Probably my favourite accomodation ever in all my travels. The property had a rustic, cozy vibe which was perfect to rest in after a big holiday. Drinkable water jugs in the room and a drinkable water tap on site was a plus. We had hot water bottles, tea and a little chocolate every night. Wifi worked really well, along with the smart TV which had Netflix available. The restaurant onsite was perfect, absolutely delicious meals - especially breakfast in the morning which consisted of a buffet, but also a menu to order from (and the best coffee we’ve had overseas). The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely nothing, everything was 10/10

We loved everything about our stay at the Antigua Casona San Blas. So much so that we booked a couple of extra nights. The property itself is located in the charming San Blas district and is walkable to everything. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There are two pharmacies situated on the same street as the property in very close proximity if you need anything to help adjust to the altitude. The hotel also provides coca tea in addition to other house tea blends, purified water, and a lovely detox water to help keep you feeling hydrated and at your best. Turn down service was such a pleasant surprise as it included hot water bottles in the bed to warm the sheets before retiring for the night. The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were both top-notch and of the highest quality. I especially loved enjoying a freshly squeezed green juice to start the day and the availability of oat milk in my morning latte. While we didn't get to enjoy the spa or take a yoga class while we were there, I loved that both were available and hope to enjoy both services on a future visit. I cannot speak highly enough of our stay.

Nothing. Attention to detail is the name of the game at Antigua San Blas, and no detail was overlooked. But, if I had to say something, the hotel is at the top of a hill, so when walking up from Plaza de Armas, take your time if you are feeling the altitude as it can cause you to feel a bit winded if you attempt to go at your usual pace. This shouldn't be a problem though because each street is more charming than the next and there is an abundance of cute shops and cafes.

I would rank this as one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at all over the world. The entire hotel, amenities, outdoor space, rooms, dining spaces are designed beautifully and shows the character and culture of Cusco. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. All the staff is warm, friendly and helpful providing excellent care and service. We felt right at home in this hotel. Location is very convenient and within the historic center yet quiet. The breakfast selection is varied and all delicious. We used the laundry service which was delivered on time as scheduled. They have teas available for dealing with altitude sickness. There is a spa that unfortunately we were not able to use. We love this hotel and gladly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco!

I'm from NYC and have stayed at many places around the world. This hotel truly provides ultimate comfort for tourists in Cusco, especially among the other hotels that we stayed at there. This is the only one that's quiet, provides free room service water bottle refills (there are 3 glass bottles upon arrival in your room), cleans your room twice (the second time they leave a hot water pouch in your bed for cold nights), and exceptional breakfast. You can take your breakfast to go, or order breakfast in advance to go if you have to leave for an excursion. The couples massage will leave you ready for bed because it was just that relaxing. The walkway to your room is beautifully decorated. The employees never seem annoyed while tending to your needs. Their website includes a list of services they provide for free just to maximize your comfort, like if you need a harder or softer pillow. I will be going to Cusco again and will only stay here. They really pay attention to the little details that elevate a guest's comfort while staying at Antigua Casona San Blas.

This is one of the most charming and relaxing hotels I have ever stayed at. From the front desk, to the bartender, waiters, maids, every member of the staff I encountered over nine days was exceptional and greets you by name and with a genuine happiness to see you. The Restaurant is very nice and very accommodating. The spa is heavenly after a full day of walking, and the style is more like Vail than what one would generally think of Cusco. The quality of service for what I paid was again, exceptional. I simply can’t pay this hotel enough compliments for comfort and kindness they provided me. An absolute pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel.

There was nothing to not like about this Hotel. It’s a wonderful experience.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; always concerned about my comfort. The room was thoughtfully laid out with many extras like a heated towel rack, air purifying plants, alpaca throw blankets in the lounge area, turn down service with tea and chocolates. the room was very clean and comfortable with a great bed and cozy down pillows. Full breakfast in the morning was icing on the cake. loved enjoying a Mango Pisco Sour, in the common courtyard area with firepit and more Alpaca throws to keep you cozy. Complimentary Yoga was a great way to start the day.

Everything was perfect from the rooms to the staff to the food at breakfast and dinner. We left to do the Inca trail and came back for an additional night afterwards. We could leave our backpacks at the hotel and upon coming back they were already moved to our new room , the check in was prepared so that we only needed to sign and it took 1 minute. We have stayed at many hotels including four seasons hotels/ capella etc around the world and the service at this hotel was up to that standard while costing a fraction per night. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cusco. We had high expectations because of the rating but our expectations were even exceeded at any point.

The hotel & room was beautiful. The staff are exceptional & ensure all your needs are met. The breakfast was extensive & delicious. We ate dinner at the fabulous restaurant on multiple nights. Tea & chocolates are provided every day & a hot water bottle is placed on your bed every evening so you can enjoy a nice warm bed. The beds are very comfortable & the shower is large with good water pressure. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star. The location is fabulous being so close to the square & shopping. They also provide laundry services which are very reasonable. Additionally we took advantage of the Spa services which were wonderful. Loved everything about this hotel in Cusco.

Loved this hotel! The staff is so friendly and they greet you warmly all the time or go out of their way to help you as needed. Our room and the hotel was beautiful and housekeeping was on top of everything. The hotel was located near the main attractions but off the busy streets, so it was quiet at night. My favorite part was the breakfast which had a made to order section (husband loved the croissant sandwich!) and on days where we had early activities (4am), they packed a to go bag for us (sandwich, juice and snacks) which was perfect for the long day ahead.

Loved everything about it! We stayed for our honeymoon and would 10/10 go back again!

We had an incredible stay at Antigua Casona San Blas. We stayed for 4 nights and I ended up extending for a further night. The property is in a great location within walking distance of all the main sights and amazing restaurants in Cusco. The property is cozy and beautiful. They have truly thought of everything, hot water bottles to warm your bed every night, night time tea to help you sleep, safe drinking water by the bed, by the kettle and in the bathroom as well as at the exit to collect on your way out for the day. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms spacious and clean. Every corner of the property is well thought out and decorated beautifully and there is a welcoming outdoor foyer to meet and gather with friends, read and relax and at night time gather around the fire pits. The staff were so friendly and helpful and always attentive to our needs. I became very unwell during my stay and the staff helped arrange a doctor to come out and see me and make sure I was always comfortable. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic, the Lomo Saltado was one of the best I had during my time in Peru and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
