The property is in a very convenient location for exploring Krakow, making it ideal for sightseeing. While the room is compact, it’s comfortable and well-suited for a couple’s getaway. The amenities provided are sufficient for a pleasant stay, and overall, it offers great value for the price.

The room is very bright in the mornings, making it difficult to sleep well. Perhaps putting better blinds on the windows could improve this.

The property was in a great location. Just 5-10 mins walking distance to the main square restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and helped with any questions we had and they were very accommodating.

Location and price were good, it was very clean and had kettle, tea coffee wine opener. It was very clean and fresh. Great power in the shower.

You can hear everything in the other room, corridors and outside

The location was perfect! Close to everything you want to see (and eat), the room was OK, just as announced, good for the price.

You could hear everything that was going on outside and it was quite loud late at night and also very early in the morning, and the bed was a little too noisy too, so honestly, a bit hard to get a good rest. The reception people could be a little more friendly too, but they were all kind enough.

Exceptionally clean room. The bed was very comfortable and sound proofed windows. It was a very quiet hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly and 10 minute walking distance to the main square.

The location was good, a short walk to everything you needed. The apartment was large and comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The host although not present was very helpful and easy to get hold of and he communicated all the instructions we needed to access the apartment. I would stay again but would ask for a lower floor as my husband found the stairs difficult at times.

The apartment was quite noisy with traffic and people in the courtyard coming and going, this was made more so because we had to leave the windows open as it was very warm all day and night. We would have liked to have stored our luggage while checking out but there was no one around to ask where to keep them safe. There is no reception service but communication is very good with the host, and he kindly extended our check out time a little to help.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I think the property could improve by adding more options like a washing machine to clean clothes.

Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our base during this trip and ideally located for everything we wanted to do.

We were confused as we read on previous reviews that staff were helpful, early luggage drop off etc. We received numerous emails with various access codes which did get a little confusing initially. However, there was never anyone on reception during our whole stay, no help with early drop off of luggage. A very helpful non speaking English cleaner helped us understand the timing of the door access code.

Great location, close to the old town but quiet at the same time. Friendly staff. Very convenient.

There was construction in the courtyard so it could be loud at times. Also, no air conditioning so it could get a bit hot.
