This place is a former restaurant that luckily is now working only as a hostel because with the restaurant open it would have been very noisy. The individual room is very simple and NARROW. I think people from other continents may not be accustomed to it, but it is popular in Asia (especially in Japanese and Chinese megalopolis). The hostel is very central and the bus station to PPS is at 15-minute walk distance. It is possible to pay by card through booking.com. Staff is downstairs 24/7.

The shower had no hot water. Although the staff was nice when I met them, the problem is that they did not reply to my messages on booking.com before my arrival. They offer the classic tours A, B, C and D at a better price than other channels (as it is common practice for hostel to do so). The point is that you must book in advance, you cannot wait the evening before the tour. I knew about the importance of pre-booking and I got my spot by reserving through other channels, but I was disappointed not to have had the discounted price.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were always eager to help with any situation that came up. Whether it was helping with booking us tours or scrambling to get an alternative ferry ride because of a canceled ferry due to mechanical problems. The location was optimal. Within 3 minutes to all amenities such as laundry, ATM, police station, restaurants, motorbike rental, tour companies, entertainment , gas stations, ferry terminal, and dock .Bonus ...the lobby of the hotel was outfitted with a few tables and chairs for guests t congregate and the lobby had a coffee and hot chocolate dispenser available for just 5 pesos.

The air conditioner was effective but pretty loud and the water pressure was pretty low. No hot water but that seems to be the case in many hotels in Palawan.

AMAZING location - 1 min walk to the beach! Staff were very accomodating and even set me up a temporary bed to sleep for a few hours till my room was ready! The younger chef was very friendly and had an amazing special going, and even gave me a free meal for helping her sort her fish tank out.

Toilets on 2nd floor didn’t flush properly, and it was hard to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom.

What i love this property is very near from the beach and cafe, everything is walking distance. Ay sobramg mura ng price nya, i booked mine for bed bunks but they upgraded mine in private room ❤️

Close to the beach and to the centre. There’s even a terrace where u could enjoy the evening or eat and the stuff was very friendly

Location right in the heart of town! The place has a nice patio and the bed was comfortable enough for the price you pay. I don't think the place deserves so low reviews, I expected so much worse.

Toilet was pretty dirty, everybody wore shoes inside the dorm even when you're not supposed to so there was mud everywhere. There was also a smell of urine in the bathroom

The location is downtown so everything is accessible.

No free breakfast this time. It seems like their dining area and kitchen is not operating at the moment. It's very hot because the ceiling fan is old and rusty. I can't even feel the air in the room. It's so hot and humid at night. The shared bathroom is too cramped and tiny! They should have combined the two split bathrooms instead.
