Cozy, clean apartment with perfect location in quiet neighborhood, with enjoyable balcony (2 chairs and coffee table). Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location for public transport 5min walk to tram/metro stations. Shop available 7-23 in the same apartment building

Shower doors were not convenient, difficult to walk out dry, water splashes all over the place ant there was no shelves in the shower. No mat outside shower. No toiletries like shampoo or shower gel.

The apartment was central to everything. Handy supermarket below and great little kitchen. Stayed for four nights and was a great base for exploring oslo.

Trying to find the office to check in was complicated even with Google maps. There are two buildings listed as 15b and this was the one at the back. Spent a frustrated 30 mins trying to locate it. Said would check in at 3pm (the earliest we could) as we arrived in Oslo at around 10am so really wanted to get settled. At 3.30 we were told the cleaner was running late and we had to wait until 4 to access the apartment.

It was close to Oslo Central station. Just about 700 metres. Close by to everything.

The key collection process was cumbersome complicated and very tiring. It took us 2 hours to just get the keys.the directions were not clear. No Google maps used . Very complicated and highly frustrating it was to find the location.

Location was perfect and the apartment had a lot of utensils that helped us in the daily basis. The apartment was very warm and cozy and also had a great view. We had everything we needed nearby, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and it was really close to the bus terminal station and the train station.

The bed and pillows were too soft, it made us feel like we were sinking. The shower could have the glass all the way down to the floor, because this way the floor wouldn't get totally wet (even though the heated floor made it dry relatively fast).

The apartment that we were allocated was a short walk from Oslo Central Station and the Letting Agency offices. We arrived quite late and were given very clear instructions on where and how to collect the key from their office lock box which was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. They couldn't have made it any easier. Apartment was clean, quiet and well appointed with a balcony overlooking a small square with a lovely bar and restaurants. There was a lift to our floor and the area and building felt secure. The location is excellent with easy access to all key locations. Would highly recommend and would certainly book again when I am next in Oslo.

Some extra pillows would be nice and didn't work out how to get the bathroom extractor working!

Overall, the flat was nice and suitable for a family of 3. The location was good, very easy to reach different points, close to metro and bus stations. The place was clean and tidy. A big plus was the shop situated on the ground floor. The TV was also helpful for our family movie time.

The bad and sofa were not quite comfy, both me and my partner ended up with back pains. Also, a few towels extra were needed as we were 3 guests and had towels only for 2. Furthermore, I believe a few bits in the kitchen were also needed, essential stuff like: some salt, pepper, some kitchen towels, something to clean the table and the kitchen counter etc.

Nice localization, comfortable bed (specialy single-person bed), good wifi.

Bad contact with owners - had to write/call couple of times to get any information.

It’s in a very central location—near the bus station. We loved how welcoming the staff were when we arrived. I remember it was raining heavily, and we were soaked, but when we got to the reception, the staff were very cheerful and answered all our questions about the accommodation and more! The apartment we stayed in was amazing—probably one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and that says a lot! It had pretty much everything you could need, from kitchenware and an iron to washing capsules. We booked it without expectations, but they were not only met—they were exceeded. If you’re considering staying here, I would definitely recommend it! So glad we booked this place when we visited Oslo!

I don’t really have any dislikes—maybe just a minor inconvenience? My friend and I stayed for four nights, but there were only three toilet rolls. In the future, maybe the number of toilet rolls could be adjusted based on the length of stay and number of guests? It’s a small detail, but just a thought! 😅 Other than that, tip-top service!

The location of the apartment was very good, near the city centre and the public transportation! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped! The apartment had enough space to accommodate a family!

There were maintenance works and scaffolds at the building so we had no outside view. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The luminaire after the kitchen was mounted too low and it was not well attached on the wall so to our surprise it was detached from the wall. Nobody was hurt since this laminate was quite light!

The apartment was amazing. Immaculately clean, with everything provided that you could wish for (handwash, soap, dishwasher tablets even!) It was spacious, with lovely decor. Comfy beds and fluffy towels - perfect! In a brilliant location, quiet yet only minutes away from the main bus and train stations, shops and restaurants. The supermarket underneath was very handy, reasonably priced and a great select. Key collection was super easy as was the whole booking process. Highly recommend - and would love to come back.

There was a considerable draught from around the frame of the window in the second bedroom (one behind the kitchen) Keeping the curtains closed helped but it ideally needs fixing.
