it was in a great location. a short walk away from the tram system and the main bus and train station. the large mall was also a short walk away. the apartment was nice and comfortable. had all the facilities you needed. they had 3 washing machines that you could use, with clothes horses to hang your clothes in your apartment. it had a small fridge, small dishwasher and small stove top. all in all it was a great place to stay with a family.

the only thing that we could really fault with the apartment was the lack of additional pillows there were only one for each person and if you liked a higher or more firm pillow, they were not at hand. I am sure if we contacted the accommodation, they probably would of made a plan, but we were out all day exploring, so might be something you can check with them before you check in. The mattress was OK, but not fantastic, but that is usually down to personal preference.

Everything was amazing like always I like that it is not far away from Galeria Krakowska

Everything was great, the apartment is well equipped, and everything necessary was there. You can live there with great comfort.

There are two things that can be improved. One towel was badly torn, but it was clean, so it wasn’t a big problem. The kitchen is really well equipped. However, the pots have a Teflon coating and cannot be used in the dishwasher. I think a lot of people have washed them in the dishwasher, as they have scratches. Unfortunately, this makes them unsuitable for cooking.

The location is excellent , Patryk the manager was super, the owners did a fantastic job renovating the apartment and keeping the old building looks with taste. Laundry room is fully equipped We liked it very much and will come back next time while in Krakow

Minor but for those who cannot afford the lack of elevator for high floors this will not suit.Was NOT our case. And a bit of improvement in internal lighting will help as bedroom is a tad dark

An apartment is bright with a modern design. The furniture was good and the kitchen was equipped with everything we need to cook for 2 people and infant. Bathroom was clean and nice. Also we liked very much that the bed had a waterproof covering, so we didn't have to worry about the child and the bedclothes.

We haven't found any shampoo. The water in a sink did not drain well.

Perfect location, very close to the main station and old town, apart from this area is quiet, so you don’t hear a traffic. Apartment offers everything you need: equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice shower with always hot water.

I liked the atmosphere of the apartment, the entrance of the building, the red rug on the stairs, and the pleasant smell. The location is also great for the University of Economics' visiting scholars, very close to the university

The electric stove didn't work or I couldn't turn it on.

The location was perfect and the cleanliness of the apartment was great!

A strange odour coming from the bathroom and shower took ages heating up but wouldn't put me off staying there again!

Very convenient location for central station, well equipped (but we didn't cook) and supplied with amenities.

Power outlets in bathroom were blocked by furniture.

We liked this cozy apartment, comfortable for 4 people. There is a playroom for kids and laundry in the basement. The location is very good, to the near shop 5 min, to the train station 10 min, to the old city 15 min by foot. It is perfect for the family)
