ONE ROOM APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE TOILET INSIDE THE ROOM. GUESTS WILL HAVE TO COME INTO THE ROOM TO USE THE TOILET. THIS IS NOT GOOD

Everting is amazing, this hotel is made to make you comfortable in every way And the location is amazing

I stayed for a week and what I did like that the receptionist didn’t do any effort to help with choosing the room, so my first impression were so bad, but beside the receptions every other employee were amazing I wouldn’t mention that if I didn’t see the reception staff not willing to help sometimes ;) but at the end, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is my second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! We had a large 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect for my family. The property is in an excellent location in the heart of Makati and very convenient for dining and shopping. The staff and service are top notch which is what is to be expected from this property chain. The breakfast buffet at their restaurant had a wide variety of foods to choose from and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Overall this property is excellent, however I can see that the rooms are due for an update and a refresh because of it's age. But that would not deter me from staying here again.

Proximity from the airport, shopping, very respectful staff, the suite of rooms within one unit and this time the breakfast spread. The breakfast has improved a lot. They tweaked the food spread by changing or adding a few dishes and made the whole spread fit together and complimentary to each other. My suggestion. I would lose the pudding but add a fish dish such as - bangus or salmon or another local fish from the Philippines.

I have been staying at Ascott every time I go home to the Philippines and would come to Manila. On this trip, the keycards were new but were not working properly in all the elevators so much so that I have to have all my cards re-programmed almost everyday during my 4-day stay. It was just cumbersome especially when you are carrying a lot or if you are in a hurry to go to your room and cards won’t work when you get to the elevator. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon.

Friendly staff. Great location, great amenities and rooms are big and clean.

The call center is not in sync with the people from reception. I.e. Reception downstairs confirmed that she extended our stay for another day. Then we keep getting calls in the room asking if we are checking out already. We also asked for late checkout, calling from the room, but when we confirmed downstairs, we were advised that cannot stay longer. We booked another room for a guest, got a call that the room is ready, went down to get keys and was advised that room is not available

Location superb! We stayed 14 days - Staff very high quality - from front of house, to restaurant, guards, back of house. Food was excellent - we dined there a lot! although breakfast less consistent during the peak Christmas/ NY holidays.

I stayed for 2 weeks, not once did Housekeeping pick up the phone when I rang them but Guest Relations always picked up and ensured every request/ reminder was attended to. Maybe remove the Housekeeping speed dial from the phones if it’s always unattended. I wish the 1-bedroom apartments had a 2nd toilet in the hall for guests.

The staff is the best. I have stayed at both BGC and here and although the BGC is more modern..the service here is a LOT better. Started with Check-in, Pearl was very helpful and efficient at her job. Made suggestions that we gladly followed and we were not disappointed. Breakfast spread and choices were excellent. Daily housekeeping is a plus! Fresh clean towels everyday and when i forgot unfolded laundry on my bed, she even folded it nicely! Wow, what service. Will come back here every time I am in Manila

The staff in the lobby were very polite and friendly. The room was clean and the location was great.

When my husband requested room service for food, they wanted us to pay asap. I accidentally brought the bag with our wallets in it out with my friends, so we wanted to charge it to the room. But it seems since I used a debit card to pay for the hotel, they don't allow this. We wanted to cancel the order or delay it until I got back. But they gave us some difficulties regarding that until they agreed. Then they kept calling to follow up. We paid them when I got back, but it felt very inconvenient and unsettling.
