Great varities of breakfast and comfy bed

They could do better on shower gels and shampoo. Also, there was a preparation for music festival and the testing of the sound system the night before disturbed our sleep. I was hoping they would end at 11pm or 12mn but did not. They even started again at 5am. I hope the managment should check this type of events around the hotel to ensure it will not cause disturbance to the hotel's guests.

The staff at the conceirge was great, much better than the reception lady.

All the the staff are great except for one lady at the reception. Whenever we ask question, most of her response is I don't know. Both me and my husband concluded that she just don't want to help at all. I don't beleive she should be on that position at all. This is the 2nd time we stayed in Crimson. This time, we can actually tell that the property is now dated and need some upgrade on the facilities (like the towels shows it reached it's use by date, though clean).

This is my go to place when in Manila, the hospitality team here were absolutely fantastic. Rhon and his crew at cafe8 treated me so well, Lucho at the pool always cool to hangout with, Sophie at the front desk was so sweet and helpful with a very beautiful smile. Analyn (Len) always fun to talk to, Jener was very attentive to my requests. I could write on for hours about everyone I have become personal friends with here. I thought about trying different hotels before I came but immediately though “No, the people here at the Crimson is what makes me a returning guest.” And I’m always happy to choose to stay here. I will happily be back in a few months! You guys are awesome, THANK YOU!

I have nothing negative to say about my experience here.

The hotel's prime location adjacent to Festival Mall offers a plethora of dining and food choices. The essentials in our room were replenished regularly, and cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay. Receiving messages of thanks from Jane or Janet (cleaner ambassador) was a delightful touch. Initially, we were exhausted, but the staff at the lobby lounge were incredibly supportive. One host in particular, Tine - left a lasting impression with her/his outstanding service and professionalism. She/He served us with patience, shared jokes, and treated us like old friends, making us feel right at home. Irish (from Binan) were also very accommodating on our last day, engaging in friendly conversation and ensuring our comfort before checkout. The services at the coffee shop downstairs is also excellent. The guards, ranging from the morning to the night shift, especially the reserved one by the parking lot, were not only welcoming but also interactive, an aspect that deserves recognition. I trust the hotel will maintain its standard by employing such high-caliber staff.

This was the final stretch of our journey, and we were quite worn out from all the activities. The hotel seemed somewhat outdated and dimly lit, with an entrance on the ground floor that resembled a parking area. Oddly enough, the check-in process took place on the 8th floor. We arrived at around 11:30 am, hoping for an early check-in. The clerk who attended to us suggested we return in an hour, seeming more concerned with finalizing charges than verifying room availability. Upon returning after an hour, the female clerk looked at me quizzically, as if questioning why I was inquiring. Nonetheless, we managed to access our room by around 1 pm. I felt it was important to share this as it significantly affected our perception of our stay, making us question our decision to book with Crimson.

Very nice lobby area that smells really good. The breakfast is good and they offer a huge variety of food. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights. We also had to leave very early for the airport so we would have missed our included breakfast. Fortunately, they prepared a nice little breakfast for us to take away. It was great. The location is good. We can see Laguna de Bay. The hotel is just next to the Skyway and many malls like the Festival Mall or Alabang Town Center are nearby. The service was perfect. We could leave our heavy luggage there for our side trip. That was really helpful.

The elevators don't smell good, especially the ones that go up to the lobby. They really need some fresh air all the time.

Great breakfast with huge selection to choose from. Buffet style so unlimited food. Everything was kept refreshed right up to closing time. Plenty of staff who were very willing to help. Large rooms with comforatble beds.

Serious problem with booking. Booked through Booking.com and selected double bed. Had an email from the hotel saying that bed allocation would depend what was available on the day. On arrival I was told that I had booked twin beds. I insisted this was not true. The receptionist kindly looked at her system and gave us a double. I asked here to check our booking for later that week and she said that was booked as twin also. She amended the booking and we once again were given double. If it were not for the excellent receptionist I and we had ended up with twin room I would have made a formal complaint and cancelled my second booking. There were no usb ports in our second room.

