Polite and considerate staff. Large selection of different types of food for breakfast. Very quiet.

Could not find the stairs to go between floors (and work some of the breakfast off) so always had to use the lift. Hotel was further from the rail station than we were led to believe (Booking.com stated 700m, about 10 mins walk - Google maps stated 1300m, 20 mins walk)

The hotel is located right across from Mathallen food hall. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and quiet. During our time in Oslo, we stayed another night in the Sentrum neighborhood. We much preferred the Vulkan neighborhood. While everything is a bit spaced out, there were great coffee shops and restaurants. It was also nice to walk along the river.

Our flight arrived late in the evening. There weren't any food options too close by still open when we arrived. It would be nice if the hotel restaurant were open a bit later!

It has the most fabulous breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Hotel beds are usually very uncomfortable for me, but their beds were amazing. It was close to bus lines and had free bike rentals, so getting around was so simple. They are located right on a lovely food court and shopping area and are only a mile walk or short bus ride from downtown and a lot of other attractions. I came to Oslo because my mom broke her hip while she was vacationing here and had to have a hip replacement and I needed to get her home. The staff were so accommodating and helped me with everything I needed yo make her comfortable when she was released from the hospital. They even changed me to a handicap room the day she was coming so she would have all the facilities she needed.

The heating and air conditioning didn’t let me change it in the second room, but I also didn’t bother the staff with that, so that’s not on the hotel. There wasn’t a kettle or coffee/tea maker in the room and that would have come in really handy. Other than that, it was great.

We loved our room and the view with the full lengith windows. The location is good and there are lots a good places to eat and drink bear by. The hotel has close links on public transport to the city centre. There is a good food shop very close by. We enjoyed the room and the hotel. We also enjoyed the big breakfast.

Our room was dark with the lights on and we sometimes left the bathroom lights on to light up the room. This is only a small thing and due to the style of the room We also found our room a little cold and had a heater sent up yo keep us warm.

Nice room, very comfortable bed. Quitte place to stay. Nice en helpfull staff Good breakfast

I had to park the motorcycle in de garage in stead of in front of the hotel... And guess what... my top suitcase was stolen... how inconvienent... Its not something the hotel could do about it.. the staff tried to help me contacting the Police.. The security of the garage itself was not avond and did not answer multiple Phone calls...

Had the best breakfast in Oslo. Impressive selection of food. Near to a wonderful beer garden and food market area. Friendly and helpful staff. We like using local transit systems to reach museums and other sites. Oslo has a great transit system. You can use it to get anywhere.

Room was a standard room. No bells or whistles but worked for us.

Room was very nice, and the breakfast was great. Staff were super nice and we're able to answer my questions about the hotel and provide with extra pillows when asked. Location wasn't central, but the price was much better than central ones.

Location was a 15-20 minute walk from city center, which is OK as long as you're expecting that, which my friend was not. Breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, which makes it hard to sleep in and still make Breakfast. Also, on weekends it doesn't start until 8:00 which made it tricky to get there and make out flight. WiFi sometimes had trouble connecting, but that could just be my phone.

The hotel is situated within a walking distance of the city center. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was well equipped, and we never had a problem with warm/hot water like in different hotels. Also, the breakfast was the best! With lots of vegan options.

We had to wait 2 hours to accommodate, because the room wasn't ready yet (even though it was after the check-in time), which was not very pleasant. The staff also wasn't very helpful in this matter, as they were not able to tell how much it would take to make it ready. Except for that, the hotel would be 10/10.

We loved our stay! Great location if your looking to be near Grünerløkka (great bars, vintage stores, small boutiques, good food). But also walking distance to city centre 19 minutes. Very walkable city! Room was a good size, bed comfy, large bathroom, fantastic buffet breakfast (with a waffle station!). Lots of vegan, vegetarian, allergy options and other dietary requirements available as well. Great local produce and food. Staff were great and so helpful and friendly. We are itching to go back. Actually left feeling great about our stay. And also Oslo was a highlight. Also if you love spirits and like to try local products try Aquavit and some of the local norwegian gin. Tusen takk again to the staff.

The location was great. Lots of facilities. The breakfast was great - a nice range. The beds were very comfortable.

The shower could have been stronger. There could have been more places to put clothes.
