The apartment in the very center of Kraków's Old Town (a location not for people coming by car). There are a dozen flats for rent in the building, I slept at the very top - you have to walk through the outside terrace to enter the room. Room spacious, comfortable and very clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, but breakfast can be also ordered to the room - it is waiting at the door in the morning around 7 a.m. Overall, it is good value for money.

There is no elevator in the building, so If you stay at. the higher floor and have a big bag it might be unconvienient. It's great that you have an option to order the breakfast, however they were quite mediocre.

The apartment was really clean, in good condition, and equipped with pretty much everything you might need. The location is in the heart of the city, which, of course, also means there will be some noise coming from the streets.

The ceiling windows were open when I arrived, and there was no way to close them. Only after my room started flooding during a heavy rainstorm did I get the tool to close the windows from the apartment next to mine. It would be helpful to have one of these tools in each top-level room by default. Additionally, new pillows would bring some extra comfort. I am not usually too picky with pillows, but these were probably the flattest ones I have ever used.

Very central so you could walk to all the main sites. The main market square is just 2minutes away. Very quiet because we were in the inner courtyard and on the top floor. Good size room with useful small kitchen. Great shower and very comfortable mattresses. Communication between us and the hotel recepetion was very quick and good.

It would have been good to have some more toileteries like handsoap and body soap and a hand towel for the kitchen. Pillows were very puffy and didn't feel like bed pillows so were a bit uncomfortable.

Location was great, central to Krakow. The room was clean. Bathroom and kitchenette met our expectations.. Overall a pleasant stay, for a reasonable price.

The door code handover was chaotic - the host did not send it on agreed upon time and we had to phone them directly only to discover that there is a considerable delay - when we finally got into our room the cleaner was still there and we were only able to leave the bags, but had to change the plans of the day. Also, some neighbor was knocking relentlessly on the adjacent wall with no apparent reason which was confusing.

We liked the location, the comfortable beds, and the spacious bathroom with a hot shower. The apartment was very warm, and the security system gave us peace of mind.

We were on the top floor, in a penthouse where a motion-activated light outside our window flickered on and off all night, likely triggered by birds. The constant changes from light to darkness made it impossible to sleep well. The curtains didn’t block the light, and with only one window that didn’t open, there was no way to air out the room.

This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It was modern, spotless and had everything we needed. Our apartments were at the back of the building so very quiet despite being in the centre. Fantastic location.

I had trouble accessing the room code. I managed to lock myself out of my booking.com account and could not get the code. Obviously that was my fault but when I phoned the owners for help they just kept telling me to go to my account. NOT helpful and very stressful. It took us 30 mins to get in [lucky it wasn't night time] and we only managed with help from UK! Nothing from the owners. They need a system in place to help people like us even though the problem was of our own making.

The location could not have been better! 2 minutes walk from St. Mary Basilica (and Christmas market). The room was clean, and you can call the reception if you want the room to be cleaned/towels to be changed. They are very responsive. We had a problem with heating and AC, and they fixed it right away. They also offer storage if you have a late flight (a 15-minute walk from the apartments)

It is generally not noisy, except for the people in the restaurant below (you can hear them taking the trash cans, and it was very loud till very late on Saturday). This is not the apartment's fault, of course, but just FYI to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It would have been nice to have slippers there, but that's about it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located just next to the main square in the historic Old Town of Krakow. The location couldn't be better for exploring the city's charming streets and landmarks. Despite its central location, the rooms were remarkably quiet throughout the day, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Ιt's worth noting that the beds are a bit narrow

Location was excellent - only 2 minutes walk from the market square (and numerous restaurants), and not far from other landmarks, such as the Royal Palace (13 minutes walk), National Museum in Krakow (15 minutes walk), Barbican (12 minutes walk) and Collegium Maius (2 minutes). There was a nice selection of cookware in the kitchen; the fridge, kettle and microwave in particular were very handy, and the induction hob worked very well. There was no reception desk on site but staff could be contacted on the Booking.com app, and they were very attentive (bringing more tea, more towels, etc). A left luggage storage facility was available for free in Red Brick Apartments. Checking in was easy with the details provided, and the key fob provided was easy to use. Breakfast was delivered every day and was substantial. There was a Zabka supermarket across the road, where we could buy toiletries and food items.

It would have been nice to have a double bed (I did ask for one when I booked the room, but I guess that wasn't available). Not much of a view, but the room was comfortable, and we were there to go out and explore the city anyway. A chopping board would have been good too - I did some chopping on the kitchen counter (not ideal, I worried about damaging the knife), and on the non-slip lining I found in the drawers (better, but I was afraid of damaging it). There is no lift, so perhaps look elsewhere if you are unable or unwilling to carry suitcases up 2+ flights of stairs. Red Brick Apartments was a 15 minute walk away, which can feel like a bit of a trek in the summer heat when you are dragging large suitcases.

I liked how warm, clean and cosy the room was. A very comfortable and firm bed. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The shower was excellent. Despite the central location, we could not hear the noisy night life from the street. The Kebab shop downstairs also does great food.

I couldnt get the hairdryer to work in our room but i managed without, so no bother. Was woken up by people staying in the apartment next door very late at night/early morning, but I understand that there's not a lot that can be done about this.
