The breakfast was superb! I think the price though is a little expensive 950pesos. The view from my room was amazing. Also the staff was friendly & the security guards were helpful. The minibar was nice & there were a selection of miniature cakes was displayed in the lobby. You should try the banana cake is super delicious. The swimming pool & the gym was magnificent.

I did not like that most of the rooms were not sound proof. I can hear other people having sex, talking, screaming, singing & any other such weird noises. I cant work with the noise! I also did not like was that they did not clean my room without me pushing the cleaning button. At first no staff told me about it so im not familiar with such button. And also when i called the room service they were kind of rude & unprofessional with my needs. They made me wait for 30minutes without any action. They only took action when i said I will talk to hotel manager.

Kingsford Hotel offered us a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to be there again. The location of this hotel is perfect! The staffs are accommodating and helpful, the facilities are good and the food is great!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, thanks to Kingsford Hotel but actually, this booking didn't push through! The hotel informed me that it was cancelled. I didn't receive any advise that it was cancelled. As per hotel management, they are not responsible for that, it should be done by Booking. Com. I had to booked by myself, lucky for us because there was an available room. Imagine what would it be like if there was none. It will bring such disappointment to my family and hassle to us, travelling from far South to the hotel. I hope this will not happen again! Please do the necessary communications.

Well laid out hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location. Great views. Good size rooms and comphy beds. Nice friendly bar great cocktails.

Same menu all day every day. The salad option never available. Que for breakfast. Breakfast food cold. WiFi very bad. House keeping not cleaning room properly always badly hoovered.

Hotel was new, clean and quiet. The pool was heated so it was not cold when you take a dip.

Rooms was small, there's no much space to move around especially if with children. Each room doesn't have clothes cabinet, only steel bar on one side serving as a design too but probabaly to save space. Then sauna room in female.area was out of order when we checked-in. The jacuzzi beside the pool was not turned on even the staff saw my parents dipped-in. The breakfast buffet has limited choices but good. The parking slots was good but it was so stiff and sharp on the corner upon reaching down the main ground and only one-way. Considering still pandemic no alcohol or sanitizers installed on the main lobby even in the front desk. The food from the restaurant was too much expensive too. Imagine our lunch's total amount is equivalent to price of 1 room.

Customer service was on point. They were quick to respond through email and messages. Especially with my special request. I would recommend them to anyone coming through to manila. Even upon check out they still allowed me to use the hotel WiFi as my flight is at night and I still had hours left before check in at the airport. Great job to all the staff from airport pick up right through to all the departments. Thank you so much Team.

The place is worth the price. The Hotel has free shuttle to NAIA. They allow you to order from Foodpanda. Location is very close to Okada and Ayala by the bay.

While sleeping with the Do Not Disturb sign on, a housekeeping staff knocked and asked if i want my room to be cleaned, told her I have the DND sign on. She then asked if I am extending my stay. I am like WTH?! I am not yet checking out. I found her kinda rude. Called the front desk and told her about it. Got a "Pasensya na po" apology. Nyways, it ruined my sleep. On a Saturday afternoon, do not bother to swim. I counted 32 people swimming in the not so big pool. Literally bumping with one another.

It’s close proximity to Okada, value for money. During breakfast I like that they already anticipated the influx of people that they already prepared the 5F ballroom area for breakfast too hence we didnt have to wait for a seat to be vacated. The staff were also very adepth in assistance needed. Check-in and check-out was a breeze too! 👌🏻

Just a little delay in turn around of staff from house keeping/front office had issues with our keycard or the actual lock of the door had to get my keycard replaced 4 times the engineer even went up to check and the 3 key cards with me and it didnt work too and said he’ll go to front office again but that took time that i went down again to follow up

Nice hotel and nice pool.

pool closed at 7pm. Slow to action requests, when asking for a cot it took many attempts to get it to the room. Housekeeping says line busy and getting through to reception was also difficult. With a second room and even after paying for an extra bed it took many requests before it was brought up. The lift was also quite slow when lots of people needed to use it for example at check out. Parking is limited so arrive early. As far as location goes your best option for food is to go to Mall of Asia as when trying to order food delivery there were no drivers available.

The location was close from the airport. The gym has enough equipment. The pool was good. The staffs were great and amazing.

The service at the bar was slow. The toilet could do more cleaning. The one way fee airport transfer is overly priced Php 2,200 one way for 6 pax for a 10 mins drive. I think it is a rip off. Hiring a van only allows max 6 pax. Which means we have to hire two van it was going to costs us Php 4,400 for a one way transfer. We ended up hiring a van from someone else which fits 9 for the same van that they hire but does not costs up double the price.

The thing that I like the most was everyone was so accommodating to the reception staff on check-in to check-out went smoothly, the housekeeping staff was also professional at there tasks, especially Ma'am Lanier the supervisor and James actually all housekeeping staff was amazing nothing was left unturned, the security staff always made it easy for me to arrive and leave with no hassles at all, the food was perfect and the buffet breakfast was brilliant . I will definitely visit Kingsford Hotel again
