything I needed, even nespresso capsules!

I could not really raise the overall temperature of the room above of 20.5 Celsius. For me it was fine, that is my normal temperature and I did not feel cold but for others it may be a little bit cold. Also, could not use the chromecast on the TV.

Great location in the heart of Oslo, very close to everything. The bus stop is right at the door, and it's close to the tram and the train station. A fantastic base for exploring the city. The apartment is very small, but very functional. The bed is very comfortable with soft pillows, a large duvet, and quiet air conditioning. A very good and convenient solution was the room with lockers for luggage and a closet with spare items in case something runs out in the room, as well as towels for replacement. It's self-service and very convenient, and we were able to enter the room 2 hours earlier, for which we were very grateful! The windows are very tight, so they block out all external noise. Highly recommended!

It's hard to find any downsides; the only issue we had was with disposing of the large amount of trash we produced since we were cooking in the kitchenette, but you can give it to the cleaning staff. Also, I think that if someone gets a room closer to the entrance door on the floor, they might have a problem with the slamming doors, which could be annoying.

Excellent accomodation, real value for money. Very central location, close to bus & tram stops, 10 min walk from the central train station, all main attractions within walking distance. Easy check in / out with pass code, swift communication through whatsapp or email. Our room was ready even earlier than standard check in time (not needed in our case, but still an advantage for many), spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, plus some additional graduites one doesn't usually encounter like coffee for the espresso machine, tea, sugar and a bottle of olive oil for cooking (!). Room was warm, and there was plenty of hot water anytime . My daughter  fell in love with the heated bathroom floor. Our room (217) was overlooking a beautiful courtyard and was very quiet. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Location of appartments The second room was great. Ease of check in. Promoted response by staff. Our complimentary driver from the airport. All made our stay great.

When we arrived 7pm we found the washing machine was out of order. We needed a machine and booked the apartment because of this. We got straight on to the staff and they arranged a replacement room with a working washing machine by 11am the next day. Even though the breakfast was lovely it was not in the room. We had to go to a local cafe to eat. We prefer to have breakfast in the room. On our last morning we had a 8.25 train to catch. The lovely cafe organised a take away breakfast for us to take on the train.

December winter stay in a large studio double room, windows closed to city sounds. Fantastic location, warm, inviting, very clean and fresh decor, street branding easy to find, convenient washing machine, heated bathroom floor which is also an amazing drying room for washed clothes. As good as it looks in the pictures. There are privacy curtains, TV, fridge, nespresso machine!!! Public transport right outside, tram stop through the courtyard. Convenience store just a few metres up the street. So close to the Oslo S train station, easy access to everywhere. Have already booked again for 3 more days, loved it so much I cancelled another hotel I had booked in Oslo. I am super fussy and this place is just the best.

Shower puddles badly under the shower door, in front of the toilet, but you know what? There is a washing machine to spin dry the floor mat. After that leave the mat on the warm bathroom floor and it is dry in no time.

Wonderful facilities hidden right in the middle of the center of the city. The room with a small kitchen was facing a very nice backyard, which was quiet and calm. Really convenient to have a small, clean and proper little kitchen with the facilities needed for a few days. A washing machine is also available. Wonderful bedding, great bathroom, heating on the floor is a real plus, super clean too and with fantastic quality dispensers with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. A no-human present, total digital management was a little nerve wrecking at first, but worked seamlessly (except the lockers). I really enjoyed my stay!

Everything was tip-top. I regret not being informed about the available yoga mats until I ran into them when placing my luggage in the lockers after checking out. The lockers are a great convenient and much appreciated, just big enough for a normal size checked-in suitcase. However, the big scare was that when pressing the code to open the lockers and go to the airport, when one of the lockers didn't open! Luckily, a cleaning staff was present at that moment and able to use a uni-key to open it and explained that they "sometimes don't work" (!) due to seemingly sometimes wrongly functioning with the previous user's code. I hope this gets sorted out asap for future customers and also as I'd love to return.

This was a lovely apartment right in the centre of Oslo. We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, the facilities were great, they provide some cooking/cleaning bits of you wanted to cook. The shower was clean and was good quality. The flat was keyless which was great so we could turn up whenever we liked.

Norwegians know how to insulate! As a Brit, I wasn't ready for the flat to be so hot at night and I couldn't figure out the temperature gauge. I do run hot and usually have windows open in the winter so probably not a problem for most. It also was probably a "me" problem and just couldn't figure it out, if I were there longer I would have asked the apartment manager for help.

What I appreciated the most was the cleanliness of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything needed, including an essentials closet (a closet where you could restore things you needed). The area is central, and Oslo is safe.

I was on a business and leisure trip and was unable to obtain separate invoices. For professionals, it's essential to have them for expense reimbursement related to work days. There was a lot of noise (music) coming from other apartments, and the trams were also a disturbance since I stayed in a room facing the tram street. The form for uploading ID cards did not work properly, and I had to chat back and forth with guest assistance, which sometimes led to delayed responses.

Excellent location! Steps away from the tram and bus, and a short 5-7 minute walk to central station. Near a lot of restaurants and a short walk to the waterfront, museums, ferries, and other tourist stops. The room was clean and had everything we needed plus there is a community closet with extra toilet paper, towels, etc if you need it during your stay. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely come back!

The WiFi was down for about 1.5 days. I’m sure they were fixing it asap, just a bummer for international data usage. As other reviews said, the courtyard outside can get a bit loud because it echos, but the windows do an excellent job blocking a large amount of the sound. Just an fyi for extra light sleepers!

Great location, stylish apartment. You do not need keys, everything is accessed by the code which is very convenient! First you cannot forget or lose the keys, second it’s convenient for a bigger group where everyone cannot have extra key. There is capsuled coffee and tea. The bed is very comfortable! (But not the sofa bed)

There is no clothes rack for outdoor clothes. I would put one in the corner between entrance and kitchen. It was too cold for me in the apartment, others in the group think it was okayish 😅 The bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed is way too soft.
