The accommodation was nice and clean, the rooms were spacious (our room had two separate room-like sections). The bathroom big and clean as well. Great location with main train station only a few minutes of walking away. The room had a coffee machine, small fridge, hairdryer, they offered tea, coffee and water and there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom as well. Overall great quality for the money.

Not really a bad thing, just a thing of preference: The beds were too soft for me and the mattresses were moving when turning around. Our toilet was basically in the shower so the floor was wet.

Great location, close to the city center. Welcoming and friendly staff. The fact that we could leave our luggage before the check-in time and after checkout was a big plus. The room was specious. The beds were comfortable. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in our room. We received additional coffee and tea bags without any extra charge, which isn't always the case.

There was a problem with breakfast. There was little to no food and we had to wait for some items for a long time. Also the tables were not being cleaned, so we had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we could eat. At first we thought that it was a one-off event, however after reading some comments it clearly wasn't. The staff is clearly trying their best, however there aren't enough of them to provide a good service.

Really spacious room, comfy bed and fantastic location. Wasn't noisy considering how central it was. Were able to leave bags behind reception before and after check out on our first + last day which was extremely helpful. Fridge, coffee maker etc all provided in the room which is great.

The staff were not always present on reception which was slightly inconvenient but always turned up reasonably quickly (within 10-15 minutes). Room wasn't 100% clean - dust on skirting boards and in corners of rooms but all the bits that really matter like bedding and towels were clean. The shower was broken so the head of the shower didn't hold up but the water pressure and heat was fine.

The shower head on the ceiling, if you stand underneath it, it sprays water outside the shower so the bathroom floor gets wetter unintentionally so you have to place a bunch of towels down. The safe didn’t work either, luckily my expensive items were safe

Comfy beds, modern rooms, staff friendly

No matress protector on beds only thin loose sheet.. One lumpy pillow given each.. sofa bed was very hard. Booked 3 deluxe rooms 2 were very small compared to the 3rd one.

The location is just perfect - very close to thw old city The stuff is friendly and helpful The room is clean and cosy ( you can actually cook if you want - you have everything for this) You can order breakfast separately. It was very good. The price is good.

The rooms were fantastic. They were spacious, the AC was brilliant and the location was great for walking into the old town.

Price of breakfast was a lot. But there is a corner shop that baked fresh bread every morning so we opted for that!

Apartments in a good location to the city in a quiet street only 5 mins to the shopping centre and train station and a 15 minute walk to krakow old town.

Reception could be open for longer.

The location is amazing - walking distance to the Old Town Square, main railway station and a big shopping center. We stayed in a triple family room for three nights. The furniture is modern and stylish, the beds super comfortable. Our room as well as common areas were very clean. The staff was very helpful and replied fast to our questions on WhatsApp. They even gave us recommendations such as where to exchange money, etc. The self check-in was easy and convenient. We'll definitely be staying there again whenever we return to beautiful Kraków. :)