All the staff, the comfortable bed, the variety of food, the view from the room, the politeness n friendliness of all the staff, the willingness to accommodate all the requests that we made most specifically the housekeeping staff, Jennelyn, the lobby and concierge staff like Sav aka Saviour and Amor

the bathroom walls n floor can do with a good clean. The lack of communication and record keeping about payment of the rooms that my guests occupied. I had paid for all the rooms in advance and yet a front desk staff asked me to pay settle my bill when your records should have noted that all.accounts had been settled! Very unprofessional!

We needed to find accommodation to spend time with mom who was in recovery for a recent surgery and decided to book with Crimson Hotel for a couple of weeks. This hotel did not disappoint us. The hotel is a very welcoming place, the room was aesthetically pleasing and clean, the view from our room was stunning, the location is very central- close to shopping (Festival Mall), hospital (Asian Hospital), close to transport. But the most admirable of this hotel are its staff - they are very respectful and are always willing to help. They are happy to keep their customers happy. To name a few who made our stay very pleasant are (1) Jude- front desk. During check-in, he made it a point that he assigns us a room where an elderly person with disabilities will be comfortable all throughout our two week stay. He exhibits sensitivity to the needs of his customers. (2) Mariz- housekeeping. She always assists promptly with our needs. She makes up and organises the room very neat and tidy. She’s always on top of keeping any housekeeping concerns attended in no time. This lady with a ready smile seems to have so much potential with customer service. (3) Jenny Lyn - she’s another housekeeping jewel. She’s very proactive and efficient and prompt to listen to our requests. She is an excellent worker and has very positive attitude. (4) Derek - security area - very personable and approachable officer who has been consistently helpful and welcoming. Derek always exhibits sincerity in extending a hand to hotel guests. It is a pleasure to have a presence of an officer like him in the hotel. (5) Amor- Security- very helpful and always ready to assist ensuring that he makes his guests comfortable and being serviced well. (6) Dieter- Concierge - a very polite young man always on a look out for opportunities to assist customers. Whenever he is in the lobby, we are always greeted by his friendly demeanour. (7) Robert- Concierge- assisted us at checkout with our luggages. He was very courteous.

I’m hoping there’s wheelchair access in the back entrance of Entrata (Alabang Zapote entrance). It will make it easier for PWDs to move around the area. Nevertheless, we still love this hotel and its superb location.

I stayed for 6 nights and have witnessed the consistent great service they provide. The staff were very professional and attentive. Service with a smile! Best location! Close proximity to malls and restaurants. Transportation is easy to grab. We loved the huge "Vegas style lobby they have on the 8th floor. It has a great ambience with warm lighting and beautiful art pieces. It's perfect for a meet up. I enjoyed Cafe Eight's buffet breakfast , I ate there everyday. Food was affordable for the amount of choices they offer. The room is smaller than I expected but we'll designed ,great use of space and great layout. I loved the big windows ,overlooking the city skyline. I watched the sunrise & sunset everyday. This is probably the only hotel in Manila that I've been to that had a thick window curtains for privacy and  block too much light. I appreciate it very much. It keep the room cool when I need it closed. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean  silky and soft to the touch. They assigned me the correct bed set up and didn't have to beg or argue with them about it.  The room offers pitcher for water refill found at the hallway, which I thought is very convenient for transient guests and environmental friendly. The bathroom is my favorite layout out of all hotels I've stayed in. The standing shower room with right  drainage and glass door that doesn't flood the floor. The toilet bowl situated on the right side of the door which offers privacy. There were free toiletries,bathrobe and slippers. The room has several storage closets and table counter to use for dining & work space area.

Room carpet is dusty,need a serious steam cleaning. Fixtures need maintenance. Bathroom lights were wiggling. 

Facilities

Maybe some of staff not so welcoming although we booked there several times. Yet we always request to be transferred to another room coz the reception always gives us a smaller tight room.
