It was the second stay in the hotel owned by Wyndham Company. That was an outstanding experience however we didn't have a chance to use all facilities like the gym and SPA. Hopefully, the underground parking was not overflowing so we could leave our car in a safe place and get to the room using the elevator. The breakfasts were very tasty, not a "million of different dishes" but everything was fresh and well cooked. And you shouldn't pay for the child to have a meal! The room was big and comfortable. The bed was really huge. And the location was just WOW - you can easily access probably each corner of the old town on foot.

The room was clean but we found a hair on our bed. Also once we found a hair in some meal during the breakfast. The restaurant doesn't offer too many options to order during the day so we used to visit other restaurants in the neighborhood. The dishes we ordered were acceptable but not perfect.

Ideal hotel for a visit of Krakow. You almost literally walk into the hotel when leaving the trainstation, and it’s a few minutes from the old city. Although the exterior isn’t quite appealing (it’s a big concrete block), the interior is something completely different. Very nice finishing, large rooms, and, very important, as they are in a busy location: sound proof. Breakfast was very good, large choice.

Although the beds are quite large, the bed cover is a bit too small. We asked a second one for the second night. Hardly a negative, really recommend this hotel.

- it’s located right next to the mall. - it’s not far by walking to the main street - the reception staff are exceptional! they help you with literally anything, they helped me book a tour and even contacted the airport for my lost luggage. - breakfast has plenty of choices. - rooms were quite with good sound isolation.

- the hotel has no bellboy! which was a surprise to us honestly, like you take the trolley by yourself and take the luggage to your room. - room cleaning was not the best

One word: location. This hotel probably has the best location in Krakow on this square that has the main train-coach station, shopping center and various eateries. The rooms were massive, had both a tub and a shower in the room which is unheard of for a standard hotel room.

Close to nothing. To nitpick, my view was not the best as it was on the shopping mall side. Also breakfast is not complimentary but was asked if I want to add at checkin. The entrance on the square side closes after 9 PM.

The staff was very nice, restaurant food was amazing, room was clean and comfy. They have luggage hold during the day which is awesome if your flight is later in the day or at night. We found that it was very close to everything we needed, and it’s right next to a mall which was fun. The rooms are indeed soundproof. It was a great value. They provided us with late check in and did not charge anything we weren’t expecting. The rooms were decorated luxuriously and quirky and fun.

The pillows, could have been much better, and the comforter was too small for the bed which means you have to cuddle all night to both fit. Early check in was about $40 which I don’t understand because our room was already ready for us and I requested early check in in advance. It wasn’t really a deal breaker I just don’t understand why that was.

The equipment is new and clean. The mirror of the bathroom is bright enough for makeup. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is quiet, and the windows sound insulation effect is good.

I have put "do-not-disturb" tag on the doorknob, but the housekeeper still knocked on the door and even swiped the card to break in. My husband was taking a shower at that time! The cleaning speed of is too slow. It was finished before 4:00 p.m., so I couldn't returned the hotel for taking a nap.

-Breakfast: Perfect. All imaginable options for breakfast were available with a lot of variety. -Cleaning: Done daily. Water, coffee/tea options in room was renewed -Location: Perfect. 5mins walking distance to the Old Town and Main Train and Bus Station also at the botton of Galeria Krakow

You can only get support with money on issues such as early check-in and parking service. Other than that, we were able to leave our luggage and had no problems. Based on the price/performance balance, I rated it this way because I stayed in much better and helpful hotels.

Very nice, modern hotel. Excellent location at the city centre, just next to the main train station and very close to the Old City. Very clean. Great service. The personnel is very professional and attentive. Very wide and comfortable modern designed room. All facilities are very nice and functional. Breakfast is delicious with variety of snaks. Wide and very comfortable bed!!! Our next time in Krakow we'll definitely stay in this hotel again.

We arrived late morning and were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. The staff were always excellent and very helpful when it came to any queries we had. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options no matter what your taste. We had a drink in the bar on a couple of nights and Anya looked after us really well, very professional and friendly and service was always with a smile, a credit to the hotel. The hotel is very contemporary and easy on the eye. We loved the look of our room, spacious and well designed. The bed was comfy and there was no external noise. Great location with a huge shopping centre and the train station adjoining the hotel. The main square is a 5 minute walk away.

I would have liked more english channels on the tv, there was just two news channels but it is not a complaint.

Perfect location, close to the main railway station, buses and trams. A shopping mall is just next door. A short walk from the main square with countless bars and restaurants. Very nice room, quite big and cosy, modern design, big comfy bed, spacious bathroom with both walk in shower and bathtub. Breakfast also very good.

Everything was perfect really. I would love to have bathrobes in the room but that's a small detail.
