Location was amazing! It was close to some tram stops which is very useful for travelling in and around the city, and there is a lovely food court opposite the hotel which is great for lunch and dinner when you fancy eating close to the hotel. Hotel restaurant was nice and breakfast was great with many lovely options, while hotel gym, spa and swimming pool were good additions. Rooms were huge and well-equipped, good AC and ability to connect your device to the TV was amazing!

I wasn’t a huge fan of the beds but obviously that is down to personal preference. My only real complaint was the room cleaning. Most of days they did not do it properly at all! They didn’t replace used mugs/glasses, didn’t replace towels or restock any items. Also they provided rewards if you chose to decline cleaning, so I declined my room being cleaned one day and no reward was provided! Quite disappointing.

Hotel was new, people in Poland are very friendly which is relieving for female travellers. The spa was beautiful and easy to use. We used it and the gym everyday. We were so happy here. Free coffee. Water was replaced in room everyday. The housekeeping always had a smile on their face so they seemed to enjoy their job. The breakfast and food was expceptional. I will 100% be back as there isn’t anything I can fault! So so happy here! There was aircon and comfy beds high standard of rooms as well. Just across the road from hotel is a gorgeous park with an outdoor seating area with food stalls and chill out areas to have snacks and beer in the sun. A couple of minutes walk and you’re onto a tram which comes every ten minutes or so! Again for two women this felt very safe.

There isn’t really anything I didn’t like about my stay honestly. Not that it matters but the gym could have had bigger weights as we are athletes but it was nice enough to get a workout because not many people use the gym.

Convenient location as you are slightly away from the “hustle and bustle” but close enough as you have a tram stop just outside the hotel. The area of the hotel was amazing as you have a massive park and it is very quiet. The room (standard double with balcony) was bigger than average with excellent soundproofing and and amazing modern shower. The highlight for us was the breakfast in the room! We had the option to have breakfast either in the restaurant or in our room with a small extra fee and we chose to have it in our room. We had a generous selection of breads, croissants, pastries, ham, salami, cheese as well as our main hot dish which you could (eggs, pancakes etc). If you stay at AC Marriott, I highly recommend getting the room service breakfast!

Supernice hotel with great facilities!! Even though the location is a bit off, it is easy to take a Bolt everywhere for cheap. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here when in Krakow.

The spa experience was a bit disappointing because of a lot of noisy kids. The Jacuzzi was always full of kids with their pooltoys, so we didn´t get much chance of using it. There should be one jacuzzi for adults only.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices on intercontinental and traditional breakfasts. It also has quite a number of personalised choices, like for example if you want fried eggs, all you need to do is to inform the waitress and they will prepare the eggs for you personally. They also have choices on gluten-free, lactose-free and organic breakfast items if you would like to have them. Their customer service is excellent, if not exceeded my expectations. They are very willing to meet every request that I've asked. And I am particularly very impressed the fact that they are very patient and calm to a very tired, flustered hotel guest who ranted about not being able to find any money changers to change money and yet having to endure tiredness from an overnight travel on the bus from Berlin while waiting to check-in. They even went to the extra mile by calling up money changers and explained to me later over the reason behind. On this, I am totally impressed. The hotel room and its bathroom is excellent: Very huge and spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable with good TV channels too. The location is very convenient, practically very near to the tram station and it is very safe, since it is located around the residential areas. For the price, it is definitely worth every single penny and I would love to come back to stay in the hotel again if I am ever to come back to Krakow.

The housekeeping can be more consistent. On the 2nd day of my stay, it was very cleaned. However, on the 3rd day, the cleaning job wasn't too consistent with the previous rubbish not cleared away. Then on the 4th day, it was back to normal. So it needs to be more consistent on the cleaning.

We LOVED everything about our 4 night stay in this property. The room was beautiful, large, clean, and the tea, coffee, nespresso pods, and mini bar all ensured we were satisfied with our stay. We used the balcony, pool, and spa, enjoyed drinks in the outside bar, and loved the leafy green environment.the choice of two tram stops less than 150m from the hotel offering two tram routes was very convenient. Just 5 or 6 stops, and you're in the heart of town. It was perfect. The staff were lovely as well. If you don't want to be IN the action but want great access to it all, this is a great choice.

A couple of towel rails in the bathroom would be helpful.

The location is very nice as it is next to a park, it communicates to the center with a tram line and it is not far, around 15-20 mins all in all to get to the most popular locations of Krakow. The area might be a bit scary if you arrive late at night by foot (after tram hours) as you must take the long road next to the park which has other hotels etc. It is not a residential neighborhood so there won't be much life at this time. During the day it is very nice as you can see the park and the road is filled with people cycling, roller skating and taking a stroll. The hotel and the rooms have excellent design, they are quiet and the bed is very comfy. The room had also a huge tv and it was very clean!

The bathroom splash cover although it was very modern covered only half of the bathroom and that could cause the water to splash out at times. Other than that minor thing there was nothing negative to say. Great hotel!

Fantastic new hotel with great facilities also beautifully designed. The photos on this site are very true to reality. The room was huge, very comfortable bed with a very large balcony. The bathroom was big with a walk - in shower. Location , although a little out of town is good with easy access by tram, stopping just outside or walking in about 15 mins. The area has lots of green space and a lovely park, if you're a runner, you'll enjoy this. The food in the restaurant is very high quality. Reception staff are generally excellent.

Storage in rooms ( as with all new hotels ) is minimal. Lots of staff undergoing training at this time not a major issue though. Some staff could be a little more responsive. Service in the restaurant ( terrace ) can be slow and patchy. Some fail to make eye contact or check if you need anything. Had to get our own menus and ask for service more than once. 3 staff standing by the service point chatting while customers are awaiting service.

Huge hotel. Price quality ratio super! The hotel is a bit of a maze, especially when you get two rooms completely apart, but maximum satisfaction. For the price this is a really luxurious hotel, wonderful rooms. Great restaurant included. Fitness room that has the necessary equipment. Breakfast more expensive compared to other hotels in Poland, but the selection incredible!

I give a minus for the location, the hotel is not in the center, but by tram you can get to it in 10 min. The second minus is for the spa, which is smaller and has a limited capacity.
