The front desk staff are very supportive and friendly. I came from a business meeting tired and pissed off but when I entered the front desk reception, they are very pleasant and with smiles in their faces. Your staffs did their job well.

Excellent Reception and Room service staff.. especially Ghen, Keith, Dess, Gab, Richter & Rod.. (cant remember a couple more names sadly) ..and Ruel was exceptionally helpful, also Eric on daily servicing of the room. Location best suited my personal activities.

Morning breakfast wasn't able, and the fitness center and pool area could be better maintained. Rooms in general need to be upgraded as the hotel is beginning to show it's age.

Great location (good enough to not even want the breakfast in the hotel!), spacious and clean room and CR, beautiful pool on the roof! The staff called me when i left the key in the door after returning once, very considerate. Felt safe. Highly Recommended.

The bads are above the goods for some reason, but i want to emphasize this was a great hotel! There was a line of ants that found one of the sweet things we left on the table. Not a big deal but be careful Also I may be wrong but there weren't any toothbrushes in the amenities

Nice room. Clean. Spacious. Air conditioning. Very good proximity to shopping mall and restaurants. Very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

What we like about condotel is you can cook and whatever you want very convenient for us being in a budget trip for business or work and also nearby in malls and shopping centers.

I didn't like it is when they didn't clean the underbed we just notice it accidentally we did not do it in purpose because we add 1 extra bed for extra person and we move the beds and stick together so we noticed that they just cleaned what we really saw. But to cope up we requested for make up room and they do the cleanup nothing really is a problem all in all in our stay.

The breakfast was good. It has varied dishes to choose from. Location of the hotel is great. This is the main reason we have been coming back to this place. Staff are very helpful and courteous.

It would be good if there will be a percolator or electric water heater in the room. The stoves in the hotel need upgrading but having electric water would be better.

Location, close to places/stores I go to frequently. Loved the friendliness, promptness of staff from security, concierge, reception to housekeeping. I love that the rooms come with 2 beds, big desk, closet, kitchen and utensils, bidet and other amenities.

The stove’s electric wire is torn and concern for electrocution, the plug outlet by the bedside has a missing cover plate also. I think the property needs a repaint(interior) and scrubbing of bathroom walls and floors. I saw some big cockroaches by the elevator floor when I came out to go to my room. The housekeeper cleaned the rooms and by the end of the day, the roaches were still on the floor by the entrance of the elevator.

The location and the staff are great. The property is a little tired but kept clean, overall good value for money. It's walking distance to greenbelt full of restaurants and sort walk further to the shopping mall and SM. There are also some good bars and cafes on some of the nearby streets, a little walk around or an Internet search and you will find some hidden gems

The lifts are not the fastest.

Great central location neat Green belt 4 and 5. Grab taxis are available most of the time conveniently. Good size rooms and comfortable beds with kitchen and cooking facilities with utensils provided. Nearby Seven-Eleven and Subway are great food options on top of many other restaurant options at walking distance. Great shopping options are also available within walking distance. Daily housekeeping and cleaning services are great to have. Great and friendly staff always with a smile willing to help and assist. We always select Price Plaza 11 for our stay in Manila over the last 4 years. We always found competitive great pricing that offered value for money.

I wish I could think of something, but nothing comes to my mind after staying on multiple occasions over the last 4 years. Not even on one single occasion I can complain about anything from Housekking to staff or facilities at the Condotel.

In the center of Makati very near Green belt,Landmark,and Glorietta shopping centers with variety of food and coffee shops. Excellent value for money. It is my 15th time staying there.

Some rooms under renovation what makes noises..Requested room change and they did it immediately.So it's not really what I didnt like...it is just an information about works going on.Reception always very friendly..
