The room was clean. There wasn't any towel, but we asked the reception and they brought us in 5 minutes. We couldn't find a hairdryer but it wasn't a problem since there were 30 degrees. We couldn't find the remote for the AC but after asking the reception we got it too in less than 5 minutes. We paid for the taxi ride from the airport and back a total of 25€, paid directly by cash. The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The employees are helpful and friendly.

If you don't rent a car, transportation is a bit difficult. For example, if you go to the hotel from point X, you need to pay 2 OMR with the Grab application. This fee is normal. However, if you want to go to point X from the hotel, it costs 14 OMR. This is an incredibly high number. When you walk 5 minutes from the hotel and call Grab, you still pay 2 OMR to go to point X.

Room service and access to the destinations from the hotel. The area was also fine and good. The staff were very supportive and responsive.

I parked my car little far near slope of the road. The parking in front of the hotel is always filled. I presume that the cars parked in front of the hotel not all are the hotel customers. It has to be properly monitored and managed.

The hotel is good in general. it has the correct vibe and check-in was smooth. large rooms as well and good design.

The room needs some final touches and taking care of the small details. the shower was clean but needed a professional cleaning touches. for quick stays(a night or two) is vary good. And if you do not easily notice small details, then you will find this hotel a solid 8

The services they provided were the part that i liked. Such as providing slippers, converters, changing the design of lobby because of my demand since i wanted to use electricity but the seats weren’t near to the plugs. Cleanness and well prepared stuff.

Plugs/sockets are those types that are not so common and we definitely need to have converters. The design is that type with three heads and the sockets are too tight that it’s impossible to plug other types of heads in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging taxis et cetera. The location is good too as its only a 5 OMR taxi ride from the airport and takes 15 minutes. I didn't try the hotel food but it seems a reasonable in price. Room was very clean and the AC and WiFi was good.

The wasteground area surrounding the hotel wasn't very nice to look at ,but it's not a problem as Muscat as a whole is very clean.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. I was positively surprised. Price / Quality ratio is really great! Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and almost new. Staff is very kind and helpful, they helped us to book very reasonable taxi transfer to airport. Equipment is also good (TV, Wi-Fi, Case, Towels, Cosmetics, Parking lots...) Plus, there was awesome landscape and sea view from our room. Location is in industry zone but it´s not so bad, there is a big hypermarket approx. 200 meters near and also other small restaurants and coffee shops are there.

The air conditioning should be maintained a bit more.

We booked it due to its great location near the airport and nonstop reception (as we needed to go to the airport at 1 am). The room was clean and nice. The price fully matched the quality. The hotel also has a restaurant. We can recommend this hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the bedrooms and lounge were spacious, modern and clean, the kitchen however was poor in comparison - needed a deep clean. The manager was exceedingly helpful and helped me order in vegetarian food. The location was great for us but then we didn't mind the mountains of soil outside.

The kitchen was not clean or have any cutlery or crockery etc
