Everything about this hotel, from the staff, the service, the accommodation, the location and value for money are great. The staff is accommodating, helpful and courteous. The place is fairly new and location is overlooking the view of the bay. The size of the room is so spacious. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of selections. The swimming pool looks amazing and inviting. There is a karaoke room if you are into karaoke. We had a relaxing good holiday in this hotel and would definitely recommend this to other people.

Next door to us were a group of young guests who didn't have any consideration to other occupants in the hotel. At wee hours in the morning ( 4 AM ), they went back to their room making loud noises and bangin g doors ( bathroom door ), probably sick from being rotten drunk. I think they had a night out in town.

The view is straight up incredible. I would dare to say there is not a hotel in Coron that has this good of a view of the bay (except for Hop Hostel but it's clearly a different category of accomodation), and it's within walking distance of Coron town. The pools are nice and the hotel is well lit, making it a very scenic location. Deluxe room was really big and comfortable. Overall I would recommend it.

The attention to detail given the price range is really subpar. Both rooms we stayed in had an LED strip skylight that wouldn't fully turn off, which was bothersome at night. Each room has an individual AC unit which is pretty noisy, ehich sadly was the standard in our trip. The rooms in the corner were next to sewage and a very foul smell made staying in the terrace impossible. While the front desk is very helpful, the rest of the staff is extremely inattentive: they would tell us things like "we have no change we'll send it to your room ASAP" and we had to go and collect it ourselves after a couple of hours. They missed our very ordinary requests 3 more times in 2 nights of stay. The food was alright.

The hotel facilities were great.The staff were great. They were all polite and accommodating.

We had mosquitoes in our 3 rooms . There were flies at the buffet touching the foods and utensils on the tables. We had to cover our food with napkins when we go get food at the buffet.

Very nice resort, starts already when you arrive at the checkin desk. Rooms are spacious, very clean and the staff is fabulous, nothing is too much. Swimming pool is great with a nice poolbar. Coming already for more than 10 years in this town, good to see that the quality of the hotels is improving……Zuri is the best at this moment and worth the money. The town is easy to reach with a tricycle for PHP 30 per person one way. Nice and friendly guys as well (thnx Johnrick).

Wifi was not (always) stong, unfortunately that’s a common problem in this area. Paying the last bill with card was hard as the terminal was also having problems to find a proper connection so at the end we paid cash. Further, breakfast can be improved, rather simple, more choice will be appreciated (especially for non Asian). Tabels can also be cleaned earlier so you don’t look at the mess of the neighbor which already left.

My partner and I were on a two week trip to the Philippines and this hotel was the absolute highlight of our stay. We stayed in the largest room available, and it was 100% worth it. the room was beautiful, the outside space was a lovely space to chill whilst watching sunsets and let me tell you they are magical! The hotel itself was clean, well equipped, friendly & everything you could want. They had good options for food (even for a vegetarian!), an amazing pool bar (and two pools), a great stocked shop onsite, also they offered trips, and helped to organise tricycles into the town. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! speaking to other tourists on trips, the one thing they all said is they either changed to Zuri or wish they were staying there!

The property is new. The accomodation is comfortable. Staff is great and able to check us in the normal check in hours due to earlier flight we have and they been patient with my queries. Pool is a in 3 sections with kiddie pool. With entertainment area ie billiard, table tennis and spa. Restaurant is great and food is delicious

I was looking forward to eat danggit for breakfast but it wasnt served during our stay! Someehat dissappointed as i heard that coron makes non salty dried danggit

Hotel was fully booked during my stay but it never felt busy for me. Location was ok, it's a bit of a walk to shops but there were always tricycles waiting outside the resort. Their breakfast was good, besides the different dishes every day they also had a great egg station served pizzas from their regular menu. Bed was very comfy. Nice view. We ordered room service twice and it was always fast and delicious. They have a small convenience store with almost everything you'll need for your trip. I read reviews about this place before my stay so I was expecting the worse but it looks like they have been working on some of the issues. They removed the loud chickens, staff were well trained and very attentive during breakfast, no mosquitoes or cockroaches, and air conditioning was quiet.

Better coffee during breakfast would be nice, maybe consider getting an automatic espresso machine.

Clean, spacious rooms with good facilities. The quality and choice of food on the menu was good. The staff were very attentive.

There were several power cuts. The WiFi voucher system is a bit cumbersome. The hotel would benefit from its own jetty with island tours and water taxi services to nearby beaches.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great food and drink options - all very affordable. I think the pictures on Booking.Com don't do this place enough justice. Having been there it is more beautiful. Would love to go back

Nothing that I can think of. The only small thing, and this is to do with its location (not the resort!) is that there is a slight smell coming from the sea at the back of the property. It made no difference to how much we enjoyed our stay and after you are outside for a minute or two the smell goes away

Great pool and staff. Good selection for the breakfast buffet. The resort offers trips that you can book. And besides the standard packages, they can as well offer custom made ones. This is the best way to see the Coron area. We went everyday for dinner in the restaurant in the resort and weren't dissapointed by the food. Definetely would recommend as a goto option in Coron.

The area in front of the hotel is a concrete slab next to the sea due to being a old docking area.
