The suite we stayed at was clean and very comfortable. Sheets and towels are of top quality. Staff were very accommodating. The welcome drink and cold towels were much appreciated in the heat of summer. The free transfer from the port and to the airport was very comfortable and on time, with ice cold water bottles on board. Our experience with room service was fast and on point. The hotel is walking distance to some of the highest rated restaurants in Dumaguete as well as the ocean. Their Deli is also really good. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The suite is located at the ground floor and there is a bar across the street. There was hardly any soundproofing so you could hear the revelry.

I really liked the interior of the rooms and the hotel itself is brand new. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Our safety deposit box wasn't working so they upgraded our room with a new one in there. Loved that they had Netflix available and the wifi had a strong signal which is hard to find anywhere in the Philippines. The free breakfast had options of traditional philino breakfast or American breakfast.

The longanisa I had for breakfast were off, made me and my mum sick but we had gastrostop tablets so it didn't last too long. Still just be careful of that. Did not ruin our overall stay.

the room is missing a mini fridge even though they do offer a pantry for refilling water bottles and even a microwave. however having a mini fridge to cool a drink or store leftovers is a must. the rooms "air freshener" or scented sticks are very overpowering and not for everyone's taste. the idea is nice, however it's too much. Can be noisy depending on what side of the hotel you are and location of the room. doors need to be fitted better along with the windows to prevent excessive noise.

the property was built with a nice standard, however it seems that money was saved on the windows and sound proof quality. The windows in the room do not shut properly and therefore depending where your room is can be noisy. Also the main door of the room has a big gab on the bottom which helps spread the noise when other guests walk down the hall or housekeeping is cleaning. Most other guests do not seem to care for other people as the general behavior is being loud and disturbing others. would be nice of the hotel to hang a sign in the hallways reminding others to keep the noise level to a minimum to prevent disturbing other guests.

This is one the very few best hotels in Dumaguete. You seriously don't need to look any further. There is no hotel with a combination of this level of service and a simple and practical boutique feel, reasonable rates, and a 'value for money' in Dumaguete. It is new, clean, and in a good location in between the airport and the busy downtown. It has a deli that serves good food and coffee, and walking distance to a popular restaurant and bar in the city. The staff is excellent - the hospitality, attention to details, and efficiency; from the reception to the restaurant, to housekeeping. They run this hotel so incredibly well. They are flexible and accommodating. They really follow up on requests and guests' needs and questions. The room, the linens and bed smell great. The room has good lighting and a bedside lamp. The room has a great window blinds that keeps it dark until you pull it up, so you get to have a good sleep. There is a practical and small pantry in every level with coffee, microwave and fridge. There is a cool rooftop bar with a nice view of the greeneries around. They have airport drop off and pick up.

While the rooms are easily accessible from the stairs which makes it convenient, it can also be a security issue knowing that you don't have to enter the lobby to get to the rooms. And the hotel is along a busy road. The guards need to be keen at the incoming and outgoing guests. It is no biggie but there is very limited space for toiletries in the bathroom and the work desk is very narrow, and yet there are more unusable storage areas unless you stay there longer.

Starting from the pick up at the airport all the way to the check out was an excellent experience. I was welcomed by the staff with warm, courteous and polite greetings. The room's design reflected a comfortable and sensible furnishing. Not fussy, just modern. When I had breakfast at the Piapi Deli, I was satisfied by the dish I ordered. I ordered a filipino dish obviously and the flavors were right. I can't wait for the rest of the hotel's property to be done. Because I do want to go back.

What could be better would probably be the speed of the elevator. And it gets really hot in the elevator too. I wonder if a dumbwaiter is faster than theirs.

The staff is very friendly, a free transfer from the airport on arrival day and when leaving the hotel. The rooms are very clean and pretty. Nice rooftop bar and you can get good food downstairs (also great snacks at the rooftop and cocktails). Good service with bringing your luggage to the room for you (we offered to help but they refused), we got welcome drinks when we arrived. We had to check out at 12:00 but our ferry was scheduled for the evening so we could use the shower from another room right before they took us to the pier. The swimming pool isn’t there yet, they are building this and it will be great, so that’s also a plus for in the future. The airco didn’t make a lot of noice and worked well, the beds were good.

Only negative point is that you can hear the sounds from the street, people/cars/dogs barking/chickens.

Hotel is a new hotel in Dumaguete . It is very clean with small facilities small pool in nice garden small coffee shop area for breakfast and other meals. It is in a good location not far from waterfront and bars and clubs all Walkable. Good value for money. All Trykes (tuk tuks) know where it is usually 50-10 pesos to get home . Decent beaches are 30 mins away and waterfalls the same.

The food/breakfast has a lot of extra sweet mayonnaise in/on everything. When asking for breakfast of sandwiches please be specific.

Modern design of hotel and rooms set on beautiful green grounds; friendly and very helpful staff; location! beer garden and roof bar and good food options. Very comfortable 4 night stay

The swimming pool was not finished yet, so not really any area to relax during the day. It looks like it will be great though once completed. The tablet in the room for ordering was a bit annoying and glitchy, but wasn't a big deal as easy to go downstairs to order to the room.

We hung out at the pool which was nice. Nice to have the convenience of cafe at the lobby. Facility was sparkling clean and fixtures new.

Check-in staff could have been a tad friendlier. Cafe, pool and room staff were great. There should be a way to contact staff from room, e.g. WhatsApp or via the guest portal on the ipad. A full-length mirror would be nice.
