Great central location neat Green belt 4 and 5. Grab taxis are available most of the time conveniently. Good size rooms and comfortable beds with kitchen and cooking facilities with utensils provided. Nearby Seven-Eleven and Subway are great food options on top of many other restaurant options at walking distance. Great shopping options are also available within walking distance. Daily housekeeping and cleaning services are great to have. Great and friendly staff always with a smile willing to help and assist. We always select Price Plaza 11 for our stay in Manila over the last 4 years. We always found competitive great pricing that offered value for money.

I wish I could think of something, but nothing comes to my mind after staying on multiple occasions over the last 4 years. Not even on one single occasion I can complain about anything from Housekking to staff or facilities at the Condotel.

The 3* rating is fair for the unit apmnt no 4. Very confortable bed rooms well equipped apartment. Owner should put photos with numbers of each appartement or under every appartement description and not all together in one place so clients can see exactly what they get and avoid missunderstandings.

Many stairs till the apartment hard to go specially if you have heavy luggage.

Since this isn't my first stay at Prince, I recognised some of the staff and that recognition was reciprocated. I'm thankful not only for their kind service but for the family-like relationship they (we) built. The location is a gem especially for your last minute shopping before you leave the country. So many fabulous restaurants and spa :)

Although the room and the building is becoming old, they maintained their commitment to cleanliness. Perhaps the only thing I'll recommend is to renovate some rooms especially the floors.

The room was very spacious and clean. With comfy beds, plenty of storage space and a nice table with plenty of chairs. It also had a working kitchen but I haven't really used it.

The only thing I didn't like was the view, the tainted glass on the windows and what seemed to be a "special" room for the AC, I guess? And also the shower head in my room was broken it was just taped together with some band aid. Yes. Band aid. But it worked okay :D

Room layout is good. TV is good with overseas and local news.

Shower heads needs clean-up/replacement. Found roaches in the bathroom. Only 1 paper roll left in the toilet, I expect a 2nd spare. The stoves did not work when I used them using low settings, but staff helped in by showing it will work at high settings, which is unusual. Even then the water kettle took a while before boiling. No tea bags provided.

Location is always top notch, and this is the best value for the hotel. Sir Ruel is always very courteous and takes time to talk to guests, remembers those who are frequent customers.

Room 212 was given to me, and these type of rooms near the elevator would usually have the most noise feedback - especially when trolleys would hit the metal floor base going to the elevator. Rooms are dated, and can smell 'old'.

Outstanding great value place to stay in the heart of Makati! Rooms have very cold nice aircon, wifi is fast, bed was comfy, the TV was working, it has kitchen facilities, refrigerator, bathroom had nice hot shower and the staff were very polite and courteous. Location is a 10 - Just cross the street and you're in Greenbelt already; Really nice place to stay in Manila. Will definitely recommend!

the hotel has a very good location, near everything that is useful for our last day in Philippines. The service is very kind and helped us for our luggages and for the taxi. The room is clean, beautiful and clean. It is definetly a good choice.

Some cutlery in the room would have been fine to accompany the plates and cups to eat our breakfast before leaving

The location of the property is very nice, it is near some malls and public transportation. The staff was also accommodating, they give us for the things we requested.

You will notice the oldness of the whole condominium, but they still made some adjustments to the room to make it more comfortable.

The kitchenette doesnt have the equipments for cooking.and the electric stove was out of service,had to call thr maintenance twice to had it fix.
