I recently had the pleasure of staying at Infinity Tower Suites in Makati, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and ensured my check-in process was seamless. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and stunning city views. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchenette, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was also a highlight, featuring a rain shower that felt like a luxurious spa experience. The location is perfect for exploring Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I enjoyed walking around the area and discovering local gems. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus! It offered breathtaking views of the skyline, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day. The lounge area was also a great place to relax with a book or enjoy a drink. Overall, my experience at Infinity Tower Suites was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made it a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Makati!

Entry/exit to the bldg is secured; spacious floorspace for families and kids--roomy bedrooms and living room like a penthouse; free parking; friendly staff; location and accessibility to shopping, convenient stores (7-11) and restaurants; overall we're happy to accommodate visiting families.

Since the bldg is outdated, one of the kitchen sinks is leaky; old fridge also leaks but we managed to put a towel outside. One thing we observed--cleaning crew came to clean the room without a vacuum cleaner...why is that when they should be sucking clean the dirt from the carpet and wooden floor.

The location was ideal with so many food choices around. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room looked like it was freshly painted so it looked clean and white, but the toilet/shower was outdated with the tile design of the sink and the old bathtub, but it had a bidet, functioning toilet, hot shower, and a wide mirror, so I didn't mind it at all.

The previous reviews about the one elevator had improved, there are two functioning elevator, but it smells of rugby, paint and old wood. Its very old even the buttons were almost illegible. The comment on the slow housekeeping had improved as well, they were quick to respond to my requests. The refrigerator was leaking/defrosting even though it was turned on. The air-conditioning was old and had a dusty smell when you initially turn it on but this resolves when you just keep it on and running. Now the breakfast, you can opt out of it. The food was ordered through the restaurant on the ground floor and it just lacks flavor..Just have breakfast elsewhere.

It's one of those decent OG hotels in Makati, so you'll sense the "old but stylish atmosphere", it is clean and safe. Staff were professional and helpful. My upgraded room was big, clean and with good lighting. There's a lot of potential with that space. With complimentary drinking water; complete kitchen amenities. Place is in a safe neighborhood, a good 15 to 20minutes walking distance to the CBD (and malls); there are good restos, cafes and convenience stores nearby.

Just a minor one-- Shower fixture is a bit old so it made a squeaky noise when in use.

It was our second stay at Infinity Tower Suites and we were not disappointed. My kids have decided that it is among their favorite staycation places ever, with my eldest (7M) rating it as his 2nd best hotel and my youngest (3F) declaring that it is "her best hotel ever!". The rooms/suites are HUGE with excellent amenities and the indoor pool is perfect. WiFi is also good. The staff are also quite friendly and professional. The location is also very good. All in all, salamat Infinity Tower Suites! I believe we will be staying here again very soon.

The breakfast at The Wholesome Table, while good, was a bit expensive for the portions.

Don't know why this place has not got consistently good reviews, the apartment was lovely and lacked nothing in way of facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The location is very good, with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the Greenbelt Mall is either a short taxi ride or a brisk walk away.

I found the on-site restaurant a bit cliquey, although food was very good. Getting taxi's in Makati in the evening proved to be challenging, but otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Great size room, centrally located, great staff. Comfortable King Size bed. Very good swimming pool on 6th Floor.

Internet a little unpredictable.. dropped out occasionally.. Cookware poor quality steel but was replaced on request for non stick fry pan.. Cooking utensils not included unfortunately, had to make do with existing forks and spoons to cook with.

Location is awesome and the size of the rooms is great. We have stayed here a few years ago in a 2 bedroom suite and it was a lot better and was cleaner more kitchen ware and bathroom linen

The place is getting run down, we had 4 towels, no hand towels or shower mats. The air-conditioning was not working properly and the vinyl tiles are starting to lift! The floors were dusty and not cleaned properly. We had a 2 bedroom suite, for the amount paid it wasn't good value for money.
