This hotel is a find. The clerks are attentive, speak English well, and kind to this elderly, forgetful customer. Every time I walked into the reception area, they were eager to help. I especially liked getting the room with a kitchen, not just a refrigerator. They also have a "real" gym, not just a couple of machines squeezed into tiny space. There is a full set of free weights as well as the usual machines, including a bike and treadmills. There are also showers off the gym. I will definitely use this hotel next time I need one on Oman.

They had a marvelous buffet bar, but as I've aged, I don't eat a lot. It would be nice if they also offered a simpler breakfast. But since I had a kitchen to use, I was able to fix my own simple breakfast each morning.

The apartment I stayed in was a 2 bedroom kitchen. The apartment was neatly maintained. The linen heater etc were all good. They could have provided some good cooking spoons and cookware. Not a big deal but everything was too good. I stayed with my family. The 2nd room had 2 single beds. The main room has a double bed. The 2 washrooms were all well maintained. The restaurant too was good. The staff at the restaurant offered kind gestures. I reached late with family as we were comminuting from Dubai to Oman. I requested them to keep aside some food which we pre ordered. The restaurant has neatly packed and has kept the food in the kitchen and served it neatly packed in disposable containers as the restaurant works till 11 I guess. But we reached by 1 am and the restaurant would be closed. The pool is actually very deep 5.9ft so must be careful if used by anyone who do not know to swim. The kids pool is good. They have ample parking for guests.

Overall a good experience.

Location: The hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to essential services. Additionally, the proximity to restaurants and reliable taxi services added to the overall convenience. Staff: The reception staff was helpful, and the assistance provided during my stay, including airport transfer coordination, was commendable. The helpers and support staff contributed to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Airport Transfer: The complimentary airport transfer provided by Remas Hotel Suites was a standout feature of my stay. The seamless coordination and efficient service made my arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel's commitment to enhancing the guest experience through this thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of convenience and hospitality to my visit.

I must say, there's nothing that I didn't like during my stay at Remas Hotel Suites. Everything was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my experience, from the room to the service and amenities.

If I could I'd give 10/5 for service :) the best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip to Oman, which was two weeks long so we have many hotels to compare :D Hotel staff goes above and beyond when it comes to helping with any questions. They took care of cleaning our rental car, provided a scale for checking luggage weight, and delivered extremely early breakfast to our room when we had a trip scheduled. You are also welcomed with many surprises like ability to choose your room, or fresh juice and snacks delivered to your room. They are extremely proactive and supportive which makes you feel like you're not just another client. Hotel location is good for snoorkling trip and airport connection, perfect spot to start or finish your Oman trip. There is a nice pool for afternoon relax abd rooms have a bathtub which to me was a nice surprise:) Forgot to mention - they also provide free airport shuttle. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

This hotel is hands down the best I have been to in terms of service. The staff were genuinely concerned about us and not just on-the-job friendly. From the onset, they were friendly and gave us welcome food and drinks. Their sincerity came to light when my child got very sick in the middle of the night and had to be rushed to the hospital. The hotel driver was immediately at the lobby to drive us to the hospital although we had our own car. The kind driver insisted on waiting for us while we were in the emergency room for 2 hours, in order to drive us back safely. We made the decision to return home early due to the incident. The staff handled our cancellation of the remaining nights promptly and we got our refund back in cash immediately. I’m so sorry we didn’t get their names due to the nature of our departure. All 3 front staff guys were amazing. Moreover, the rooms and kitchen were so well equipped , it felt like home. Spotlessly clean and spacious as well! We will definitely be back to complete our holiday! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your help.

Nothing at all

We were offered a choice of suites. Both were excellent. The staff were very kind and were able to get me a set of scales so I could weigh our luggage prior to our flight. Bathroom was well appointed, room very comfortable. Hotel ideal for airport - good double glazing so no road noise. Car washing facilities over the road for hire car users. Easy trip into Seeb for evening meal - hotel did have restaurant, and suite had a kitchen but we fancied seeing Seeb. Sadly our flight was too early for breakfast, hotel did offer to provide something but we declined.

The neon signs on the hotel did shine into the room.

Rareky have I felt so well taken care of as I have felt from this hotel. From the moment of booking, through the pick up at airport, hotel arrival and getting advice on how to travel and where to visit in the city, the hotel has been incredible. Rooms huge, as well as breakfast! The staff are some of the nicest and most responsive I have ever met. They went above and beyond when we needed some advice on a car rental, and they fixed all our problems for us. I cannot more highly recommend staying! Thanks all!

Absolutely fabulous staff, spacious comfortable rooms, hearty breakfast, convenient affordable in house restaurant & cafe, efficient airport transfers and a gold standard in hospitality! The front desk staff Mr Jose and Mr Lindo are simply the most genuine caring people you will meet. The personable and warm restaurant staff - Mr Farhan and Mr Prakash were fabulous and everyone from housekeeping and transport served with a smile!

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They simply cannot be faulted. Nothing you will need is beyond a phone call or a whatsapp message away. The photos don't do it justice. And no words suffice to appreciate the exemplar hospitality one experiences from every quarter.

The staff here are wonderful, they accommodated our early arrival and arranged complimentary transfers to & from the airport. The room was quiet and we got a good rest before our connecting flight. The pool was nice to sit beside and water was warm enough in mid January. I ate in the restaurant and the food was good All in all a perfect place to recover from a long flight, we flew London to Bangkok and this enabled us to arrive refreshed and happy

I have no idea about whether thhe location would be any good if you intend to spend longer in Oman. For us it was perfect Thanks to all the staff

I was surprised to open the door and find I had a kitchen in my room! The room was huge! I only stayed for one-night, but slept well enough. It took approx. 20 minutes to get to the airport, which the hotel arranged for me. VERY HELPFUL! Front desk staff were very friendly. I would stay again.

I arrived late. The front desk staff said they were going to send some snacks and drinks to my room, but no one ever came. Not a big enough problem to change my rating, but they probably shouldn't have offered to do that if they weren't planning on delivering. I would have walked over to the burger stand next door instead.
