* No tea-making facilities in the room (espresso coffee, yes, but you're only given 1 coffee pod per stay and have to buy the rest at $2 a pop) * Breakfast not included (I'd thought it was - still decent value at $10 per person...but INNSiDE seem to whack extra charges on left, right, and centre for everything...but I had to check out in a hurry so couldn't verify any of these. * Room on 9th floor next to lift - buzzing & bumping outside started around 5am + weekend rooftop bar rather noisy.

Staff was friendly, very nice building, clean room, twin room has two full beds, it worked out perfectly for two adults and two kids 10 & 8. Complimentary water bottles given daily. Very close (walking distance) to park Kennedy and Parque del Amor which you can visit for a view of the ocean.

No complains, I had a great stay.

Very comfortable large room and bathroom. We asked for a quiet room and we were located at the end of a passage with no noise whatsoever. The rooftop bar is great as was the pool. We did not include the breakfast option so cannot comment on that. The Lady Dee bar across the road is truly astonishing albeit pricey

The phones do not call reception or room service. Although it rings no one picks up but there were staff in the reception area and the dining area. The towels (although large) were a little threadbare

We stayed here our first night in Peru, having accidentally found it on booking.com. We re-booked it for our last night two weeks later because it was such a great hotel in a great location wit great comfort and great service. The buffet breakfast was (believe it or not) one of our three best meals in Peru.

I prefer to have separate shampoo and conditioner and only got "conditioning" shampoo. I hate to complain because most of our other Peruvian hotels had no shampoo at all. I also like to use two bath towels (one for body one for hair) and there were two towels....for 2 guests.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable.

We wanted to mail a simple postcard that was already stamped. So far every hotel we've stayed at world wide would just take it and send it out with their regular business mail, but the reception refused to do this for us and sent us on a 30 minute walk to a post office where a guard with his hand on his gun was telling us my wife and I couldn't enter together... Not a very pleasant experience.

Friendly helpful reception staff and breakfast staff. The breakfast is lovely - great coffee and omelettes to order. The pool on rooftop was perfect. There are about 9 deck chairs and it was never full during our stay. The gym has two treadmills, weights and two cross trainers. Again, this was never full and also has free water after a work out. The hotel is in a great location and very safe.

Only small thing would be to get extra Nespresso pods each day with housekeeping rather than just two at beginning of stay

This is a wonderful property in a great location. It's within walking distance to the coast with many restaurants and fun sites along the way. Breakfast was not included; however, we received a discount for the great in-house buffet. A young lady who worked at the front desk was very professional and efficient. She was a great help in guiding us to a variety of excellent local restaurants, bars and nearby museums. I believe her name was Paloma. I highly recommend this hotel. Especially for guests with limited Spanish language skills.

Nothing. All aspects of this hotel were very good.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. They made us a packed breakfast as our tour started before the breakfast timing, the pack breakfast was massive, not ideal breakfast food but nonetheless it filled us both up and had a snack for lunch. The rooftop bar is a very chilled place, we went both in the morning and afternoon. You get a free drink voucher on arrival which is a nice perk. The gym is small but can make use of it and was quiet when we went.

There was a strange smell on our floor, luckily it wasn’t in the room as well. We were on the 9th floor and you could hear the painters decorating the rooftop bar, they started at 5am which wasn’t ideal but very niche circumstance I guess.

10-15 minutes away from the beach by walk Comfortable beds, best sleep ever. Bunk beds for the kids were extremely useful Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Stephany and Paloma in particular stood out for their hospitality. Breakfast was exquisite in many ways and the rooftop bar with swimming pool was an attractive feature

Nothing really. The gastrobar and rooftop bar could use better food options especially vegetarian friendly when the entire city offers it!
