well planed space. very clean. it was pleasant and comfortable stay

minor - tv cable had only 3-4 channels working biggest dislike - alarm clock on the nightstand kept waking us up in the middle of the night. since we were sleeping we couldn’t figure out right away in the dark how to turn it off. i had to fully wake up to finally deal with it and had trouble falling back asleep. advice to travelers - unplug alarm from outlet once you there. advice to management- remove it or reset it after each guest.

the swimming pool does not looks as good as in the pictures🥲but the fitness room is new and clean

The aircon was great. The bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was competent and helpful. The building was secure and the front desk staff made check-in fast and easy.

The pool water was too cold and completely sheltered from sunshine, unlike the photo in the booking.com info about the property.

Breakfast is too small, only one Browed coffee and fixed packages available. Better you take without breakfast and choose in the same coffe shop next to the Sphere what you want. The pool is not very inviting and no service, towels …

Staff was amazing - the reception and the housekeeping staff were always willing to help. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. The fitness center had the essential equipment my husband and I needed, especially the weights. The place is near some restaurants and convenient stores. The malls, Greenbelt and SM malls are either 10-15 minute walk, or a few minutes away with a car. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the Philippines.

Our shower floor and shower door were not built correctly. Every time we took a shower, a puddle of water would stay at the opposite end of the shower, and we needed to move the water with our feet to get it drained. The shower door would not close properly, so water would get out, making the floor right outside wet. Both my husband and I almost slipped multiple times. When we put the bathroom rug there, it ended up not damp but dripping wet. We could tell that whoever the contractor they used did not do a great job. The shower could also do some thorough cleaning as there were significant dirt and mildew buildup in our shower and shower door.

The beds were very comfortable, nice to sleep in and relax in, the aircon was cold, there was hot shower, nice shampoo and conditioner, there was also a kitchenette with a microwave, the facilities of the place are soo nice! Their pool is heavenly and they have a nice gym where you can work out all parts of your body. The location is a 10; In the heart of Salcedo Village, Makati and near all the ATMs, banks, and all the nice hidden restaurants of Makati. Perfect for food hopping. Staff were also very professional, friendly and nice. Will highly recommend!

That my stay was too short; 3 days is not enough here and felt so fast; I wish I stayed longer!

Everything! Staff were very pleasant, polite and professional, facilities were the best; The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing, really nice after a hot day, the gym was so nice and there's machines and dumbbells to work every part of the body. The rooms were also really nice; It had good lighting, and the beds were comfy and nice to sleep in. They also come with a kitchenette and hot showers. Location is the best; in the heart of Makati and near to all the starbucks and nice restaurants. Will highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I can't really think of anything not to like.

Location of the hotel was awesome. Close to everything you could need -7/11, coffee shops, pharmacy. Was also pretty convenient to get grabs outside the hotel. There are 2 cafes below the hotel, Starbucks and Little Flour. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Bed was massive and super comfy, and room itself was spacious enough for a couple of nights stay.

Bathroom was a bit tiny and compact. The shampoo and body wash they've provided could be better.

Room was comfortable and staff very gentle. Position is in Makati, not far from Greenbelt. The hotel is very clean and the bed is comfortable.

Air conditioning is too noisy and the controll for visitors are too stricht.
