The standard of the apartment, cleanliness, coziness, attention to detail, little extras such as soap dispensers and having robes & slippers provided was great. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, washing machine and microwave. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the Christmas markets and all the lovely covered outdoor bars & restaurants in the Square.

The building next door is undergoing major interior renovation works and depending on what suite you are in (we were in number 5, a 2 bedroom suite) it can be very noisy from 8am, earplugs are provided and the management did speak to the manager of next door and on our second morning the noise started at 10am which was fine as we were heading out for the day. These works are to be finished next door by March 2025. The standard of the apartments and the location outweighs the negative regarding the noise next door.

It was well priced for the location and area. Well stocked kitchen and it had plenty of space for 3 people. We enjoyed the place had the extra toilet. (Technically a 1.5 bathroom) the second bathroom is only toilet and sink/counter. But it’s nice to have the extra bathroom.

We didn’t love the second bedroom. The privacy is minimal, I’m glad we were staying with family members because two couple would be able to hear and see most things going on in the bedrooms that is in the living area. It has sheer curtains and a glass door that doesn’t lock of fully close.

The location was fantastic. The street had restaurants, bars and a small shop to grab coffee. The apartment was spacious, had a very large bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean. White fluffy bathrobes and slippers were a bonus.

I know some people said the bar across the street was loud but we didn't have a problem with it. There was drilling and construction outside our window every morning at 7am which wasn't great but really nothing that can be done about it.

We arrived as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. Mrs. Kasia welcomed us, the apartment was spacious, enough space for our family. Great location close to the Old Market Square. Mrs. Kasia was always helpful and available, great Czech bar on the same street, of course, and we were in the perfect location. restaurant W old kitchen on the same street. And at the end of our stay I met Mrs. Joanna, also a wonderful person, thank you again, our stay was wonderful, we will definitely come back, best regards, Marlena.

Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. The communication with Joanna and Kasia was great leading up to our trip, they were beyond helpful! They even left us a bottle of prosecco in our suite as we mentioned we were travelling for a special occasion. The suite was spotless, so comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location was amazing, a 2 minute walk from the main square- I couldn't recommend enough! We will be back 100%!

Location, size and amenities in the apartment were fantastic, locally you have the main square, great breakfast recommendations - the wine, cocktail and shot bar less than 10 meters from the entrance door are amazing and cheap!! Brilliant

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful - slight language barrier, but that is our ignorance for not finding out before.. as confirmation thank you is not “nine too twelve” but we had a good laugh about it

The apartment was huge, the facilities were great. Our stay was just perfect. The location is great. We had no noise during our stay (Friday-Monday). Check in details easy to follow and felt very safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Some of the surfaces in the bathroom were a little dusty, but the rest of the apartment was clean.

We were in room 8. I booked this place cause they had a lift/elevator (I was traveling with 2 elderly ladies who have trouble with stairs). And I think it was the only room that didn’t have lift access. But we made it work. And the one good part of being in the back of the building, it was very quiet. There were multiple reviews about the “loud bar” downstairs but we didn’t have any issues with that.

This property was exceptionally clean, honestly the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate as was the stairs, loft and hallways which were always spotless. Johanna was an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that we could have ever needed. When I return to Poland I would 100% stay here. It’s very central and just off of the main square.

There was nothing I didn’t like my stay was brilliant

This accommodation is excellent and is exactly as the photos indicate. The two bedroom apartment (No. 3) is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, including the two large bathrooms which were spotless. The layout and design is thoughtful with a quirky touch. We travelled as a family of two adults and two teens (17, 15) and this was the best accommodation and value for money on our month-long Europe trip. I hesitated to book this accommodation as after seeing it advertised as a 4 star hotel on many sites, I then saw it advertised as a 3.5 star. Personally, I would easily rate this as 4.5 star. The location is excellent; just off the beautiful main square. We parked our rental car just outside the Old Town. You need to be a little patient. It may take 5-10 minutes to find a park.

The building is traditional, as most are in Poland. Don’t be put off by this. The apartments are excellent.
