Quiet apartment, though located near the railway. Very clean room with everything we needed, even espresso machine with coffee capsules. The reception is 4min walk from the aparthotel and the people there were really helpful.

Would be happy if the door codes could be sent via booking app too. I managed to forget to take the paper card with the codes with me at first and was confused not to find these codes here in messages from the aparthotel. “made in russia” on Ikea glasses in the kitchen was triggering. The picture of moscow church drawn on the ground floor window of opposite building (that seems to be the same aparthotel) too. It may seem nonsense for most europeans but for those who’ve heard air raid sirens for 2.5 years daily and sounds of russian missile hitting your city it really is a source of negative reactions.

Perfect location - near the old town and galerea Krakowska, reasonably priced parking, responsive personnel, well-equipped kitchen. The apartment seemed modern and well-maintained, all the equipment we used worked fine, the blinking bulb in the bathroom was fixed in a few hours and the additional blankets delivered the day they were requested. In general, the apartment left positive impression.

The bar counter instead of a dining table may seem fun at first, but it is impossible to accommodate 4 persons. Looks like there were issues with electric wires in the bathroom which resulted in all the lights to be connected to one and the same switch, as the result we got all the illumination at once or nothing which was not that convinient. Finally, the coffee table design was terrible - the central dark part created a wrong impression on its real proportions, which resulted in hitting it all the time someone was moving around. Each family member got at least one leg/knee bruise because of accidentally hitting the coffee table)

The Property is in a great location, nearby shops, trams and walkable to main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

4 adults Sharing but one 3 seater sofa, could do with another chair. Needs cushions for outdoor seats. Room nearest the balcony has a window on to it, but no blind/curtain, meaning if someone on balcony they can see in as well as the properties opposite (this needs addressing) Has everything you need to self cater but no bottle opener! Asked reception and just told we don’t have one, not very helpful. None of the above made any difference to our holiday but few pointers for the Aparthotel.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, close to Galeria Krakowska and the city center, big underground parking. The apartment was just perfect for our team, and we didn't have to book separate rooms. I liked the design of the apartment, the terrace and the inner garden of the building, perfectly white bed linen, coffee maker, bathroom with the shower gel of high quality.

It was a bit problematic to get from the parking to the apartment as we didn't save the entrance codes and there wasn't internet connection underground to check the instructions.

Very nice aparthotel. Nice new clean apartment. Comfortable and safe. Fully equipped kitchen. Large screen TV and bathroom. Coffee and tea facilities. Walking distance to old town.Large balcony on first floor. A little awkward getting the key and accessing the aparthotel as reception was not available at the location but a block away 5minute walk, to reception, They walked to help us find them too as the reception and the google maps were not accurate.The parking was awkward as well very complicated about how to get out of the parking lot. It is a locked car park and the doors out of the parking are all locked and access out of the parking is by using the swipe for your particular door. The parking is dark and this really needs to be sorted as the parking is great to have but you need to sort the map to get out. It was getting me very scared being caught down there.

Overall the place is great just beware about the parking...

This was very much a stay of two parts. The apartment I had for the second night of my stay was very good indeed. It was located in the centre of the Browar Lubicz complex which is pedestrianised and so is very quiet. It is a short walk to the Galleria and main train station and also to the old city and all its attractions - great location and great facilities. Easy check-in even late at night and really helpful staff.

The first apartment we received was noisy and uncomfortable but given the time of night we checked in the reception were unable to find us another option so we were stuck with it. This apartment was located on the main tram line going in to the old city so tram rumblings and cars and buses created a lot of noise - it was a poor experience and one we wouldn't like to repeat. Thankfully the next day the staff helped us a lot and did re-locate us and the second apartment was great (see comments above).

This is a new, very modern aparthotel. We were travelling with the family, so we requested our rooms to be close to each other. The staff is very loyal and helpful! They arranged everything perfectly! Our rooms were equipped with everything and were so comfortable. The kitchen was very comfy. This was the first time I saw a hair straightener was provided together with a hairdryer. Such an exceptional approach to the customers! I liked it They also provide underground parking (at an additional cost). The location is perfect, we walked to all the places in the centre on foot This hotel is worth its money!

The apartment was great, clean and in a good spot at city.

Not really a pleasent surprise when the day before we got a message, that the two bedroom apartment that we booked was not available due to some failure. Few of us had to sleep on the sofa in the other apartment, but we managed. Thankful, though, that they really tried to make up for it, gave us free parking, cot and free breakfast for the whole family at Novum bistro (where the food is phenomenal, by the way! And the staff too! Even came back for lunch :))

Full apartment that is comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally quiet and soundproof. The Browar Lubica was unfortunately closed during our stay, and I wonder if it would have been noisier had it been open. Amenities are mostly there, except for cooking oil. Excellent location for travel by bus / train and walking distance to the old town and really everywhere.

The apartment is a bit worn down (tears/cracks in moulding on walls, scratches on floor) and and could have been a bit cleaner (there were grease / bits of food stuck to under surfaces like when opening the fridge or cabinets) The bed is on the small side but big for the space: you can't open the door to the bedroom more than 40% because it hits the bedframe. That said, we would rent again given the comfort and quiet of the place.

Excellent location-few minute walk to the Rynek, had all the necessities for a few day stay! Flat iron was a big surprise and a great bonus

The property was not checked before arrival. The door had a keyless entry on top but a regular key entry on the bottom that was locked. We arrived around 10pm and could not get into the apartment. Had to wait by the door for 30 minutes for the desk person to run from main office Lubicz 40 to Lubicz 17 (not his fault-he was great)
