Excellent location, just 5 min walking distance from the city centre and Planty (the large urban green belt around the old town), 10 min to Rynek Główny (the main square), 20 min to Galeria Krakowska (shopping centre) and the Kraków Główny train station. The hotel has a modern decor, the room was spotless and quite spacious, with air conditioning. The double bed was really comfortable and the extendable armchair made into bed was OK, too. There were refillable glass bottles of still and sparkling water available (excellent), with kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast was delicious, there are breakfast menus to choose from (named after places) and buffet with sweet cakes and drinks (they also ensured gluten free options as we requested them beforehand). The neighbourhood is rather quiet for a place so close to the city center, which is great. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains for better sleep.

The bathroom is rather small and the glass bath screen could have an added extendable part to avoid water splashing towards the toilet and sink. The building is just across the road from a hospital, so originally we were a little worried about it, but when we arrived, it turned out there is no emergency room there, thus no ambulances were going in and out.

Room was good size and very close to the old town and lots of public transport options. Lots of bakerys and restaurants very close. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Room also had air conditioning for the hotter nights. The building is across the road from a hospital which I was a little worried about when we arrived BUT it turned out to not have an emergency room so there were no ambulances going in and out. Neighbourhood was very quiet for a place so close to the city center.

We had a room with an adjoining door to next room. This made it less sound proof between the two rooms but while we were there it wasn't really an issue .. just something worth noting.

Amazing hotel! The location is perfect, just in the center of the city, but on a quiet street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff was amazing, very polite, and helpful. I really enjoyed breakfast - it was slightly unusual, with a buffet only for drinks and sweets, while other options had to be ordered from the menu. The wifi connection was great. Overall, I'd definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Krakow.

The bathroom could've been a bit bigger. It would also be nice to have some sort of shelf inside the shower to put toiletries. The breakfast bacon was overcooked.

The staff were always on hand and friendly despite being a small hotel and not a big brand chain. The lobby and stairwells were immaculate and clean and the rooms have a special ambience with black carpets. The black/white look appealed and the bed was very comfortable. I did not use the breakfast room and found lots of small interesting places across the road. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the flow of tourists which has lots of eating places. Some have little fronts but go a long way back with secret gardens. Even a vegan four doors away. It takes ten mins to walk to the square and be tourist or 30 mins to amble with a coffee and pastry. Will return.

Next to nothing. The lobby is the only area to meet. It's simple and functional. The hotel does not need a bar as they are around the corner.

The bed covers were too warm for the room temperature. But at the same time is was too cold for not wearing any covers. Had a bad first night, until I decided to use the towel as my cover (lol). It’d be nice to have option for alternative less warm covers. Breakfast was nice, but I would have much prefered if it was fully buffet. Having to order is a bit annoying when you’d rather combined some parts of one menu item with parts of another menu item, because there’s stuff you don’t like in both menu items… I’m just being nitpicking tbh. I did have quite a nice stay

Loved the dark theme the hotel had - specifically the small detail like the dark cutlery. It was a massive hit for me, so much thought was put into the build of this hotel! Also loved the layout of the bathroom, absolutely gorgeous! The staff were exceptional, so kind and they all spoke perfect English, no language barrier at all! 24 hour reception which was perfect as we had a late flight and checked in at 11pm. A 5 minute walk from the main square. Lots of lovely places to eat in such a short walk. A very good location for the price you pay. Will definitely book again when we go back to Krakow!

The hotel is superb. Its in a great location with coffee shops and restaurants close by. Its almost a straight 15 minute walk down to the main square and all the side streets which branch off. The reception staff were extremely helpful, also allowing us to keep our room a little longer as we had a night flight. The room was on the top floor (4th) but was easily reached by the lift. Highly recommended would have been a 10, but we didn't try the breakfast, but other guests commented it was very good.

It was central. Room was spacious. Staff helped us with anything we asked. Everything felt very clean and fresh.

Not a fan of how the breakfast was served (with the menu style). On our first day we learned that any of the menu items were just way too much, and contained things we didn’t want. Causing food waste. Also, no fresh coffee, only machine coffee. Some days we just skipped breakfast we paid for in the hotel to grab something in the city.

Clean, short walk to town, quite area in the evenings, great size room ( superior )

The automatic sensor taps were a pain, couldn’t work out how to plug the sink and as soon as you moved your hand the tap stopped having a wash at the sink was a challenge,and no shelves in bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put your toiletries, no mirror near the table in main room to be able to do your makeup and hair, only mirror in room was next to wardrobe

Exceptional location - quiet neighborhood with several restaurants and coffee shops less than 10 minute walk to Old Town Square. EAsy access to bus and tram stops as well. Breakfast is beyond the usual buffet fair as there is a menu to choose from.

Would have been nice to have had access the room's balconly (the door was locked). Would have been more comfortable and quieter had we been able to use the air conditioner.
