Everything about this hotel, from the staff, the service, the accommodation, the location and value for money are great. The staff is accommodating, helpful and courteous. The place is fairly new and location is overlooking the view of the bay. The size of the room is so spacious. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of selections. The swimming pool looks amazing and inviting. There is a karaoke room if you are into karaoke. We had a relaxing good holiday in this hotel and would definitely recommend this to other people.

Next door to us were a group of young guests who didn't have any consideration to other occupants in the hotel. At wee hours in the morning ( 4 AM ), they went back to their room making loud noises and bangin g doors ( bathroom door ), probably sick from being rotten drunk. I think they had a night out in town.

The morning buffet was great with varying items each day. The chocolate brownie with almond was really great!

The outdoors pool area needs some major upkeep. Many tiles under water were loose!! Various other tiles were loose or missing. The curtains around the 4 sunbathing beds can not be closed, only tied back in place. There should be additional sun shades/ umbrellas at both the upper and lower pools. One of the two elevators was out of order and had obviously been like this for a long time when seeing the dust and dirt collected around the area.

Great location away from the hustle of the town but close enough for a quick tuk-tuk ride, there were always tuk-tuks available. The staff were always smiling and the room was very big, clean and had had everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the views. Pool bar open until late.

Breakfast was a bit of a scramble when the popular food came out into the buffet. Not many sun loungers around the main pool (with the pool bar) for the amount of rooms, but there were other options by the other pool and viewing terrace.

The hotel is located a short 4-5 minute tricycle drive from Coron Town centre, yet far enough to feel pleasantly secluded and away from Coron Town's busy centre. Staff and facilities were great, and the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good and varied, items changing everyday. You can also enjoy a really nice sunset from the pool deck area.

You may want to avoid walking the street connecting the hotel to Coron Town at night, as it is poorly lit and might feel unsafe. However, for just under EUR 2, you can easily take one of the tricycles waiting outside the hotel.

First of all the amazing swimming pool. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the reception staff is outstanding. The breakfast is good with many choices. The room is big, comfortable, and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The view from the hotel is incredible.

Visiting Coron is highly recommend, and to the best of our knowledge, Zuri resort is the best place to stay in Coron. However, there are some things that may bother you: First of all the waves of smell coming from the swamp near the swimming pool. Very unpleasant. Some of the public areas in the hotel (windows, mirrors, doors) was dirty. There are frequent pwer outage, which cause us to be stuck in the elevator, which was scary. No matter what day or time you arrive for breakfast, there are always many things missing (glasses, coffee cups, vegetables, fruits). Room cleaning was in unusual hours. We went for breakfast at 8am, and when we returned to the room, we had to wait outside for the cleaner to finish her job. There is no reading lamp near the bed.

So we stayed here for two nights - with one night elsewhere inbetween. The first night we had a decent view, some cute free peanuts on the house in the room etc. The staff were fine (even if they did ask me three times separately if I needed an airport transfer to which I kept saying no). T

The second night we stayed we had a different room - ground level, zero view - just looking at a roof opposite so defo state you do not want to be on the ground floor, zero peanuts. If I had been staying longer second time I would have defo asked to move - they should charge less for those rooms with no views.

Arranging services like airport shuttle by email, joiner and private tours thru front desk, tricycle rides to town with concierge, ordering food whether at restaurant or at poolside, special requests for room cleaning…were amazingly easy, dependable and friendly. Room: our 4th floor room on Bldg 2 had amazing views, balcony, king sized bed, huge bathroom with shower. 2 liters of water was greatly appreciated. Breakfast: extraordinary buffet, mains and desserts changed daily. Serve staff were exemplary. Restaurant: On our first night, we tried Lobster King just 10 min hilly walk from the hotel for grilled fresh fish, oysters,etc. but only cash is accepted. Thereafter, we ate all our meals at the hotel because the menu was extensive and food was good. Facilities; Zuri is new and has lots of amenities. we enjoyed 2 infinity pools, whirlpool, gym which were never crowded. We had no time to check out game room or try massage/spa services. This is truly a good resort, which also has interesting pool for children. Tour comments: we took the Island Escapade joiner tour. The boat ride to the islands takes 1 hour each way. The beaches are gorgeous and are very accessible for all ages. We took a private tour for the Super Ultimate tour. I recommend requesting for the Calamian Tours and Rodel as guide. Rent sanitized snorkels at the hotel and clear kayaks from tour guide.

Nothing! excellent stay.

This hotel has enough amenities that you need in your leisurely vacation should you stay in the hotel to rest all day in between excursions. There's enough seating around the pool, a restaurant and a cafe and a karaoke bar to enjoy an evening. The staff are friendly and very keen to extend help whenever you need it. The place felt so safe and the transportation to town proper was a breeze considering there's always a pedicab outside waiting.

The only part that disappointed me was when we were checking out and our flight was at 8 am, we were encouraged to leave at 5:30 am and given a packed breakfast. I should have insisted to stay until 6:30 and enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel. They sent us tuna sandwiches which were awfully dry and 2 boiled eggs with no drinks. I wish we were given a choice. Not everyone eats tuna sandwich let alone for breakfast. Also we were not allowed to get in the airport yet by the time we arrived which was annoying as well. We stayed outside of the airport with minimal seating area. We enjoyed the stay in Coron until the very hour we left. Zuri could improve on this.

We spent Christmas Day here at Zuri and 3 nights total… we had an amazing stay! Our bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed, we had a nice balcony with a sunset view of the bay & the pool! The huge bathroom was like a spa! The staff were great, top notch service with a smile! The breakfast buffet was superb! With filipino & continental dishes, we especially enjoyed the fried danggit fish with garlic rice!! The island hopping tour A we booked from the hotel was wonderful!

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel was beautifully located with a wonderful view of the bay. Two very nice pools with warm water and a pool bar. Good drinks and quite tasty food. Clean, with rooms cleaned daily and toiletries replenished, etc. Overall, probably the best hotel on the island.

The only thing that could be improved is the quality of service during breakfast. The selection of dishes is quite decent by Filipino standards, but unfortunately, most of the buffet trays and plates are empty, and the staff rarely refills them.
