We stayed in room 6, just along from reception. Room was large ,very clean, air conditioning, shower gel provided but no shampoo. Bed was king size & very comfortable. Worth remembering if you open the windows, the air conditioning automatically switches off, so keep windows closed. There is an iron & ironing board in the wardrobes & safe plus a hairdryer in the bathroom. Tea & coffee facilities in the room along with a small fridge. Location is perfect walking distance to the main attractions. Only 2mins walk from the main square with plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. Located in Old Town ,walking to Jewish Quarter/Ghetto, Wawal castle, Schindlers museum are all within 30/45mins walking distance..Beautiful city. If visiting Auschwitz, I would recommend booking via Krakow together as they pick up & drop off from Hotel location with a tour guide within the 2 camps .Book well in advance! I never visited the Saltmines due to recent Knee surgery and unable to descend >400stairs. Good excuse to visit again! On our last evening we ate dinner at Mr Jerry's steakhouse & had the famous surf & turf steak board. Amazing!!! Definitely worth a visit. One of best steaks i have ever tasted.

No lift available so had to climb 4 flights of stairs to 2nd floor to get to reception. Anyone with mobility problems may struggle, unsuitable for wheelchair access. No breakfast option available within the property but with so many cafes & restaurants nearby, it wasn't a big deal.

Szewska 22 Boutique in Krakow is an exceptional boutique hotel with prime location and outstanding comfort. Situated just a few steps from Krakow’s Main Square, it offers convenient access to the city’s historic Old Town and numerous restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated with a contemporary style, and equipped with luxurious amenities like super king-size bed, air conditioning, soundproof windows, flat-screen TVs with Netflix, mini fridge, and complimentary toiletries. The rooms provide a very comfortable and quiet environment despite the central location. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and assisting with local recommendations or transport. Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and it was good quality and friendly service. Overall, Szewska 22 Boutique is excellent, with the perfect combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, making it an ideal base for exploring Krakow for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is a hidden gem and definitively will come back again.

Absolutely loved the location, so near the main square Apartment was on a busy street but never heard any noise in the room. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside. Rooms so stylish and very clean.

Breakfast is served in a restaurant just a few steps outside hotel but service was different every day. Sometimes we could order off the main menu then other days it was a limited menu for hotel guests and it could be quite limited for some people but food was good but just mentioning it may get a bit hard to find different things to eat. I can recommend the sweet omelette.

Amazing Stay in Krakow – Friendly, Clean, and Perfectly Located! Our recent stay in Krakow was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredible friendliness of everyone we met. It truly felt like a home away from home. What stood out most was how welcoming and patient the locals were, especially since we don’t speak Polish. For the first time in Krakow, most people made a genuine effort to speak English with us, which made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was spotless and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after our daily adventures. The location couldn’t have been better — just a stone’s throw from the Main Square, with all the shops, cafes, and main attractions right at our doorstep. Plus, the main train station was only a 15 to 20-minute walk away, making travel incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the Salt Mines, which is just a 20 to 23-minute journey from the main station. The experience was absolutely breath taking and well worth the trip! A special thank you goes to Dominica for her kindness, patience, and invaluable advice on where to travel next. Her friendly support truly enhanced our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having ground coffee available 24 hours a day right by the reception — a small detail that made a big difference! Overall, Krakow captured our hearts with its charm and warmth, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming, clean, and perfectly located place to stay in this beautiful city!

What an amazing place to stay! The bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed, such a kettle, bottled water, tea, coffee, hair dryer, spare pillows an air con. It is very centrally located for the old town with everything within walking distance. It was also great for getting the tram, ordering a bold and 25 min walk from the main train station. The staff on reception were very responsive to messages before we arrived, and informed us we could check in early. Wonderful breakfast in a lovely restaurant a stones throw from the main entrance.

Fantastic location at the entrence to the Old town. Our room wasn't in the front of the building (not facing the busy Street) and it was surprisingly quiet inside. Very comfy and large bed. The bottle of water was provided in the room which was very nice as it was extremely hot on the day when we arrived. We were given a tooth brush and a small tooth paste at the reception. Easy check in and check out Lady at the reception was an absolute star! Very polite, smily and helpfull. Nice, clean bathroom

A bit small room but I guess it was acceptable for one night

Location was brilliant - about 1 minute walk to krakow square. Staff were really attentive. They aren’t in reception 24/7, they only come to reception for check in. But they were happy to accommodate us slightly earlier as that’s when our flight came in. Loads of communication leading up to our stay including recommendations. Hotel had a lovely hot and powerful shower, free tea and coffee in the room and it is cleaned daily and topped up.

There are a lot of stairs and there is no lift, this did not affect our stay at all but is worth mentioning for others who may not be able to handle it!

Position of the hotel was fantastic, 2 mins off the main square. Rooms kept very clean every day, and the breakfast provided by the hotel (at a lovely little restaurant two doors down) was fantastic. What really made our stay was the incredible helpfulness of the blonde lady at the front desk (apologies, but we never asked your name !). She was the best front-of-house staff we've encountered in 40 years of travel!

The only problem we found witht hte location is that we were unable to park at the hotel as the street is blocked off to regular traffic - we found a car park avbout 10 mins walk away but that added an extra £15 per day to costs.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at SZEWSKA 22 Boutique and can’t wait to go back! The location was perfect; a 2 minute walk from the main square and surrounded by lots of lovely, reasonably priced bars and restaurants. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and both my partner and I agreed that the bed was THE most comfortable we have ever slept in!! The receptionists were all really friendly and could not have been more helpful, even surprising my partner with a card and chocolates for his 40th birthday! All in all a perfect stay at a perfect hotel!!

This was a gem of a find. From the start to the end of our stay the staff were amazing. The location of this hotel is ideal just a few minutes from the Market Square, there are shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. As I said the staff were amazing, no request was ever too much. They helped with our luggage up the stairs as its an old building there isn't an elevator. No request was ever too much, there is tea,coffee and bathroom supplies in the lobby which you can help yourself to at anytime. The staff was so pleasant, wew were visiting as a family of 3, my mother, myself and my 6 year old daughter. They staff were so kind to my daughter they made our trip extra special for her, they gifted her with a lovely bar of chocolate wrapped up in a bow, she was delighted. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replenished. There is tea and coffee facilities inside your room, the tv has netflix and little bit spotty at times but that's fine and the beds are comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this heltel. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
