There is no obvious airport shuttle. No one with my name on a board to assist me from the hotel. It cost Mr $33 from the airport to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were horrified that I paid so much to get to them. 4x the normal price. But nowhere could I find the shuttle. They did not answer their WhatsApp or advertised landlines.

I stayed at the Kingsford for just one night, I arrived late in Manila and had an early flight out the next day, and it's very close to the airport so cuts out the otherwise insanely long journey (traffic in Manila is really bad). Very comfortable hotel, the room was clean and had everything I expected and the restaurant was really good for dinner (one of the best meals I had in the Philippines). Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

At breakfast it would have been nice to have a knife to spread butter on my bread with (not a knife in sight bizarrely) instead of a spoon, but this is a minor thing in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Rooms were comfortable, but i would have to pay more for a larger bed, but i put the double beds together. It was not quite the same, but it worked out. The restaurant was not open all the time. The bar was very small. Not a big lobby. The plus was walking distance to the major casinos if you like casinos. The biggest mall was close enough to the hotel which also had many choices of food.

They did not accomodate me for the large or queen size bed. That would have made it great. The security at the pool was a little picky and it seemed not the same rules for everyone.??

The breakfast was superb! I think the price though is a little expensive 950pesos. The view from my room was amazing. Also the staff was friendly & the security guards were helpful. The minibar was nice & there were a selection of miniature cakes was displayed in the lobby. You should try the banana cake is super delicious. The swimming pool & the gym was magnificent.

I did not like that most of the rooms were not sound proof. I can hear other people having sex, talking, screaming, singing & any other such weird noises. I cant work with the noise! I also did not like was that they did not clean my room without me pushing the cleaning button. At first no staff told me about it so im not familiar with such button. And also when i called the room service they were kind of rude & unprofessional with my needs. They made me wait for 30minutes without any action. They only took action when i said I will talk to hotel manager.

The room is spacious and clean. And kudos to our pick-up drop-off van driver. we forgot your name, but you know who you are from Mindanao. Thank you for assisting my husband and also the two guys when we are living, assisting him to go inside the van.

You can hear people's talking in other rooms, sadly it's not soundproof rooms.

Service was beyond excellent. Staff takes care of you from the moment you interact with anyone from the hotel. For me, it started with getting from the airport to the hotel. They have time frames that they pick up at different locations every 10-20 mins, my location was the last pickup and I just missed it, I messaged Archi and he sent another van to pick me up within 10 minutes because the next time was an hour gap before next shuttle, and I appreciated that so much. The driver was very friendly. I got to the hotel, and before I could unbuckle my seatbelt, Ethan, Cannon, and Archi greeted me to grab my bags for security screening before entering the Hotel, which is very secure.

Nothing I can think of

Staff are very polite and helpful. The room we had this time need a TLC on bathroom and it was smaller considering same type of room I booked previously. Free shuttle from hotel to airport is good. I did communicate about shuttle from airport to hotel, I was told I had to pay 2,200 pesos but on website it has free shuttle and they do have free shuttle. So we end up getting taxi from airport to hotel for 950 pesos.

I already mix up what I didn't like to what I like comment. Please refer to it.

Breakfast was delicious thank you to all the cooks and staff that made the experience wonderful. I had a short stay but it was perfect for what we need it. I will definitely consider staying there again.

I love the fact that the hotel has shuttles from and to the airport. Only feedback would be when it is time to pick up the guest to comunícate to the customer where the pick up will be at ahead of time in an email or text and the driver be on the same page of that location. I also think would be nice to have a text message sent to the customer saying the driver is on there way or they are 5 minutes away be ready to be picked up. I had to call once I landed to figure out where to wait for the shuttle. We were told to wait upstairs by A2 so we did but then had to rush all the way to the other side so the driver would see us and not be left behind. Other than that everything was great and I would stay there again.

We have stayed here 3 times in the last month for one night each time as it is a perfect pit stop hotel close to the airport.

On our last visit we ate at the restaurant and the food which was served was not good and did not even resemble the description on the menu. I ordered a “Kingsford burger” and it was missing cheese, bacon, vegetables and sauce - basically it was a burger patty, onion and a bun. My beverage also never arrived whilst we ate. When I complained at the end of the meal about this, the service team simply said they will provide the feedback to the kitchen.

Excellent room size and location

Parking facility - sorry but so awful due to lack in adequate parking slots; worst, driveway ramps were used as parking slots resulting to too tight car maneuvering!☹️😖 Restaurant facility at GF have missing food selection/non-availability even if written in the menu☹️ In addition, we reserved our upper floor parking (3A?) to have our dinner outside, which the guard-on-duty committed he will…upon our return, our ‘reserved’ parking slot was occupied (???😖)!!! Unforgettable experience since I checked-in at this hotel for the forst time with my family to celebrate my birthday!
