The staff here at The Sierra was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Dumaguete. From as you walk in with the security staff, to everyone inside. Such wonderful staff who provide excellent customer service and some are multi-talented (one plays an awesome saxophone). The pool was nice too.

I wish the pool was open a little later than 7pm :) We did have an issue with the credit card machine,(what was awesome though, was the staff saw us stressing and was kind enough to bring us ice water as we resolved our issue. The shuttle the staff had ready to take us to the airport had to bring us to a close by exchange so we could pay our balance with cash)

Breakfast was great with a great variety of food to choose from. The room was spacious and so as the closet. Staff were helpful and welcomed us with cold drinks!

We were expecting that we can check in right away when we arrived past 3 o'clock in the afternoon of our check in date but the rooms (I booked 3 rooms) were not ready yet, which is a bit off for us since we have a toddler who has been wanting to go to the room already.

The location of the hotel was very convienient being about halfway between the airport and my work for the period. the room was very quiet as we requested. the breakfast that was included in the price was good, will excellentt choices

Our room had some univited guests in the form of ants in the bathroom and also they appeared to live in the cable TV box. As our flight arrived early we asked if the hotel could store our bags, which they did. When we finally checked in the porter bought the wrong bags to our room. he went away and delivered the correct bags but we didnt realise he had left an extra small bag. later he came looking for that bag and made accusations that we had actaully attempted to steal that bag.

Breakfast was adequate and satisfying

The service personnel, Charice, helped us find a car rental company but charged us additional P800.00 as commission for getttting a referral. She could have just gave us the phone number of the rental company so we could arranged it ourselves and we could just give her a tip instead of getting extra charge for not going directly with the rental company. We have been to so many hotels but we never experienced this with their concierge.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon. The hotel prepared a surprise for us with congratulations, room decorations and a welcome drink. It was really wonderful. All the staff were very nice and friendly. For breakfast there was a huge selection of varied dishes. The room was big and clean. Thank you for everything, we definitely want to come back.

The room was good, comfy bed, shower wasnt as good as i liked. Nothing a new shower head cant fix.

Breakfast meal was substandard, some of the dinning staff were inattentive. Too many flies around the buffet area and no staff around. Staff could have also been more attentive to table wares, empty tissue holders, stacked plates with flies on them,

Rooms are clean and spacious. Beautiful sunrise and sunset view at the balcony (if you are in the poolside). Staff is very nice. The hotel is walking distance to multiple nearby restaurants. Accessible parking space.

Breakfast is okay. Mediocre and limited. No convenience stores nearby.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff, large comfortable room, would stay again.

None of the places to eat or drink seem to have change. There are no sheets, just a duvet. Too hot at night, unless you crank the AC super high

Hotel very clean, staff friendly, I like the swimming pool. Breakfast also good selection of food. The place is not far from the city and bolivard.

The greeting was outstanding by the security at the front door.

I know the Sierra can not cater for everyone's needs. I am from Australia and just found it hard to eat what was on offer. But overall the staff were fantastic
