Really comfortable room given the price paid. Good studio apartment for 2 persons. Very warm and cosy. Really hot shower and clean towels. Good facilities to make food and drinks.

The only thing we did not like is that the front door of the apartment building remained unlocked all the time. We had one night when someone was banging aggressively on our door. This happened twice, once at 3.00 am and once at 5.00 am. This was frightening. There was CCTV in the building and immediately outside the door itself but we found this event unsettling.

Good location, clean, quiet, spacious. We had a studio with a mezzanine for our daughter. Warm and comfortable apartment. Mini markets nearby to buy few groceries. Good wifi

Not good if you've limited mobility - stairs. Pity want a smart tv so we could use our netflix at night but we had filled our days exploring and hadn't much need for tv at all. If we had younger kids/ earlier nights this would have been disappointing.

The apartment was perfect for a short stay in Krakow. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, Old Town and Kazimierz were within walking distance. It was a very safe and quiet area to stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they arranged transfers to and from the airport as well as organising a trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine for us. It was also great value for money.

It has enough beds for 7 (although two shared a small sofa bed). It had a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The front desk reception was kind and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the center and the bus station.

Noisy neighbors, kitchen wasn’t stocked very well if preparing meals but we didn’t need much.

Very clean, lovely big apartments. Very good location 5 minutes walk from the Old Town Square.

Amazing stay, however the only negative was that we woke up to no electricity the day we were checking out. However there was a thunderstorm during the night so it most likely due to that. Would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow, the apartments exceeded expectations. Thank you!

We were a big group of 9 people, so we booked two apartments (one for 4 people, one for 5 people), which were really clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom of one of the apartment looked like they had been renovated recently, and in the other one it was okay as well. Everything was perfect. I would really recommend this place. Additionally, staff was super nice!

I like the fact that we picked up an executive room. It was excellent, but unfortunately, it was on the fourth floor and had no lift. The reception staff were amazing they changed our room to one on the first floor as I wouldn't have been able to do the stairs due to a past ankle injury. Thank you. The location of the apartments was a short walk to the city centre. Food is amazing, not our first time in Krakow, and won't be our last. I certainly will recommend the Bonerowska apartments to family and friends and certainly will return. Already planning.

Beautiful building on a quiet street. Very close to all historical landmarks, within walking distance. Place was super clean, beds are very comfortable, bed linen and towels are extra clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Grocery store and Zabka(convenience store) are 3 minutes away by walking. Really enjoyed the view from the room through the large window with nice curtains. It felt like stepping into the Krakow of 19th century. People at the reception desk are very polite, friendly and welcoming.

It's a minor thing but water pressure in the shower was a little low, but we managed.

The location was very good. Very close to the city center. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was ok as well. I had everything I needed. I was able to check-in very late which was wonderful. The instructions were convoluted but clear, I managed to get in without any issues.

The view form my apartment was lame. It also was a bit loud outside, there were people hanging out. The apartment also didn’t have a stove, a microwave only, so it is not very convenient for a longer stay.

I recommend Bonerowska 2 apartments: ours was clean, quiet, and centrally located. The kitchenette was great - apart from necessary cutlery and crockery, there was a microwave and a fridge, as well as paper towels and drying cloth. All in all, the room had everything necessary for a comfortable 5-day stay. The bathroom was clean and stocked up with toilet paper for 2-3 weeks :) There was a hair dryer, which is not always a given. And of course clean towels and liquid soap. The room had a nice view. The only window overlooked a well-type yard with some trees and bushes.

The only thing I'd change are wall lights over the mirror in the bathroom - those were too dim to put on makeup, so I had to do it at the window.
