Everything was perfect! I loved that check-in and check-out were available 24/7, which made my flights to Krakow and back home super smooth. The hotel smells amazing, and the staff were really friendly. I booked a room with a balcony and it was just perfect. The daily cleaning service was great, with bed linen changed regularly or whenever needed. The location was also ideal , just 10 minutes from the Old Town and Main Square, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. I’d definitely recommend it and will be coming back for sure!

I enjoyed everything during my stay. The only small thing that could’ve been better was having a bit more drinking water in the room, but it really wasn’t an issue , i got fresh water every day when my room was cleaned.

First of all: location. Within walking distance of the city center, plenty of restaurants around, pretty quiet neighbourhood at night. Staff was very friendly (they got the room ready almost 2h before official check-in). Cleaning lady came daily and vacuumed, we were a little careless the second day and left a little bit of a mess in the room. But when we came back it was spotless again. Room facilities were very good, as they should have been. We really appreciated the electric kettle.

The extensible couch was pretty uncomfortable. Sheets were a little stained in a couple of places. Clean, but looked like the stains were old and they would never come out.

Everything from start to finish was amazing - the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The Staff were very friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble for them. Free shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was a lovely addition to the room and if you like to take a bath - well, this hotel is perfect for it (you will get lovely smelling bath salts as well). The hotel is nice and quiet and within 10min walk to the main squere so the location is perfect. We would for sure use this hotel on our next visit to Krakow!

Good size room, clean, good facilities-TV, iron, hairdryer, etc. Excellent location! Close enough to the main square without being too close. Staff friendly and polite. Was perfect for what we needed it for. Would stay again!

Poor storage - no place to put clothes, lived out of our suitcase. Big massive desk, waste of space in my opinion, would be better if there was extra storage for clothes. No double duvet available - had to have single duvets on a double bed, not a big deal in hindsight, and some may like that, but it wasn't my preference.

The room was really big and it was very clean. The location of the hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and supplied an early breakfast when we had a trip at 6.20am. It was good that water was supplied in the room daily.

The pillows weren’t very good. The staff could be more friendly. Before arrival I had changed the credit card on Booking.com but I was still charged on the original card. Coffee in the room was not replenished. No bath mat was provided on our last day. We were put in a room with an interconnecting door. You could hear talking, tv and the bathroom being used from the room next door as there was not a solid wall.

We arrived to krakow way before check in time but the staff were lovely and let us leave our bags in reception free of charge. The room was clean, beautiful, and had a stunning view. The hotel is located at the end of a street with lots of shops and places to eat. And is directly opposite to the tik tok recommended “mr pancake.” A few doors down is a great outdoor food hall or there is a supermarket if you wish to get food to eat in your room. We had the best stay. Thank you !

There was nothing we didn’t like

Location was very close to the main square in the old town, just a short 5 minute walk. It was also close to an all hours convenience store, bars & restaurants. If needed, tram stops were close by. It was approx 15-20 minute walk from the main railway station. The breakfast was very nice & very well presented, although it was mainly a breakfast made to order from a menu choice of 5 options. So if you were someone who liked to eat as much as you want or were not especially wanting one of the 5 options, it could have been a bit limiting. However, for us it was fine. The bed in our room was firm and very comfortable. In some hotels this can be a problem but in this hotel it was superb. It was a quiet, small & friendly hotel.

There was nothing I disliked.

The property was spacious and clean, we were provided with a safe and mini fridge in the room, an ironing board an iron, really lovely place, I really enjoyed the walk in shower and the choice of 2 shower heads, beds were clean, sides were dust free and there was always staff downstairs to help

Our room had a door that lead into next doors bathroom (was locked whole time so no issues anyone coming into our room) but every time someone was in there we could hear everything, which was a bit annoying when the neighbour wanted to make phone calls on loud speaker at 2 in the morning in there - apart from that it was fantastic

Location was not far from the square . Not too close for the noise either . Quiet hotel , very clean ,loved the theme of black and white . We booked in an hour earlier and the room was ready for arrival so we didn't have to kart our luggage around which was great . Every day we had our room restocked on toiletries and water which was also great. Couldn't fault the hotel at all . From booking in to checking out , was a breeze. Thank you .

I liked how modern the property was. And it was in a good area that wasn’t too busy nor was it too far to walk into the main parts of old town

Only thing I didnt like too much was the shower and bathroom tap, don’t get me wrong the toilet facilities were clean and in great condition but the shower design is a open shower which tended to flood the bathroom a little bit and the tap in the bathroom was a sensor tap which made it a pain to use because the water would heat up very quick and get abit too hot, plus it was a pain to keep running while washing your hands and brushing teeth. But these are more just little dislikes so they’re not enough to make me want to avoid going again
